Amazing hotel. Felt more like a resort. Hotel bar and pool bar were both great. The pool area has a DJ from 12 to 4 Friday through Sunday, so consider looking elsewhere if the club scene is not your vibe

Awesome hotel, great building and rooms, fresh water on your floor as well. Great coffee shop down below. Service at the restaurant and rooftop bar aren’t good though, it’s decent when it’s a busy weekend but overall poor imo. Also no parking is kind of annoying but enjoyed my stay!

The W was amazing. They kindly let us check in super early around 0800 since we did a red eye flight. Then requested a late check out on our last day. Really appreciated this! The rooftop bar, pool and brunch on the weekend was amazing.

We went to Nashville for a concert and we stayed a few extra days to relax. Fitness center was amazing. Pool was great, but needed a bit of treatment. The water was a bit cloudy. When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed was…wow. It was very comfortable. This place was close to everything and the employees were awesome. Everyone! The bartenders were phenomenal and the Restaurant staff was great! Hotel was exceptionally clean. Overall, a great experience!

We loved the property and the rooms. The rooftop bar was fun and nice. The people who worked there were all extremely nice. One of the reasons I chose the property though was the ability to sit by the pool using an umbrella. When we asked for one we were told they weren’t used because sometime there was high wind even though there wasn’t any wind that day. So no way to sit by the pool in the shade.

A great experience and a great hotel. All the amenities the hotel offered were very enjoyable. This hotel provided everything that you could want for a relaxing getaway. From the pool/gym to the food with a fantastic views we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fresh new hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable. Staff were very friendly beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool however tried to enjoy the rooftop on the 13th floor but left after few minutes music I would call it “elevator music” being played was not enjoyable and the breakfast is really ridiculously priced for eggs and a slice of toast

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was great for getting multiple people ready and our view was beautiful. The hotel itself has so many options you don’t need to leave, but if you do everything you could want is within walking distance! The building is clean and the exterior is also a clean space.

Check in was pretty cold, it seemed as though the front desk was bothered by me checking in early at noon even though I received a call at 830am saying our room was ready and I could come anytime. We have a baby so needed to clean bottles. We asked three different people about getting dish soap rather than hand soap, it took 5 hours from the first ask to receive anything. Thankfully Thomas at the welcome desk was kind enough to finally go out and grab us something. Now my real issue was the cleanliness of the room. For a $900 a night room I would like it to at least look clean at first glance. We found a gummy bear stuck to the closet shelf, fingernail clippings on the nightstand and hair in the tub. Had we been staying longer than a night I’d have changed hotels. Disappointing because other W hotels we’ve stayed at have been fantastic. Pic of the gummy bear for tax.

For a property that is only 4 years old, it definitely has had a lot of traffic for it is showing on some furniture whether in the room or outside the room. The location, the staff, the walkable shopping and eating options were fantastic. The overall room experience was great. The only downside was the fact my original room had wet carpet in the suite and the tub did not work. The staff quickly corrected the issue by placing us in a different suite but moving at 11pm at night was not ideal for any of us.

Elegance beholds the eye as you walk in and the wall colors emboss a calm feeling as you reach your room for some peaceful rest. I stayed at many hotels but this one has something that my mind and body embraced. Two things that they could fix 1. The mattresses. I think they need some firmness. 2. The biscuit breakfast is not easy to eat without messing like a 1 year old would.

The hotel overall was very nice. We enjoyed our stay except for two things. Our refrigerator did not work so we had bought drinks and we woke up and they were all warm. We got a replacement for fridge delivered, but the same thing everything was completely warm. I had booked two rooms. One for me and my husband and one for our older children. They were across the hall from us and when I went to help pack them up, there was white hair all over their clothing that my 11-year-old had on the floor. It was dog hair, but it was gross. I wish pet friendly rooms were only assigned to certain floors. Last thing, I ordered room service at nine in the morning and had asked them to deliver it for 10:30. It did not come till 11:15. I had an appointment to go to and I called an hour and a half ahead of time and it was still 45 minutes late again, these are a little things, but this hotel is not cheap, so the service should be excellent

Had an amazing time. Only complaint was that the soundproofing wasn't very good. I was able to hear everything in the hallway and some car honking outside. Other then that, the basic room was spacious, clean, & beautiful. The rooftop bar wast favorite amenity

This hotel lies about the views of the city. Only thing I can see was a parking lot. When I called the front desk, they said all the rooms are listed as city views false advertising. I was told by the front desk that I could come in a few hours early to check in, and I arrived. They said my room was not ready and I can’t check in early. I told front desk agent tjst a gentleman over phone said I can and they said they don’t have any males answering phones. So I called From my phone in front of the front desk agent and prove them wrong that the gentleman is answering the phones. So I pay for transportation and showed up two hours early for nothing very unprofessional.

My friend and I had a night in the city and we chose W Nashville for our stay and we couldn’t have loved it more. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was immaculate. There were many thoughtful and beautiful details from soft robes to easy to use lighting. The window gave us a lovely view of the city. And finally for my favorite part, the coffee was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed hotel coffee before but this coffee was so delicious. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely choose W Nashville again.

The valet manager was exceptionally rude when we were leaving. Additionally, the shower had very little water pressure and never got hot. Having spent over $500 for one night, there's no way I'd ever stay here again.

Upon Ck in they said expiration hadn’t paid them they asked again for my cc which I provided then I got 3 messages over the next 3 days to come to the front desk to provide my cc again There was no problem with my cc they had know idea what they were doing as well we waited for 40 min to have the valet deliver our car as we ckecked out as well over 3 nights we never received room clean or fresh towels Never again W

The rooms were beautiful and high quality, bed was super comfortable, the dining on-site and service were excellent. Gym and pool were also great. Location was just what we were looking for - close enough to walk to downtown (Broadway) but far enough to be quiet and also in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

The little things matter and this hotel thought of all of them! From reading lamps that don’t disturb your partner to blackout curtains that actually cross and fully cover, to upscale bathroom products and a variety of reading materials… everything was very convenient and clean. The coffee shop on site is a gem with a little garden area to sit in, the food was great and the rooftop bar has a killer view. The pool was fantastic, just get there before noon or you won’t get a chair! The location of this hotel was so great - walkable to downtown but also the hop on hop off bus stops at the corner. There’s some great restaurants and shops in the Gulch and for those with pets, a dog park across the street, as well as a market and liquor store. Everything you need is close by. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was great. Definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel. There was excellent entertainment on Thursday evening, but nothing on Friday or Saturday evening, so that was disappointing. Shower pressure for the handheld wand could be stronger. Martini at the bar was perfect. Room climate control excellent. Bedding and room lighting excellent. Restaurant service and food excellent.

We loved the property. Rooftop closure was a bummer. No airport transportation to and from was not good. Overall, it was a great experience. High prices for alcohol along with food prices was surprising. Hotel was the best we have stayed. Clean, room with plenty of space and top of the line service. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone.
