For the price, this place was excellent. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Free parking was easy, and the gym and pool were both decent. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a well-priced and convenient place to stay.

Everything was good until we made the check out on the 25th at 4:00 am, I find out that my tahoe had a broken window , someone robbed my work computer and other belongings that was in the back side of the tahoe. I called the lady a the front desk and when I asked her to see the cameras to see who broke into my window, she refused to do so, instead she called the security guard but he said that he " never saw nothing suspicious " , Then, the lady said that the cameras were not working in that area, So, how can be possible if more than 15 vehicles are park and none of them are secure ? I have to spend almost $400.00 to replace the window so I can be able to drive back home, I demand a reimbursement because of lack of security and safe place at a nice hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The property was very well maintained, and quiet! The breakfast was delicious, parking was super convenient, and the surrounding area made me feel safe! It’s an up and coming area and we will most definitely be back again anytime we visit Dallas!

Nothing was working, I didn’t even have a key so if I wanted to leave I had to be walked back up up my room. One of the elevators was even down.

Excellent hotel and amenities, however the advertised complimentary shuttle to the airport was unacceptable. The hours of operation for the shuttle began at 8:30am only which was useless to us because our flight left at 8 AM in the morning. The hotel should change the hours of operation of their shuttle to begin at 6 AM to better serve their customers.

Nation wide connectivity issue was understandable at check inn. They were not able to issue room key to any guest. Only frontdesk can open your room when you wanna get in. We had a wedding even in near by area on same day. Have to missed few as waiting for some one to open your room frequently. Considering the down time, I would expect management to deploy extra help at front desk to avoid delay. I am thankful to front desk attendant who make his all efforts to checkin all gust in line and simultaneously opening guest room who wants to get in back and forth. Thank you for your service.

We stayed for 2 nights prior to heading to Wichita Falls for a family wedding. We arrived about 1pm & Jonathan was able to check us in, upgraded to a king suite at no additional charge. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. It had a fridge & microwave too. We did use the pool which was clean

it was close to market hall. Our room had a very unpleasant smell and the shower had mold growing all around the floor of the shower. Other than that it was quite comfortable.

Experience was not a great one. We will definitely not be back. Lots of issues with rooms, people kept coming back to the front with problems. Our room didn’t look vacuumed and the bathroom floor was dirty and not been mopped. Lady at front was loud and unprofessional.

We arrived to the property well past 3pm, rooms weren’t ready had to wait over 30 min to talk to staff and then when I was able to speak to her (Ashley) she couldn’t stop complaining about how things and rooms weren’t ready, she said she had to go check on rooms and when she came back she switched our room saying that the room that was designated to us smelled like sewer. We were able to get a room more than an hour later. Checked the bed hair in the bed, we at some point placed something on the floor and there was a lot of hair on it, we asked for towels because they only had 2 towels for a 4 person reservation and she said we would have to come down. Our conclusion is our room was not cleaned. We had family also staying there and it’s a non smoking facility they had a room that stinker of cigarettes and had burn marks on the couch, they asked to be moved and Ashley refused saying the rooms where designated. Keep in mind the day before she switched us because she said it smelt like sewer in the room we were going to be designated. Don’t recommend this place

This hotel was clean, however, they had a plumbing problem. My husband took his coffee to our room and dumped what he didn’t drink out. The coffee grounds wouldn’t go down the sink. The bathtub made a horrible noise when draining. The door to the room is extremely hard to close. The rooms were clean. I called down to the front desk to say the sink wouldn’t drain and the desk couldn’t hear me. I called 3x and gave up. I thought it was awesome that someone came to our room to see what we needed. We would stay here again, but hope that the plumbing issue was fixed by then.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would stay here again just to sleep in the bed. Pretty clean for the most part. The tile floor felt like it hasn’t been cleaned. The faucet had no pressure but the shower had great pressure. Other than that I would rate it a 4 1/2 out if 5.

I don't care how cold it is outside. I want my room to be cool when I sleep, not blowing warm air because the front desk said something about the chillers on the roof not working (whatever that means). Their solution....provide a box fan, if available...none left when I was there, or in their words...."Just turn off the thermostat". I would expect this from some dump of a motel, not a Holiday Inn Express that is almost completely renovated. Won't stay here again.

My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable! Bathroom also vet clean and spacious. Very nice bath products provided. I was even given a toothbrush as I had for mine. My room was quiet even though it faced the road. Location was convenient to my conference location and a quick Uber to downtown for a hockey game. Parking was free at the hotel do that was a plus. Breakfast was good with many options and good coffee. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, but the blinds wouldn’t raise. We had to manually roll them up and prop them to see outside. Compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses by IHG, limited breakfast, water pressure was terrible and the electricity went off a handful of times while we were there. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was so attentive and extremely hospitable! So kind and welcoming… It really made a huge difference for our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this particular location. Super clean, delicious breakfast, smiling faces, attention to detail… One of my best stays in Dallas.

Smooth checkin and very new/clean facility. All went well until Guest Services called and woke us up at 1:30 AM only to say they were “just checking residency”. The same lady (who later identified herself as the manager) then called again at 2:00 AM. This naturally was unnerving, especially for a family traveling with young children. Very frustrating to have the night’s rest ruined. Breakfast options are quite good.

This is the second time we have had a disappointing stay. The first time they told us we could pay with a different card on check out and then charged the wrong card the night before we checked out. When we tried to get this fixed the guy on the desk was rude and dismissive. This last trip we booked a king bed with accessible tub for my husband. We were given a room with a queen bed and no tub. Also the room was dirty. Very disappointing and also meant my husband had no access to bathe. Would not recommended and cannot believe we had to pay more for a room that we never got.

Stayed here twice for a quick work trip. Both times I arrived late in the evening. The first time, they couldn't find my reservation. I waited for 30 minutes after midnight to be issued a room. The second time I arrived around 11 pm to a long line of people waiting to check-in. We were all told there was a key shortage so the only staff member on sight (only one we saw at least) had to individually take guests to their rooms one by one to let them in. It was frustrating to have to wait a long time to get into my room. Lastly, I felt uncomfortable having someone walk me to my room, open the door and stand in the room as I walked in. As someone traveling by myself, this felt uneasy. The property is fine but the hassle I have encountered while trying to stay is the reason I won't be staying here again.

Very nice, Paris was incredible. Great customer service we had to leave b4 breakfast and they prepared us a goodie bag so we could eat something. Sheila the manager was great to. We decided to book another night on our return flight. Highly recommend this hotel!

Food and staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of hot food. Quiet area, with industrial buildings alongside. Access to get to the property was hard to negotiate in and out. It was on a one way frontage, with no back road access. No restaurants within walking distance. Neighboring car had window smashed and tools stolen. Hotel charged a $25 incidental fee up front, with promise to refund unused portion. The pantry had no prices listed. Apparently, two soft drinks, one ice cream bar, and a mini-microwave pizza cost $16. The hotel wasn't too far from the hospitals of University of Texas. Local streets were inconvenient to access. The maid gladly exchanged my feather pillows for non-feather, due to allergy. Thermostat was easy to use, and a nice feature. No alarm clocks in the room, but microwave had a clock.

The location was near the freeway and the airport (Dallas Love). The morning drive to the airport was simple and stress free. I was only in the hotel for one night so I didn't find anything I didn't like. The area around the hotel seemed a little bit sketchy but it was in the middle of Dallas so I kinda expected that.

We had a little bit of a hiccup and had to wait when checking in because our room wasn’t ready, but we were offered a complementary gift because of that. This location is convenient because it’s in between downtown and the Dallas airport, the staff was great! It’s definitely a good place to stay for the price

A minor disappointment was that the beds were supposed to be 2 queens, but their size were either a double or full. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again.

Pros - The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were promptly cleaned everyday. The staff was courteous as well. Cons - The breakfast was repetitive. Broken pancake machine did not help either, especially with kids. The front desk was unmanned at times when we needed stuff.

A couple of issues with the floors in the entry had not been mopped, sticky residue in front of the mirror. Breakfast on the weekend was not replenished when things were out. It was convenient for our travel plans. Would stay again.
