Lovely hotel in great location. Minutes walk to old town and also 5 - 10 mins to plaza espana. Very clean in room and all hotel. Free coffee all day in reception plus a free continental breakfast. Underground car park is right in front of hotel and has a lift to street level which makes moving luggage very easy.

Very nice boutique hotel! Rooms with balcony were amazing. Free great coffee, water, juices and snacks 24 hr. Parking is very close. If you drive, the best option is to go to underground parking -€25/ day- directly as there is no area to unload baggage. Helpful staff! Great location - we pretty much walked to all places. Lots of options to eat and drink within 300 feet! Highly recommended

This small hotel is well located & well-kept. Michelle at the front desk was the best! There is no breakfast, per se, but coffee, juice, & some packaged cereals. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants! I will definitely return. Parking in Sevilla is tricky. There is a garage directly in front of the hotel. If you don’t mind paying the public rate (€25/day) it is straight forward. If you want the hotel’s discounted rate, you need to reserve through the hotel & obtain their card before entering the garage. This is the difficult part because there is no place to temporarily park to obtain the card at the hotel front desk.(and return it when you leave) ask the hotel how to handle this.

Very nice and well-appointed hotel in a good location within walking distance of the cathedral as well as nearby parks, Alcazaba and the Plaza de España. Nice little area for morning coffee, beverages and a few very basic breakfast options. Hotel has a couple very convenient underground parking for a fee, but be sure to reserve ahead.

Everything was great, the location, snack bar and coffee machine, view from the room. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room though. I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay. This was with the pass that we requested when booking. i expect a communication from Hotels.com advising a refund will be issued.

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and in an excellent location with restaurants a few steps away and major attractions within walking distance. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. First room we had (1st floor) was spacious but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was small and the shower even smaller. When you turned on the water the shower curtain would stick to your body. I reviewed the check in experience and the next morning the front desk had made arrangements to change our room. That was very much appreciated! The second room was small along with the bathroom but the shower had actual doors. My wife is a bit picky when it comes to bathrooms and I know hotel bathrooms will never be like our own but it is gross when you see mold, mildew and grime. It was in the shower and along the bathroom floor where it meets the walls. My wife honestly wondered if the shower and floor were ever cleaned! Pictures were taken but we couldn’t upload them. I deleted them because every time we looked at them it turned our stomachs.

The hotel, the lobby and the rooms are updated and very tastefully decorated. I loved the snack bar with coffee, water, and snacks available 24/7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, specious for a family of 4 and had comfortable beds. We had our room facing the street and the park which was very noisy at times but that didn’t bother us that much. I loved the deck on the top of the building where we enjoyed some wine and enjoyed the views of Seville!! Parking was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Loved our stay at the hotel!!

Friendly welcome and spotlessly clean throughout. Tea and coffee on roof terrace watching sunset was a good start to the stay. Great location opposite park and 20 mins walking to most sights. We were given a drinks voucher for neighbouring tapas restaurant Bendala and stayed to eat. Would recommend a visit. 6 tapas, 1 dessert, an additional 2 beers and a wine €52, plus complimentary sherry to finish.

Absolutely adorable and quaint hotel in a great location near a ton of restaurants and a beautiful park across the street. Shower could be cleaner but everything else was excellent. Great customer service. Nice assortment of free food and drinks in lobby.

This was our second time in this hotel. It's a great location. Easy to walk to the main attractions of Seville and plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The roof terrace views are fantastic and it's a great place to chill. The drinks and snacks provided in the foyer are an added bonus. Our one negative is the noise if your room is on the front of the hotel. The price you pay for a glorious view I suppose. Despite that it's a little gem.

We were on the 3rd floor with a great balcony. Nice rooftop as well. Room had king size comfy bed, closet and drawers. The staff were very helpful and happy. There was a simple basic food corner with coffee, drinks, assorted pastries all day available. The location was walkable to everything, Excellent restaurants right by the hotel. A very good 5 day stay.

Eine wirklich schreckliche Nacht das Bett war wackelig uns hat gequietscht die Fliesen auf dem Boden waren locker. Am Morgen sind wir voellig verquollen aufgewacht Weil die Betten so vermilbt waren. Am schlimmsten war der Laerm von der Strasse. Nebendran mehrere Kneioen. Man hat alles gehoert Floetenspieler und Glas scheppern. Und das ob wohl wir im ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten haben. Nie mehr! Ich verstehe nicht warum das ein VIP ACCESS Hotel ist. Das einzig gute war der Gratis Kaffe in der Lobby.

Only thing negative for this place was wi-fi which was very poor , and mostly did not work ( it was important for me since I had to have remote work average 1-2 hours a day) .Otherwise It was clean , location was good, staff was friendly. ( would give otherwise 5 start )

룸은 생각보다 크다는 느낌이었고 침대는 사용하기 편했어요~ 욕조있는 화장실은 넓고 깔끔했어요 직원들도 상냥하고 자유롭게 하루종일 물과 과일 음료 빵등을 이용할수있어서 너무 좋았어요 단 방에 냉장고는 없으니 참고하세요 하지만 큰 불편함은 없어요 3층 루프탑도 잘되어있으니 이용해보세요^^

Pros: helpful staff, housekeeping services. Location within walkable distance of restaurants and attractions. 24/7 available cereal, milk, water, juice, coffee for guests. Good water pressure and temperature. Cons: our specific room was immediately adjacent to the public plaza with little to separate from the outdoor noise (kids screaming, moving chairs/tables, people dining). After use of the shower or sink for a decent amount of time, the pipes have trapped air trying to push through and will emit a ‘metal fork on ceramic plate’ sound for 10+ minutes. The main room light switch was tied to the outlets, so upon turning off the main light, it will power off all charging outlets. We got the last room for the weekend, so there want availability to switch. If you can stand all that, the location and value of this hotel beats everything else out.

We left an item when we checked out. They notified us of our lost item. We have tried repeatedly to followup on the item, but now the hotel says they don't know where the item is. Hotel and stay was fine and met expectations. our only issue is their response to our missing item.

Sadly, we experienced a huge theft of our belongings when our luggage was in the keeping of the hotel in their luggage hold. Our luggage was ransacked and items of high value were stolen. The police report mentions the responsibility for this theft lies with the hotel. However, we have not received any assistance from the hotel so far and it has been almost a month. We had hoped they would help with this costly and very difficult replacement. But not so far.

Lovely hotel in great location. Minutes walk to old town and also 5 - 10 mins to plaza espana. Very clean in room and all hotel. Free coffee all day in reception plus a free continental breakfast. Underground car park is right in front of hotel and has a lift to street level which makes moving luggage very easy.

This is a superb hotel for a stay in Seville. It is central and perfectly located to walk to all of the sights and for cafés, restaurants and bars too. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are extremely friendly, going out of their way to make it a great stay. The little coffee/breakfast bar is such a nice touch and the sun terrace has great views of the park below, as well as the rooftops of Seville.

Fantastic location!! An easy 10 min walk to the main sights. It was in a lovely area with good quality restaurants etc right next to the hotel. We had a basic room, which was absolutely fine. It was clean, had good air con and a nice bathroom. Thoroughly recommend!

The family room has a great view over the local park with double aspect windows. A good sized room with bath/shower but no bath taps! Free continental breakfast was available 24/7 in the lobby. Great service at reception. A roof terrace with good views of the area but no bar.

Great stay in this hotel. Walkable to most of the attractions, plenty of restaurants around. Friendly staff, they have a snack corner in the lobby where you can get coffee, tea, water , juice and variety of simple snacks , amazing! So grateful for this! I would recommend staying in this hotel.
