The place is small and cozy, I did not realize they had a pool but they do. They could use shade since it gets very hot there but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Only about 10 minutes max from Sensorio was a plus since that was where we went for the night. All of our shopping was done around the corner since stores are walking distance. Great stay.

Very very clean and new; the walls are thin however.; The cold water takes an incredible time to get cold in the hot afternoon. Vending is sparse; there is no breakfast. But it is well placed to get to events and downtown Paso Robles.

Booked on the basis of recent reviews and was not disappointed. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Best pillows we have had so far this trip. The place didn’t look fancy from the outside but the rooms were very nice. There was even a USB-C plug on each side of the bed. Only stayed one night and arrived too late for Sensorio (suggestion from manager at check in) but we were just passing through since CA-1 was closed at Big Sur and this was the bypass. Could park right outside the room. Only drawback was bright light that shone through bathroom window but worked well as a night light and you can close the door so it does t disturb your sleep. Manager was friendly even asking if we wanted to see a room before checking in.

Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. There is a soda machine and ice machine near the front office. There is a pool but we did not swim - too cold. The room was clean but there were some slight issues. First, if your key is near your cell phone it completely deletes your key. Just frustrating when slipping a key in a pocket quickly and then realizing your phone is there. Second, the thermostat wall unit kept reading error so I couldn't adjust the heat. Thankfully the weather was nice but still odd I couldn't adjust the temp. Finally, the Wi-Fi and TV is a bit off. Couldn't seem to keep Wi-Fi connected to stream via the Smart TV and when I used my computer it was a very slow connection. But this place is definitely clean and safe if you plan to just use the hotel to sleep. This was all I needed on the trip so it was definitely serviceable. Location was also very good - not far from some shopping, the highway, and downtown is just down Spring Street. So many Paso hotels keep upping prices - $200+ a night and they aren't special. So this hotel was worth the stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip with kids. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was clean and refreshing. Not far from downtown at all.

It is an older property but they seem to have recently put some work rehabbing rooms a bit. Pool is nice although there is some traffic noise as it stis on the corner lots border. For the price it was a fair deal.

This is a small very clean motel, (shower only and rough textured towels) with an extremely comfortable bed, with great sheets and pillows. The owner quickly checked us in and was very pleasant. Parking was in front of our room. The swimming pool is small, but clean with tables and chairs

I can tell they’ve done upgrades to the rooms, but the first thing I noticed when I walked in is it smells like smoke. Either that or some kind of combination of Fabuloso. I wish hotels would not use cleaners that leave a smell. The walls were thin I could hear snoring. There were only two packets of decaf coffee, no regular coffee. it took a long time for the shower to get barely warm, and the overall experience was disappointing. It was expensive for the accommodations.

The rooms were clean and bright, the pool was just what we needed to cool off after a long day outside, and the owner had great take out food recommendations and even helped us get disposbile plates and silverware so we didn't have to run out to the store again. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. It's also very well located and walkable to central Paso Robles.

The motel is located on the main street, relatively far from downtown (roughly 20 minutes walk). The interior of the rooms is brand-new. The walls are relatively thin, could hear every conversation behind the door in the parking lot.

Overall, our experience was good. We were grateful they could check us in after 10 p.m.; however, the person who checked us in was very rude, not just at check-in but also at check-out. Overall, it was very clean; however, there was a strong Fabuloso cleaner that was overwhelming. The last issue that was not so good was that the hair conditioner dispenser was the worst and did not work. Other than that, it was a great, quiet experience.

The room was great, bed was a little soft for me. I would've given 5 stars if the bed was firmer but that's just preference thing. The thing that I appreciated the most is that I forgot my wallet in the room and I got a call within 10mins of leaving the premises to let me know that. I wasn't to far from the hotel so I was able to get back there and pick it up. Nothing speaks louder to me than honest staff. Thank you Cielo House for a great experience!!!

Arrived with my hotels.com booking receipt and confirmation. They told me they didn’t have my reservation. They were rude and mean. Offered no help. Even after hotels.combagent called them to go over the confirmation they insisted it was not in the system and did not give me a room.

The room was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk agent (Justin, I believe) was extremely helpful throughout our visit. Gave great recommendations. Overall it was a great experience for the price.

The man at the front desk was incredibly rude. I have never been treated that way by a hotel employee. He was pissed that we got there after hours (around 11pm), but their website explicitly stated that they have a 24-hour front desk- it’s why I picked their motel. Also, they have a “night bell” located outside, but it seemed that he didn’t want us to use it.

Hotel Manager was very cool, check-in was easy and quick. Bed comfort was amazing. Mid-State Fair brought me here for a concert, and if I come back in the future I'll be staying at the Cielo House Inn.

The Cielo House Inn is newly renovated. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Closely located to the 46/101 freeway and roads leading to the Paso Robles wine area. A great price for the area.

Good spot for a couple nights stay. A little too far to walk to downtown but only 5 minute drive. Nice motel with clean rooms. Easy check-in process. We got in early, room was not yet ready but they checked us in and gave us our key so when we came back after doing some wine tasting we were ready.

Tried a new place for our Paso Robles antique show. Good location, very nice, well thought out room space, up to date and efficient. Good comfy bed, great lighting, well appointed bathroom. Pretty quiet location. Only minus was the very weak wifi that kept dropping out or taking minutes to load. Also no eateries nearby, so drive to anywhere. Will still be staying here again in the future.

Stayed in a two queen bed room that was recently modernized. They did a good job and it’s really clean. It got a little stuffy at night, so just make sure you have the remote for the air conditioning unit near you. I would stay here again. It is less than 4 miles from the amphitheater in case you want to check out a concert. Note: Stayed there on a Friday night and there was a family run taco truck across the street that served really good food.

Great place to stay. It was a last minute booking to get out of torrential rain. Management gave us an excellent room with easy parking. Overhang between parking and room was helpful. Clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean hot shower. Several nearby restaurants- we went to a nearby food truck with fantastic burritos. Kudos to the owner/manager for running a great place.

Upon arriving I was less than impressed with the exterior condition of the motel. However, the upgraded interior and super comfy bed made up the lack luster exterior appearance. I will definitely be booking here again. This motel would be packed if they would include a continental breakfast.
