Lovely room and friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed for longer. Suvendu, my server at Breakfast, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable.

The rooms are very dated and not cleaned properly. The shower walls and floors were covered in mould. The service was not good, the air conditioning would not work and it took over 24 hours and numerous requests before anyone actually looked at it and moved rooms.

Everything was absolutely awesome. They left a tent in the room for our kids and a couple of stuffies for them. The service was incredible across the board and they were attentive to everything we needed and asked for. Really above and beyond. We will definitely be staying in the future.
