The rooftop onsen is so great at this hotel—there’s an infinity pool edge where you can look out into the horizon and sky that is so beautiful to see (there’s a section outside where you can lie down in the water; they also provide women towels to shield against the wind). I would come back to this hotel for this experience alone! The food was pretty good too—stand-outs include the scallop, amaebi, kanpachi, and the crab legs! As for my room, I splurged on the junior suite because of the tub—while soaking, you can look out the window and watch the clouds go by, a wonderful feeling. Lastly, the staff offered a welcome gift of dango—probably the best I’ve ever had.

The facilities are well maintained. The onsen on the rooftop offers a great view into the ocean. The buffet breakfast offers great sashimi. There is a Japanese restaurant but it needs reservation which no one told us. We were very disappointed when we wanted to have dinner there but they wouldn't let us in without reservation.

我們是看了有一位住在北海道知名YouTuber介紹，說這家是新飯店，晚餐很豐盛，特別是帝王蟹毛蟹等吃到飽，結果來了以後，對餐飲部分有失望，提供的螃蟹只有一種，應該是熟凍的，蟹腿普遍偏細，沒什麼肉，口感不佳，其他的海鮮就一般，我們住宿的時候是星期六，客人非常多，用餐要選時段，每人限時90分，人多用餐品質就不好，用過的盤子沒有人收。溫泉在頂樓，可以眺望津輕海峽，這是很大加分。房間部分，唯一可惜之處是床墊不是用席夢思的，這也是我們在北海道旅行，住過的4家飯店中，唯一不是用席夢思的飯店，睡起來就沒有這麼舒服，停車場有3處，晚上回來可能就要停在比較遠的地方。飯店櫃檯人員可以用英語對應，

連泊させて頂きました。施設内【ロビー、客室、お風呂等】全てにおいて綺麗で、食事とかも大満足でした。海鮮物とか豊富に置いてあったので、海鮮丼とかにして美味しく頂きました。又、函館行った時は、常宿にしてもいいなと思いました。唯一、１つだけ残念に思ったのが、サウナが無かった所です。点数付けるなら、100点でもいいかなと思います。

Phantastic stay. The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!

とても清潔で綺麗なホテルです。アメニティーの充実が本当に素晴らしい。館内着が用意されており、温泉に持って行くための籠やバック、足袋のソックスと他では見ないような物まで揃えてくれている。泊まるために持って行かなければならない物は何一つない位の充実ぶり。食事も美味しく種類も豊富です。海鮮が好きな人にも、子供が好きそうな物まで全てを食べる事が出来ない程の種類でした。朝食のデザート、ソフトクリーム、プリン、ドーナッツと、どれも美味しかったです。ただエアコンの吹き出し口の側で寝たら、温度を上げても急に冷たい風が出てきて寒くて何回も起きました。 2日目は切って寝たら快適でした。函館は二回目でしたが、次に行くときはまたこちらのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。

新しいのもありますが、とても使いやすくキレイでスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。想像以上の良さでした。食事も夜は懐石を予約しましたが、最高に美味しかったです。朝食バイキングも品数が多く、朝から迷うほどでした。温泉も最高に良かったです。空港からも近いロケーションですし、函館市内も近いので本当にオススメします！

施設全体・建物が新しく清潔・館内着が甚平タイプでお腹が冷えず着やすい・館内着の上に着る山丹服がアイヌ民族由来の個性的なデザインで素敵だったバイキング・食事もカトラリー類も常に補充されている・食事を取る際に手前にお盆を置くくらいのスペースがあり安心・味も美味しい、種類も豊富温泉・内風呂も露天風呂もスペースが十分にあり入る人数が多くても余裕あり・洗い場も多いので混み合う時間帯も待たなかった・露天風呂は広々として気持ちが良い・露天風呂専用のタオル（かなり薄手なので濡れても重くならない）が用意されており、明るい時間も安心して入浴できる配慮があった・従業員の方がかなり頻繁にチェックしていて洗面や化粧スペースは常に清潔に保たれており髪の毛が落ちていたり備え付けのメイク落としや化粧水のボトルがベタついていることもなかった・洗い場全てにゴミ箱が備え付けられており、シャンプーなど使い切りパックを持ち込む人には嬉しい・備え付けのシャンプー、トリートメントはやや質が良くない部屋・海側だったがスーツケースを広げると通りにくくなるくらいのスペースで狭い・窓が大きく津軽海峡が見える景色は良い・ベッドは広々しているホスピタリティー・フロントや食事処で接した方は皆さん感じが良かった・周辺観光のためのタクシー手配や荷物の配送も手早く手続きしてくれた

One of the better hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast buffet was huge and the selection of local fish and vegetables was terrific. Room was relatively large by Japan standards and very comfortable. The important question is would we stay there again. ABSOLUTELY!

Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I love it. The food was good too. Unfortunately this time round, an experience made me think twice about the service of this hotel. I requested for check out at 1pm and was informed by the front desk that there is no issue. I asked if there was any additional charge and was told that there is no extra charge. However, on the day of check out, I was told that I need to pay some extra charges. If I was informed of the extra charge, I will not need the late check out.

Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!

噂通りの夕食ビュッフェはスタッフ対応を含め大満足でした。お風呂の時間が遅くなったので貸し切りに近い露天風呂を満喫できました。お風呂上がりの牛乳も飲みたかったのですが22時までらしく残念でした。自販機でいいので販売して欲しかったです。また売店も21時が終了時間で夕飯後に買い物したかったので残念でした。せめて22時くらいまで開けて欲しかったです。設備は綺麗で申し分ありませんでしたが派手なネイルのフロントスタッフが感じ良くなかったです。

New-ish, clean onsen hotel. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options and seafood. Right across the street from the Hakodate tropical botanical garden (1-2 min walk). 12 min taxi (2000 yen) ride from Hakodate JR station, but 5 min, 1000 yen taxi ride from Hakodate airport. I’d recommend staying there if you’re flying out the next day or if you don’t mind taking a cab or bus/tram to downtown. The hotel has shuttles that operate at a very limited schedule and need to be reserved the day before so check their website to see if the times work out for you. When I stayed there, there were only two shuttle times from the station and back.

ブュッフェ目当てで泊まりましたが、想像通り大満足でした。温泉も景色がとても綺麗で夜と朝の景色を楽しむことができました。空港からも近く便利です。タクシーの方に伺ったのですが、函館山など夜景を見に行く為のタクシーの貸切を人数問わず約7000円で利用できると聞きました。その話を事前にホテルで聞いておきたかったなとは思いました。もし次来る機会ありましたら、ぜひ利用したいです。

Near the hotel has park this park has cute monkeys we had great time and walk near ocean and Ramen shop near hotel!!this ramen shop is really recommend all ramen really yummy (walk about 3min)you should try and The HOTEL IS Great dinner and breakfast buffet clean loom and great view also beautiful view from ONSEN and clean we had great time this hotel definitely love to come back again !!! 露天風呂は開放感があり良かったです。あえて苦言を言うなら食事会場(詰め込み過ぎ)です、通路幅も狭く人とすれ違う時何度もお膳がぶつかり怖かったです。コーヒーマシンが１台しかなく、ものすごい行列になっているのも気になります、大げさでなく１０分くらい待ちます。食材に関してもカニの食べ放題は身入りも良く大ぶりでとても良かったですがその他の食材はハッキリ言ってレベル低いと感じました。設備など含め良い面もあるだけに残念に感じました。

One of the better hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast buffet was huge and the selection of local fish and vegetables was terrific. Room was relatively large by Japan standards and very comfortable. The important question is would we stay there again. ABSOLUTELY!

我們是看了有一位住在北海道知名YouTuber介紹，說這家是新飯店，晚餐很豐盛，特別是帝王蟹毛蟹等吃到飽，結果來了以後，對餐飲部分有失望，提供的螃蟹只有一種，應該是熟凍的，蟹腿普遍偏細，沒什麼肉，口感不佳，其他的海鮮就一般，我們住宿的時候是星期六，客人非常多，用餐要選時段，每人限時90分，人多用餐品質就不好，用過的盤子沒有人收。溫泉在頂樓，可以眺望津輕海峽，這是很大加分。房間部分，唯一可惜之處是床墊不是用席夢思的，這也是我們在北海道旅行，住過的4家飯店中，唯一不是用席夢思的飯店，睡起來就沒有這麼舒服，停車場有3處，晚上回來可能就要停在比較遠的地方。飯店櫃檯人員可以用英語對應，

2回目で前回良かったので、今回も利用しましたが、少しがっかりでした。ウェルカムドリンクのハスカップは氷が多くだからか薄くて美味しくなかった。ハスカップ大好きなのに😭 お風呂も髪を乾かしてるのに掃除して落ち着かない料理も寿司などからからかに汁美味しいのにぬるい蟹は塩辛過ぎ　茹でる時塩分濃度が高いのでは？朝食で案内されたテーブルはガタガタゆっくりできない　スタッフに言いましたなんとなく癒やされなかった　残念美味しいものもありましたよ

The room was roomy. But the bed was a little hard for us. Food was great with lots of seafood, however, we stayed 3 nights and the food every night was almost the same.
