Insgesamt war es ein schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war gut. Einziger riesiger Mangel war die Parkmöglichkeit. Hier für 24 Stunden 42 € zu bezahlen ist eine Frechheit. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel eine andere Lösung finden würde. Andere Parkmöglichkeiten waren entweder gleich teuer oder sogar noch teurer.

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff and a good breakfast with a nice selection on the buffet and a good selection by ordering, the 1 coffee machine was the only draw back as it created waiting time. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and a great location. The parking station below the hotel is very convenient however is expensive as there is no discount. I would stay here again

Beautiful location, great staff. Train to Delft directly in front of the building. Amazing shopping, dining and all the central plazas were very close and walkable. Parking was expensive but cheaper than other hotels. I really liked the location. Super clean too

Meget centralt og lækkert , nyt hotel. Svært at parkere bil udenfor, men vent med at køre i P-kælder, da de ikke kan ændre billetten fra indkørsel, så du skal i kælderen og betale, når du har oprettet en parkerings billet til et døgn for 30 EUR. Lidt bøvlet.

Hotellet ligger centralt ifht. butikker, caféer og restauranter. Indtjekningen går hurtigt og så har de en superfin restaurant med lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Vores værelse var af en fin størrelse for et par og virkede nyt og rent. Parkering er der i kælderen (Q-Park). Kommer helt sikkert igen når Haag igen skal besøges!

I spent just one night on this holte that I founded clean and with a really nice structure also in term of decore of room that was really nice. Only area of improvement are: bathroom cleaning I found some small spots on the WC I appriciated considering the level of the hotel to found a battle of water for free for the host

O hotel tinha disponibilidade para fornecer upgreide mas não quiseram devido há má vontade das jovens recepcionistas sem experiência no tratamento com o hóspede.. A arrumação péssima o quarto sempre sujo e não trocavam as toalhas .Pedimos chinelos e estava em falta.Tivemos que pagar o guarda-chuva €2,00 por 48 horas e pagamos um adicional de 20,00 eur que foi debitado no cartão sem minha autorização pelo atraso e disseram que o serviço era terceirizado. Não recomendo o hotel.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings etwas hellhörig, die Bettdecke für den Sommer zu dick, die Klimaanlage sehr laut und die Badezimmertür schwer zu schließen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu bestanden.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel - hier stimmt alles. Leider passen die Fotos von Expedia nicht mit der Zimmerausstattung zusammen, die King Suite hat ein Schlafsofa aber keine zusätzliche Sitzecke, wie auf den Bildern, das war sehr schade!

Overall a great experience. Room wasn't large, but it was very comfortable, and all the public areas of the hotel were in great condition. Staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. Neighborhood around hotel is also fantastic - very close to the Escher and Mauritshuis museums, lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

We had a two room suite with a balcony. The views were wonderful over much of the city and surrounding areas. The room was very quiet and comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. Breakfast was served buffet style with very tasty options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent place to stay.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, der Service am empfang ist auch top. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und auch geräumig. Einziger minuspunkt ist das Frühstücksangenot allgemein und der Service im besonderen. Das Personal stellt nicht von selbst fest, wenn etwas fehlt. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt. Am Buffet ist es nicht immer so sauber wie ich esmir vorstelle. Wenn Vorgängern etwas daneben ging bleibt es ziemlich lang so. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist generell nicht aufmerksam.

This place is beautiful! Great location near two tram stations. Lots of food options and things to see. The front staff were so helpful and friendly! Room was comfy and clean! They were so accommodating when we needed anything for our room or an early check in. Loved how eco friendly they were too! We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it "duvet") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another story is - why there is ALWAYS only one blanket on the master bed by default? And also the breakfast - I mean, it maybe ok (buffet however was very poor and the cheese was very dry and not fresh), but please, not for 30 EUR/person/day...

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten im Diplomatenviertel von Den Haag. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und ruhig. Die Betten sind super bequem. Zudem ist eine Kaffeemaschine auf den Zimmern zur kostenlosen Nutzung vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Binnenhof. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem gibt es unmittelbar vor dem Hotel eine Tram und Bushaltestelle mit denen man u.a den tollen Scheveninger Strand fahren kann. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und man hat viel Auswahl. Der Kaffee stammt aus einer Rösterei aus der Stadt, das Brot wird von einem örtlichen Bäcker bezogen. Beides köstlich. Ich würde definitiv dieses Hotel für einen Städtetrip in Den Haag wieder wählen.

This hotel is in the heart of the old town with all major venues easily walkable and lovely restaurants and squares all around. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and all the staff charming and eager to help. The parking is expensive but this is The Hague.

Brilliant location near the old town amd right on tram line no.1. Also tramline 15 to central station is a 60 second walk. The hotel is wonderful; modern, excellent condition, spotlessly clean amd all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Excellent quality breakfast - typical European buffet style with loads of choice. Thoroughly recommended.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Den Haag. Die Innenstadt und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbar im Nahbereich des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch im Bad fehlte es an nichts. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Äußerst reichhaltig und auf Wunsch wurden Pancakes und Omelette frisch zubereitet und durch das freundliche Personal an den Tisch gebracht. Wir werden unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder im VOCO verbringen.

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Mooie nieuwe kamers, het is schoon en voelt fris aan. Ook de locatie van het hotel is zeer centraal. Kortom een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel en in Den Haag dus zeker een aanrader! We hebben het hotel alleen een 4 sterren beoordeling gegeven vanwege het ontbijt. Hiervoor moet je extra betalen en het is in vergelijking met andere 4-sterren hotels, waar we ooit hebben verbleven, goed in plaats van uitstekend. Ik verwachtte iets meer van het ontbijt zoals meer broodkeuze, gerookte zalm, meer verse keuzes, vers fruit en wat betere keuze aan koffie (ipv een automaat). Het ontbijt was verder prima maar mag iets meer uitgebreid.

J'avais réservé une place de parking au qpark nordendei qui est juste en dessous de l'hotel. Mais à l'arrivée notre véhicule n'a pas été reconnu, l'accès a donc été très compliqué. et les places sont très étroites. Parking à éviter. L'hébergement par contre est parfait, calme, grande chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, mais pourrait être plus varié (manque de fruits frais par exemple).
