The front staffs had attitude. They did not like to kindly explain about the facilities. I requested the dinner reservation but our table was not booked so we had to wait for an hour. (The restaurant staffs were nice though).

Not a bad hotel. Food was good for breakfast. The hot water went out in our room and had to repack all out stuff to get moved to a lessor size room. No discount for the inconvenience offered.
