Air conditioning was very poor even after talking to staff and having someone come out and look at it. Required to pay 10 dinar for each pool towel. Please note pool towels are not included in the stay. when I asked for more towels at the front desk he insisted to deliver to our room, when I asked to pick them up at the front desk, a 5 minute hike each way. The towels never arrived before our check out. Pool very outdated. Not what it looks like in the photos. No cushions on metal chairs. Not inviting at all. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Red mold on shower curtain. Drain in second shower not draining properly. On a positive note, the included breakfast was nice.

Terrible service. In the first night we had sewage problem in our washroom. We moved to a second room but we had a problem with water. No cold water due to clogging in the pipes and hot water was dirty and very yellowish. The hotel didn’t compensate or accommodate us at all…Breakfast was ok.
