Really nice location close to Broadway but not on the "strip." It\'s near some cool eateries in Germantown and even a wonderful dog park! We had a puppy with us, so the nearby dog park was a plus. The location was so convenient that one could either take the shuttle or drive surface streets to Broadway. Overall, friendly and efficient staff. Always willing to help. Very pet friendly. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and right off the freeway! Parking is no longer free, but it\'s taken out of the incidentals. Otherwise, would stay here again!

The hotel was clean, breakfast was few options but everything we needed (waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels and egg with biscuits). The shuttle didn’t operate one day of our 3 there but we used it the other two days to get downtown. We didn’t use it return because it stops operating at 10pm. You’re given a phone number to call to catch the shuttle but you can’t prebook times. They will drive within 4 miles of hotel. It was a $5-8 Lyft ride when we couldn’t use the shuttle. Tips are appreciated for shuttle as well. The room was spacious and we could have prepared simple meals if we had wanted to in the room.

Prior reviews indicated an airport shuttle service, let me be very clear - The is no airport shuttle, and apparently never has been. This is the reason we chose this hotel over other similar hotels. It cost us $38 to get to the airport via uber. There is, however, a local area shuttle which is very convenient to get to and from Broadway, but the last pickup is 9:30 pm. It is then very difficult and expensive to get an uber back late at night. Pluses are: the convenience of the area shuttle and friendly drivers. The room was a great size and quite comfortable. Negatives: absolutely atrocious, inedible breakfast, in fact have never seen worse. Really bad smell upon entering the hotel (almost like a sewer smell). No airport shuttle, that info needs to be removed from the “top” reviews section. Nothing much around the area to get something to eat.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle was great first couple days and then was unreliable the rest of the trip. Had to pay a ridiculous price for parking for a couple hours when we had to take the car to Broadway due to no shuttle service.

Modern, clean hotel with plenty of parking. Well equipped and very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to Broadway was useful although we did have to wait a long time in the morning. Excellent location for Nashville and would definitely stay here again.

My 1-night stay here was perfect. Directions to get here were easy, and check-in and check-out was very smooth. After a loud night out, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere the hotel provided. It was a quick drive to get to where I needed to go during my visit as well, which I greatly appreciated. My only complaint is the parking fee, but other than that, everything was great! I'll definitely consider staying here the next time I'm in Nashville.

A great weekend stay. Room was wonderfully clean when we walked in. Front desk staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast that is available. Special shout out to Kevin the shuttle driver who tirelessly runs customers back and forth to downtown and always has a smile on his face. Hotel is in a great area - close enough to all the fun on Broadway but far enough to get a good night sleep (even with the highway directly behind the hotel, you still sleep well). Bed was comfortable, room very clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, after reading the sign and waiting a few minutes me and my husband decided to leave and come back, being we were already pressing for time. The beds are a bit hard I woke up the next morning feeling sore. Also the first day of breakfast the sausage could have cooked a little longer. Surprisingly the next morning the sausages were cooked perfectly! With all that being said I would definitely stay here again, however they could use some minor improvements!

Nice new hotel. Great decoration and lots of seating in the lobby. Nice gym area with Peloton bikes, a paid laundry area, and a warm saltwater pool. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and clean sheets. I had a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, real dishware and silverware, and a dishwasher. Air conditioner works but was loud and annoying. Breakfast was pretty good: waffles, biscuits, egg sandwiches, potatoes, yogurt machine, cereal... Coffee was decent. Standard checkout at noon is nice. No shuttle to downtown unfortunately.

From checkin to departure, everything about this hotel was terrific. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offerings were fresh, tasty, and pretty expansive. If location is important to you, this hotel is close enough to downtown to be walkable, just off several main thoroughfares, and convenient to several local attractions. Overall, great accommodations and great value!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Room was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and dishwasher. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy fast food ordering or other options nearby. We got in later but found fast pizza delivery and excellent. Caeser’s was outstanding. Would stay again if back in the area.

Gentleman at check-in was so kind and helpful. We are elderly couple and he automatically put us in room close to elevator. We are on an extensive trip and the breakfast was exceptional. Our room included kitchen and handy for meals we brought back to room as it was fully equipped with plates and utensils. This is a great place and our stay included shuttle service to Broadway. Very easy and prompt in picking us up after a trip on Broadway to listen to live country music.

We had to wait an hour to check in because of their issues and no compensation. We were forced to move rooms after the first night when I was told we wouldn’t have to. We never received housekeeping either. Never again!

The Staff, Julian, Kevin & Malik, were amazing. They took great care of our party of 7, answering questions, making suggestions & shuttling us back and forth to Nashville's downtown area. All of their facilities were extremely clean. The Ladies in charge of setting up and preparing the breakfast did a great job. The breakfast and coffee area was large and offered many choices, all included in your stay!

Quick and easy check-in. Very clean and quiet. It is right near everything you want to see downtown. We used a Suite and had 4 adults and a baby. Plenty of space and no neighbor noise. The breakfast was very good as well.

A quick 2 night trip to see a concert at Nissan Stadium and we were very pleased with this hotel. No frills but very clean and in great condition with all the amenities and more! In a good location if you prefer to be away from all the craziness of downtown but close enough to get there in 5:00-10:00 by car or Uber. Easy to find right off interstate. Would definitely stay here again.

At almost $200 a night, parking should be included. $10 a day though. Breakfast was meh, I have had more selection in a $60 a night motel. Most hotels leave little things to grab on the way out, coffee, fruit, cookies, something. They leave nothing out. Could be better for the price. The more you pay, the less you get I guess. Shuttle service is also not included.

Breakfast average at best. Yogurt machine novel. Would have liked more fruit options, especially bananas (none on Saturday, and ran out of them on Sunday). Muffins not great either.
