Wonderful quick check in and the staff were so friendly from check in to bar to housekeeping and breakfast.

Didn't even stay there. Owing to snow falls my flight from Aberdeen was cancelled and the next earliest BA could offer was 3 days later. I wrote and explained and asked if the dates could kindly be changed - got no response. I booked and had to pay for another hotel.
