When I checked in, the man wasn’t friendly or welcoming. He was quick though. We parked in the back but there was a shady man standing there looking at us as we gathered our belongings to take them in. He seemed to give everyone who parked back there a dirty look. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our new truck back there so we moved it to the front. For the hotel itself, the room wasn’t cleaned well. We found a pair of socks next to a chair and two black convenience store bags tucked in a desk cubby. The bathroom offered no soap to wash our hands nor a hand towel. They just had two bath towels and two washcloths. The toilet chain was broke and we had to keep opening the top cover to secure the chain so the toilet would flush. The floor felt unstable as it felt like broken boards which were creaky. I think that’s it. We will not be staying here again. We visit Williams ALOT! One more thing, the man at checkout (older black man, bald) was extremely professional and kind. He’s the only good thing I encountered at this hotel.

The general appearance of the hotel was bad. When I showed up to claim my reservation there was no staff on site and 4 people waiting in the lobby.
