Pàrquing sin plaza minusválidos, sin rampas desde el pàrquing al hotel (a menos que des toda la vuelta) , habitación con hormigas , con manchas de pisadas rojas en el suelo , el aire acondicionado apenas funciona. Como interesante la piscina pero había tanta gente en la tarde, que no nos apeteció ir.

Hotel un peu en dehors de la ville avec un très beau parc ombragé + piscine : très très agréable avec les grosses chaleurs du mois d'août. La chambre aurait eu besoin d'un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais très propre et salle du petite déjeuner un peu petite.

Location and parking. much is broken. very old exterem small elevator 2 elevators one was all the days we stayed broken. suddenly the fire alarm went on than off no explanation we had to wait and didn't know if this was a false alarm or not. on arrival we got a terrible room with a view of walls. price quality ratio is absolutely not OK.

This place is like a resort hotel, not a 5 star resort, but an older, more nostalgic feeling 3 or 4 star. Very reasonably priced for a spacious room with a comfortable king bed, a pleasant lobby/hotel interior & outdoor lawn space for walks, a pleasant outdoor dining space with soft jazz in the background, and a large pool. Nice view from our room as well. My wife and I both loved it.

Great value for money. A little out of town which meant we had to eat in the on-site restaurant where the menu was a little restrictive. Bar area fantastic as was the huge pool.

The hotel, pool and restraunt are very nice, we had 2 rooms for our group. One was perfect but the other smelt of sewage and had lots of ants on the floor. Free water in the fridge was a nice touch.

Very nice hotel and grounds, excellent food from the outdoor restaurant. Easy to find and great parking facilities. A little dissapointed with the room as it was very dark (the curtains could not be opened sufficiently and were huge). Also we specified a double room only to be informed by the receptionist that double can also mean twin beds, first time I have ever heard that one. Consequently, no other rooms available.

No es un 4 estrellas aunque lo cobren como tal!! Zonas comunes correctas pero habitaciones viejas y poco mantenidas (armario, TV). El desayuno está bien pero compartirlo con una familia al completo en pijama (es literal) sin que nadie personal del hotel les prohibiera el acceso no corresponde con un hotel 4 estrellas.

No es un 4 estrellas aunque lo cobren como tal!! Zonas comunes correctas pero habitaciones viejas y poco mantenidas (armario, TV). Het hotel is 5 km van de stad. Prima te doen. Zwembad is fijn. Ontbijt continentaal was goed! Schoonmaak was uitstekend! Bed was prima lekker matras denk nieuw. Kamer mag verfris beurtje krijgen. Behang kwam van de muur . 1 stopcontact veel te weinig. Goede wifi. In bad douchen. Was glad niet fijn. Personeel vriendelijk maar kan niet goed engels. Ik las dat sommige gasten het gehorig vinden de kamers. Dat vonden wij niet maar dat ligt mischien aan de kamer die je krijgt. Wij wilde graag met raam open slapen maar de pomp die buiten staat te draaien die maakt echt vreselijke herrie. Dat was heel jammer. Echt groot minpunt die herrie van de pomp.

Very good value for money. We had a quadruple room that was a good size for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Appearance of a 4* hotel - lovely grounds. 15 min drive to the old town. Many choices for parking by the old town too. Service was a bit poor, maybe short staffed. Outside bar area was nice for an evening drink but we never got served! Breakfast was good but gets busy and restocking is slow.

El personal desagradable, excepto alguna excepción. Poca amabilidad y con cierta prepotencia, dan una sensación de como si lo tuviesen todo vendido y van sobrados, es más coincidió mi estancia con el apagón y personas que preguntaban para tomar algo y les trataban con indiferencia, estaba a tope la terraza y con un solo camarero lo que parece que es lo habitual y les respondía que no tenían sitio y que es lo que había, cuando tejían muchas mesas en un salón contiguo sin ocupar, preguntó una pareja de personal mayores si podían sentarse en esas mesas y les respondieron que hicieran lo que quisieran pero que hay no les iban a atender. Qué decepción, nos estuvieron a la altura y es una lástima cuando la zona e instalaciones del hotel incluido los jardines son espectaculares y una maravilla.

Accueil et personnel super accueillant. Belle grande chambre. Déjeuner excellent et donnant accès sur une très jolie terrasse. Plusieurs parlent le français. Aucune hésitation à recommander cet excellent hôtel.

I didn't stay in this hotel. After 5 minutes of booking a room, I had canceled my reservation, but the hotel still don't wanna reund me. Also the hotel minuplares with the price so much, for instance; it was $143 for Friday night, they raised it to $320 for the next night...that is so ridiculous

El hotel está situado en una zona hermosa, tranquila, a 15 min del centro. Las habitaciones muy bien, solo que no pudimos utilizar la caja fuerte porque no funcionaba y tampoco un enchufe. El personal nos recibió muy bien, pero en nuestra ultima noche cenamos allí y el camarero de turno estaba sin ganas de trabajar. Nos atendió de mala gana, le molestó que le preguntáramos sobre los platos..no tenian trona para niños pequeños y tampoco tenian opción de cena para ellos, ni siquiera un pollo a la plancha y tampoco lo podian hacer. Con el resto quedamos muy conformes.

Hôtel dans un cadre agréable, mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles à cause du service, notamment l'agressivité d'un responsable de la réception et d'une femme de chambre qui a volontairement n'a pas changé de serviettes alors que ces serviettes étaient sales et posées par terre. Elle a simplement eu le culot de les surprendre comme si elles étaient changées.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years under its various branding. Still excellent value, with easy parking included and only a simple 10 minute bus ride to Cordoba. Pool and shade options in the grounds also.

Very good value for money. We had a quadruple room that was a good size for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Appearance of a 4* hotel - lovely grounds. 15 min drive to the old town. Many choices for parking by the old town too. Service was a bit poor, maybe short staffed. Outside bar area was nice for an evening drink but we never got served! Breakfast was good but gets busy and restocking is slow.

Very nice hotel and grounds, excellent food from the outdoor restaurant. Easy to find and great parking facilities. A little dissapointed with the room as it was very dark (the curtains could not be opened sufficiently and were huge). Also we specified a double room only to be informed by the receptionist that double can also mean twin beds, first time I have ever heard that one. Consequently, no other rooms available.

Staff like Rafael made the stay productive and more enjoyable! The two young ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. The dining staff were very good. Only suggestions would be: Fix the elevators, they seem outdated and left us taking significant steps up or down to use. Open pool hours, 3-8pm only is too restrictive Improve your breakfast. The undercooked and watery scrambled eggs and bacon and tiny Vienna sausages floating in water is very unappetizing.
