We were very bummed that the pool was closed for remodeling and it would have been nice to know that prior to the stay. It was still a nice place to stay and was very quiet.

Check in was a breeze. Received a top floor room near the back . Perfectly quiet . Cant believe how nice the 24 hour fitness center is. Did a full body workout. The indoor pool was nice , but no hot tub . A very Hot shower was never ending . I can't wait for the breakfast in the morning.

As soon as you walk through the doors, you are immediately hit with a poor, dirty odor which continued throughout. The room and bathroom was extremely dirty. The mattresses were old and squeaked every time you moved. The air conditioner sounded like a ghost moaning all night. The furniture showed extreme wear and was chipped and peeling. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from other rooms. For the price that they are asking, I would have expected a much higher quality experience.

The facility was decorated very nicely. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Without ever having to request it, our bed was made daily, our bathroom restocked with whatever was needed and fresh sets of towels replaced the ones used. We stayed here 4 days and would definitely stay here again No complaints.

Great stay, you can tell it’s a newer building or at least recently renovated. Breakfast was standard but I have had better at other budget friendly hotels. I ended up throwing out what I chose, the eggs were very dry and the sausage was salty and rubbery. My only true complain is the walls are thin so you do hear everything. I had neighbors who had their TV up so loud it woke me up several times, along with loud guests in the hallways. Other than that I would stay here again if in the area. My favorite thing was the size of the fridge in the room, I was great to be able to stock up on my own food to save myself from eat out!

The property was nice, and the room was spacious, there was quite a bit of traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible. There was a bobby pin on the floor when I walked in that definitely wasn't mine, and there was also a stain on one of the chairs that looked a little icky. Otherwise, the room was clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and our a/c kept saying err, we were too tired to mention it and just ended up figuring something out.

Everything was great except there was an issue with the internet when we initially arrived. It worked for smartphones but struggled with our xbox’s and laptops. After calling customer support they fixed it within a few hours. I was happy with the response time and the outcome. Rooms were clean and staff was extremely friendly.

We had a puppy they gave us an upgrade perfect place near the door outside and on the first floor. Exceptional reception right from the beginning great breakfast great value for the price and an additional plus was to have pizza ranch right next-door.

My reservation was for Mon, Jun 02 - Tue, Jun 03 just as it is stated on this request for my review but when I went to check in at the hotel I was told that I didn't have a reservation & my reservation was for 6/3 - 6/4 & since I booked on Expedia the hotel couldn't change or cancel it. So instead of staying 1 night I was going to be charged for 2 nights - ok whatever. BUT, 6/3 the staff nocked on my door around 11:20am to tell me that checkout was to be at 11am and they were the ones that made me pay for 2 nights! The front desk staff was terrible but the housekeeping staff was very friendly!

This was our last stop on the way of our move from Arizona to Michigan. The staff was super friendly and nice and although there was a wait checking in, I didn’t mind at all because they handled it professionally and were courteous. My only complaints were that the pool was very cold, my 3 year old didn’t want to swim because he was getting too cold. Also, the room service that was offered was not actually available the hours they mentioned on the menu. The room service is provided by a third party and was supposed to be open until 10:00pm, I tried to place an order at 7:30 and waited on hold for nearly 15 minutes only to be told that they cannot reach the company and that they are assuming they were closed. Over all though, I enjoyed a relaxing stay after a very extensive truck ride.

I have booked this hotel several times and I can tell you that the staff takes very good care of the property. Very clean , very comfortable. Checking in was easy and the the front desk clerk is very pleasant. The breakfast was good .
