Great location. Complimentary little wines were provided and the front desk was really helpful when we lost our parking ticket they walked us to the garage and helped us get another one as we didn’t speak Portuguese

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff and location! From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was a great choice. It has been beautifully renovated and met our every need. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a fabulous bakery just doors away. The restaurant in front of the hotel is a destination in itself! Even the locals love it!

Great hotel for 4 nights in Lisbon. Excellent service - they're trying hard to be the best! Metro outside, trains almost opposite, old centre just 5 mins walk. Rooms clean and newly fitted and mini bar with a small selection of complimentary drinks refilled daily. Oh, and a limitless supply of pasteis de nata in reception. Could do with a bit of seating outside for the hotel - space taken up by a restaurant (in high demand).

Great Location! Rooms modern though small. Great touches such as a complementary walking tour ( excellent, with Joseph) as well as free sparkling rose ( and other drinks, snacks) in lobby. No parking but would recommend not having a car when in Lisbon.

Our stay, though brief, was a great experience. The hotel is historic, but the room was bright, modern, and super clean. The staff was gracious and vey helpful. We chose to stay here because it was centrally situated and within walking distance to many attractions. I would love to return to Lisbon and will definitely return to Blue Liberdade if I do.

Customer service was genuinely great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is central and accessible by walk, public transit or ride share. Great cafes and restaurants near by. Bed linens were so comfortable, we had great rest. I would return when in Lisbon again.

Enjoyed the hotel, staff were very nice and mostly friendly. The room was well designed and spacious. There were some permanent and large stains on the carpet of our room that made it seem dated. Otherwise it was very clean. We appreciated use of the nice bathrobes and slippers. The housekeeping staff also did a great job with room freshening.

Had an amazing stay at blue Liberdade hotel for 3 night. Stayed here for my husband’s birthday and trust me it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in abroad. The hotel was very clean, with beautiful rooms and central access to town with walking distance to trams and other attractions. Staffs were brilliant and very friendly, helped us planned attractions to visit and was always helpful when needed. We wasn’t happy with our room the first night, but the staff were so helpful and gave us another room with an amazing view of the square. Also, gave us complimentary breakfast cause of this. On my husband’s birthday we came back to a gift, trays of cake and bottles of wine in the room. Thanks to the team, can’t wait to be back to the hotel when I’m next in Lisbon. Try blue Liberdade when next you are in Lisbon as you won’t be disappointed and you are guaranteed your money worth and more.

The Hotel was in an excellent location. The free amenities were a plus. It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and even got us a last minute reservation for dinner. The only negative I would give is the smallness of the room, but I think that is typical of European countries in general.

The room we stayed at on the fifth floor was perfect for myself and my significant other (5 night stay). Had exactly what we wanted as a nice quiet room with the amenities you need for being on the go. The view of Monumento dos Restauradores is a nice touch to look at every morning. Service and staff is great and very accommodating. Room was cleaned perfectly when we came back from a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room and excellent staff, the room was not ready when i arrived early so the staff took care of the bags then rang me immediately when the room was ready and had already delivered the bags to the room. But the number one plus was the rainfall shower with great water pressure

Did not eat the breakfast. However, I cannot say too many nice things about the staff. They were wonderful! My friend and I came in on a flight before noon. They very kindly had a room ready for us so that we could get some rest after flying all night, even though it was way before check in time. All staff was courteous and hospitable.

Teresa and Sandra were extremely accommodating since we arrived on an early flight. They had the room ready within a short time and arranged for our luggage to be brought to the rooms, which was very nice. The hotel is in a central location to everything. Special shout out to housekeeping, which kept our rooms neat and clean. Thank you. Will definitely return again.

Outstanding personalized service. Ideal location in Lisbon. Fabio, the Asst. Mgr. was very helpful throughout our stay. Ask about the complimentary walking tour provided by Pedro from their sister hotel. Very informative and enjoyable. Every staff member we dealt with was genuinely welcoming and very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed the location. It is walkable to so many squares, Christmas Markets, and historical sites. The complimentary sparkling rose, coffee, water, and pastries were a treat. The best by far was the complimentary city tour given by Peder. The staff escorted us to the sister hotel, where we were then treated to a complimentary hat, water, and a fantastic local expert tour of the city. Once finished, we were offered a beverage, a wonderful local wine. I recommend staying at the hotel for its excellent location, staff, amenities, and the great tour. And, if you have any questions, need recommendations, or travel assistance, they are happy to help.

Our 3 night stay was wonderful! The staff were so helpful, friendly and considerate. We received VIP service through out the 3 days. A bottle of sparkling wine on ice in our room upon arrival, an upgraded room overlooking the famous square. A thank you bottle of port the final night. We also received complimentary bottles of water, juice, and delicious breakfast with all the delicious foods. We loved our location, being close to all parts of the city. The staff gave us recommendations on what sites to see, restaurants and a map. Thank you for everything!

Staff was amazing. Super friendly and would do anything to please and add value to the stay. Complimentary beverages and snacks were the icing on the cake at this perfectly located hotel with a modern feel inside a historic building. They even had a complimentary walking tour available that was an excellent introduction to the nearby highlights of Lisbon. I wish more places had such a desire to please by every single staff member we encountered.

We arrived during the blackout when electricity was down in the entire country. The front desk was so nice. They had battery operated lights and offered us food and beverages. It was still daylight and we enjoyed the city. When we arrived back, the staff had carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room in the dark of the stairwell with only the battery operated lights. They were friendly and accommodating.

Blue Liberdade Hotel was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything! Prior to arriving the hotel contacted us to make reservations for New Years Eve dinner, ensuring we had reservations for that evening. We arrived January 30 evening while the Av. da Liberdade was closing due to a marathon, I called the hotel as were driving in a rental car and were stuck in traffic just down the street. The valet came outside the hotel and found us and took the car to the parking garage while we went in to check in and go to dinner. Amazing service and really saved us that evening! The location could not be better, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when in Lisbon!

Great location, near metro and close to downtown area but not overwhelmed by the tourists. Staff were all very friendly, everything about the rooms was great. My one critique is the walking tour. I will caveat it by saying I’m not really a walking tour person. But with the race reviews, and it only being 1.5 hours and free, I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, it was actually 3 hours and very slow (1 hour of it was just getting organized before and getting feedback afterwards, not even seeing the city at all).

Loved everything about my stay at this property the staff was amazing, it is in a great location and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Transportation metro is right outside the hotel and wonderful restaurants right outside the hotel definitely would recommend and definitely will stay here again. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable and i can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. They go over and beyond.

Beautiful hotel - superb location. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Very easy to get transportation and walk around the area. The hotel is located on the best street in Lisbon near the center of the city. I will recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. I will also stay here again when I go to Lisbon.

Great location. In the heart of the old town. And great for shopping. If you’re staying for a few days, purchase the travel card which allows you on the metro and the trams. Hotel staff are very friendly. Only improvement- Breakfast is good but slightly limited.
