This cute hotel is everything and more. The hotel itself is really pretty and well maintained. The location is nice, not run down. The amenities are lovely. From the pool, they gym, the library, the coffee shop, and the on site restaurant they are a solid 10. The staff are ALL very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I will definitely recommend the Virgin Hotel to family and friends.

Loved this hotel as it was clean and decorated like no other! Staff was wonderful and restaurant was very good. I wish the pool was heated and the hot tub was working, as I missed not having those amenities. Overall, my stay was wonderful

Great property in the heart of Dallas but the amenities (pool) were not working yet they charge the amenities fee per day. As a courtesy they could have not charged customers who stayed during the days we stayed.

I was there for 1 night, expecting to enjoy the pool and relax, but it was a terrible mistake. As a guest you don't have priority or preference when it comes to use the pool, it was a pool party going on and it was packed and loud, the majority of the people who where there paid a day pass, and occupied all the sunbeds, for the cabanas you have to pay US$ 600 and rent the sunbeads US$200. The people that was there were loud and drunk, one girl vomited and passed out, and two others were crying. It was a terrible situation. I was afraid people would get violent or physical. We decided to leave. Then, at night, after having dinner, we came back to the hotel, and the bar was about to close, and I asked for a drink, and the bartender (a girl) was extremely rude and told me that they were closing, didn’t have ice, and poured me a whisky with ice in a plastic cup. Terrible experience overall, I don’t recommend this hotel at all, and will be careful because being at the pool can be dangerous

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great gym and very nice design. The location is not perfect and parking is only valet. Due to the fact that hotel is located slightly outside the central part of Dallas valet parking feels unnecessary. Free self parking would be more appropriate.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is wonderful. Only complaint would be the pool. They open it to the public. I wish they would have stated that on the website. We wanted to sit in the nice lounge chairs relax and let the kids swim. That is not possible there. By the time we checked in at 3:00 all of the lounge chairs were taken and the pool was full of 30 something young adults standing in the water drinking. Was not the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for.

Completely understand the fun a room like this could bring to guests but there was clearly bodily fluid evidence on furniture in living room as well. Electric curtains were having issues. Enjoyed the room for the most part but left disappointed in the amount of missed expectations.

Our room was not ready so they upgraded us to another room. When we got into that room, it was not clean. There was trash in the trash can, hair in the floor and a used q-tip in the basket for towels.

Everything good except smell of pillows and pillows linen. To me, the smell was overpowering dirty pillows or dirty pillow linens could have been. I used towels to mask some of the smell in order to sleep. My husband wasn’t bothered by it but I was. Other than that everything else in room was good. Room in good condition

The virgin hotel is one of our favorites and we have stayed at every location so far. And everytime we come to dallas we try to spend a few night at the Virgin.However this time it seems the up keep of the hotel is not that great. Right now its not the worse but if the upkeep continues at the rate it is now i can see this hotel no longer being 5 star and this location not being a favorite. The outside furniture was not clean, its summer time and hot outside so that should have been a priority to clean and dust off the out door furniture. 2. The hotel smelled like spoiled water, as if they had a bad sewer problem.3. Our bedding had old blood stains on it and this is all an issue especially since we paid 1,000+ for our stay. The room tv would connect to bluetooth and when it did the tv would shut off.However the staff were very friendly and professional.

The staff made the stay bareable. From the start...there was hair on the sheets when i oulled them back, couch is dusty. The sink made plumbing noises throughout the night all around the outsid of the shower is dirty. We couldnt get the tv to work when trying to watch a specific channel when we return at 1am. No ome i clling someone up at 1am. Youre just trying to wind down. Im a big fan of the Virgin brand and Ive stayed at the Las Vegas location. Dallas location I regret paying for because $300 is not cheap.

Overall, it’s a really nice property, but a dog barked most of the night I was there and it was difficult to sleep. It seemed like a dog from an apartment across the street, not inside the hotel. The shower head was broken, the tv remote didn’t work right, and the light switches were pretty hard to figure out. I expected more the high cost of a room.

It was very convenient and a pleasant place to stay. Bed and pillows 👌. Shortfall was definitely the shower ( I had to dance around to get wet). Also the shade was broken. They did fix it promptly upon notification however I feel this should have been in working order upon my arrival.

My Wife and I had an epic and memorable Anniversary stay here! Loved the Chamber Suite that overlooked the city. Amazing bathroom with soaker tub. We were able to enjoy the pool as well! Great Memories!

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It was very sleek and modern looking while also keeping comfortability in mind. The view of the skyline was worth the little extra money. I would absolutely recommend this spot for your next getaway.

The rooms are absolutely lovely!! We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Check-in was fast and easy. The only thing I would’ve enjoyed was to feel air moving. I got hot and stuffy during the night.

I checked in late at night and you were understaffed for a busy weekend. That night, i tried using the phone to call the front desk and it was out of service. I needed a wake up call in the morning. No repair was able to be made that night, but I was told it would be addressed the next day. When I tried using the phone for a wakeup call, it had not been repaired. I tried calling the front desk on my cell once again, but there was no answer for over 15 minutes. I had to go down to the lobby. I will tell you that the night manager, Sybil Barton, as she did the day before, personally came to my room and knocked on my door to make sure I would not on the first day, miss see my new granddaughter and the second day, missing an early flight. I have traveled and worked all over the word and managed over 2,000 employees. Seeing her perform her duties, I can tell you that she is an exceptional employee, and is the only reason I would consider returning to your hotel.

The hotel was nice enough, and unique. The food options were very limited and we had to order Uber Eats most nights. The TV set up was old and it was really annoying to get onto streaming services (they need the new system with the QR codes…). We had used the car service one night but then they said they were on their way to get us, and my 12 year old son and I waited outside of the American Airlines Center for over an hour in the dark and no one showed. We finally got an Uber. Pushed the button to have our room cleaned while we were out during the days but it was just cleaned twice. We had to call for more toilet paper. Beds were comfy, snacks were good in the room and the shower was amazing. Super friendly staff.

I have stayed at Virgin Hotel Dallas twice and I plan to make it my designated hotel when in the Dallas area or any of its other locations. The location of the Dallas hotel is in a safe neighborhood and has convenient shopping. The on-site restaurant has impeccable service with a 4-star menu. The front desk staff was hospitable. The valet staff was professional and provided A service! For example, upon checking out of the hotel, we decided to have brunch on-site. When we checked out of the hotel, our vehicle was waiting in front of the hotel for departure. The valet staff loaded our vehicle with our luggage and had the car doors open awaiting our departure. If I could give this hotel and staff more than 5 stars, I would!

This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff are the true stars here. The rooms were clean and I love the whole vibe of this hotel. I really wish it was Adults Only because we did have issues with kids on a team causing disturbances in the pool but that was quickly handled. The valet are AMAZING and the free driver service was so helpful as all of our plans were within range and saved us on ubers. This hotel even has a free happy hour which was perfect before heading out. Definitely plan to stay here again!

The room we checked in to had a terrible smell coming from the shower. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk gave us new keys, much to our horror, that were to a room that was already occupied. We then had to go back down to the front desk. They wanted to put us in a smaller room with a king rather than two queens (what we paid for) and finally decided they would have us use an empty room to shower while they freshened up our room. So we had to yet again take all of our things up to now a third room, and then has to wait 3 hours for them to freshen up our original room. Management didn’t care or offer a single condolence. It was a truly horrendous experience, especially given the fact that the Virgin boasts its “luxury boutique experience”. It was more like a holiday inn experience.

Location was great. They have a curtesy shuttle that will drive you within a 3-mile radius so I able to get a ride to American Airlines center and then walked back that night after a concert. I had an Expedia VIP perk of having $30 off on food but caveat being that when ordering room service, you have to pay an amenity fee which was $25 and the food was >than $30 so not sure the perk is useful when used in this way as I could get something way cheaper elsewhere. My preference is for beds and pillows to be firmer and theirs was quite soft and sunken so did not sleep well. It was quiet and the room was nice overall.

Love this place! Hip, clean, spacious rooms, fun bar/lounge, great gym, etc. Would return in a heartbeat. Service was impeccable. Shout out to Griffin and Jeremy along with all of the bar staff, front desk, doormen, etc. Only slight downside is that it’s not super walkable to amenities nearby. We used the courtesy vehicle which was great. I’ll be back again to this wonderful hotel. Appreciate the hospitality!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great gym and very nice design. The location is not perfect and parking is only valet. Due to the fact that hotel is located slightly outside the central part of Dallas valet parking feels unnecessary. Free self parking would be more appropriate.

Supposedly booked a VIP treatment and received a room on a low floor with a beaming light into the window. Far better hotel options in Dallas for the price/night. Bartenders and some front desk agents were very kind. But overall just don’t book unless you want to be disappointed for the price you pay each night. Valet price per night is also insane.

The check in/out staff were friendly and welcoming as well as the valet staff.! The hotel was amazing and the customer service was everything.! Ate breakfast at the common club downstairs as well as got coffee from the little library.! Everything was exceptional.!!! Definitely will be back and will book again.!

The only annoying thing is they charge you for a dinner credit or something. We tried to do it but we were there for a business dinner event so basically just wasted money. I hate places that do that. I also heard that mini fridge in your room had like Walmart prices for the alcohol and goodies. Unfortunately, not true. Expensive life all the other hotels.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The check in was easy and professional. Our room was cozy but the lighting was tricky. I enjoyed the pool club area but wish the hot tub temperature was hotter, it was lukewarm instead. The restaurant was overly priced but the food was pretty decent. This hotel definitely caters to the LGBT community. We heard gunshots outside at night then the ambulance pulled up in a matter of minutes. I say that the area can be a bit unsafe so make sure you're extra careful.

This is an over-rated hotel. Lobby and cafe so super hot and humid. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. I think they were in the back somewhere in the back. No amenities and parking is 70$ a night.
