Läget perfekt intill torget, dessutom promenadavstånd både till tågstationen och busstationen (mot Helsingfors). Rummet här betydligt rymligare än på annat boende. Vattenkokare, kylskåp och några galgar finns. Vi kunde öppna vårt fönster vilket var plus i kanten .

Mycket bra pris, bra läge i Åbo nära Salutorget, stort dubbelrum, vattenkokare, finns att ta kaffe och te utan kostnad, kylskåp utan innehåll men perfekt att lägga in egna produkter, mikrovågsugn, sköna sängar, fint badrum. Ingen reception men du får en kod när du bokar detta hotell.

The toilet construction needs improvement. Toilet roll is far away from toilet seat. Showering will splash waters nearly everywhere. The blankets are dirty with brown patches on most of them. Location is perfect in the middle of the city. Basic amenities are ok, no more no less.

Nice and spatious room. The room located on the top floor was quiet, in spite of it central location in Turku. Minor critique: Some ventilation was constantly running and could not be switched off. Only one of the two windows could be opened, and also this one only tilted for 15 cm. A bit more serious critique: The electrical heater for preparing tea or coffee (using the tea bags or coffee powder nicely provided) did not work and likely is permantly broken.

Starting with the “good” stuff: Location and price. Thats it. Not the not so good stuff: No reception, which is clearly communicated upfront and wouldn’t be an issue if there would be a way to contact customer service in a meaningful way. In this case , speaking to someone costs close to 1 Euro per Minute or you need to message them which, in my case, only worked with loooong delays. The hallway/entrance of the place is shoddy. The bathroom was dirty in arrival ( hair everywhere….), the blankets with stains and there are no black out blinds ( the ones on the only window were too small and let all the light in ). This sounds like a small issue but it isnt in Finnland in the summer. TV didnt work at all, sent a message which took 12 hours to reply to. Promised to fix it which didn’t happen. Not surprised though. All in all: if you are for a cheap, dirty Hotel in Turku with no service at all, this is your place.

We did not encounter any staff. Very clean and close to everything. Pillows on the bed were small and very flat could be bigger, bed was comfortable. There was the sound of water running in the ceiling by the bathroom all night, not loud enough to keep us awake thou.

We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets.

Väl beläget mitt i centrum. Det finns en nattklubb på andra sidan gatan så har man fönster mot gatan är det ganska livligt. Bra rum, enkelt men med vad man behöver. Mycket stora rum. Det finns två Omena hotell så åk till rätt hotell (vi åkte först till fel hotell och där funkade förstås inte dörrkoden).

Not used to self service. It’s nice to see some people when checking in. The room was spacious and the view from the window was lovely, especially the trees next to the room. Very quiet.

Very nice rooms, clean spacious, well. We had booked two rooms, and received confirmation og room numbers. One of the rooms was changed afterwards, without informing us. So we spend a lot of time trying to open the door of the first room. We then had to pay, to get in touch with an employe who took a long time to figure out what had happen - And one have to pay for callling the service desk!!!! I would never stay there again.

Pas de code reçu à l’arrivée, bloquer devant un hôtel sans réception. L’unique possibilité est de contacter le service client, forcément payant, et l’attente longue avec une musique d’attente nous a valu une facture de plus de 50€ de frais téléphonique, presque plus cher que le prix de la chambre!!! À fuir, voleurs. Vu le prix nous aurions pu prendre un hôtel largement plus luxueux, le prix de la chambre low cost est donc largement compensée par les frais téléphonique… et le temps a régler ces problèmes.

Posizione perfetta e baricentrica per tutte le cose da vedere in citta, ingresso dimesso e poco attaente nell'entrata dinun garage. Camera ampia, razionale e luminosa con arredamento minimale e dotazioni ridotte... nessun armadio, 3 grucce e 3 appendini a muro. Va bene er soggiorni brevi. Convenzione per il breakfast a 10€ ultraconveniente, rispetto alla qualità e ricchezza delle pietanze, in un albergo di lusso a due passi in piazza del.meecato. Prezzo concorrenziale in citta e dintorni. Come in tutti gli Omena non è presente personale e non c'è rapporto umano diretto, ma é la loro filosofia.
