The room was excellent and the property is in excellent condition. The location is also fantastic in the heart of the city and minutes walk from all the major attractions. The only issue we had was the laundry. We were told there is laundry onsite. They have one wahser and one dryer for the whole complex. We came back one evening and they gave us a laundry pod for the washer at checkin desk at 8pm. We went to the laundry and it was locked. When we asked them about it they said ots only allowed from 4 to 8 pm. It was 8:04 pm and he literally just gave us the laundry soap for the machine. There is no signage of the laundry showing timings and they dont tell you this at checkin either. When we requested if he could allow us to use it as we were told minutes ago the laundry is on the 1st floor and given laundry soap pod he rudely said no its closed hotel rules are hotel rules you cannot use it. Would have been nice if they told us that at checkin. We asked when we checked in if they had laundry facilities they said yes we do and we will even give you the laundry detergent. That was a bit of an issue so be aware of that. Other than that its a wonderful room in an excellent location in the heart of the city.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was close to everything you would want to see/do. Only drawback was off site parking. Garage is a 5 minute walk but very tight fit if you have a mid size vehicle. Room had all amenities expected in a home suite arrangement. Highly recommend this for a stay in Sevilla.

offered laundry facilities but it was one washer and one dryer only. washer was fine but dryer was too hard to figure our and ended up taking 1 1/2 hrs and still wasnt dry! 3 to 8 pm after maids finish bedding and towels ( i have no idea how they managed that) and i had to aggressively get the first spot so i woukd be able to pack it up as we were leaving next day. 5 hours, 1 set of laundry machines, ridiculous! i managed to find a drying rack in the back of the laundry room and without it we would have packed a bag of wet laundry. just saying they shouldnt advertise laundry facilities if its that poor!

Everything about the property was great with comfortable and stylish rooms and a great location. However the car parking situation was very unclear and poorly communicated as you need to validate your ticket upon arrival not on departure. Reception did not tell us this and therefore it cost us an additional €50 to park for 3 days than it should have.

Établissement absolument parfait à deux petites exceptions. Je commence par elles : il n'y a qu'une machine dans la laverie de l'immeuble ce qui est juste. Il faut réussir à trouver le bon moment pour laver son linge. La seconde est un réfrigérateur trop petit. Pour le reste, tout est parfait : la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux, une excellente literie, des équipements de qualité. Un emplacement idéal à proximité de tout ce qu'il y a à voir à Séville. L'on peut tout faire à pied. Et le meilleur pour la fin, une vraie piscine délicieuse sur le toit. Je recommande vivement.

Awesome place to stay- wonderful amenities included and a great location! Loved the rooftop pool and fresh oranges/juicemaker, coffee, and bakery. Bed was comfy and appointments were beautiful. Walkable to everything and helpful staff!

Concierge were great. So friendly and provided recommendations to local restaurants. Rooms overall are great in that they are spacious. Pool top patio was nice to relax after the day. Our issue was with the room cleaning service. Seemed the housekeeper pulled up our covers and called it a day. Coffee table didn’t get a wipe. Coffee pods, tea and jam were not replenished. She left out some things which seemed pointed as if we should know to empty? Felt off given the rest of the staff and location was great.

The room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities. The front desk staff was always cheerful and helpful. The elevator always worked and we never had to wait to go up or down. The cleaning staff made up our room everyday. We are very happy that we chose Aquitania.

The room when we checked in was dirty. We had to have the sheets changed because they were stained. The carpet had not been vacuumed and when we asked to have it vacuumed they used a smelly vacuum that didn’t work and the cleaning supervisor was rude. We needed to wash the dishes because the pans had food stains and the silverware and cups had fingerprints. It is too bad that had to happen because we were very pleased with the apartment and the location. Everything would have been perfect if the room was clean. We had a perfectly appointed little kitchen/island, with oranges and a juicer, coffemaker, teapot, toaster/microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, and we had great views of Sevilla rooftops. The location was perfect- stepas away from lots of restaurants and the main shopping streets in the old town, yet close enough to catch a taxi nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Overall: 4/5 The room was clean and very large with two nice balconies towards the street. That comes with a cost though. There was quite a lot noise coming from the street and through the room door (from the lobby area, even in the middle of the night). Also the bed was so hard that I had troubles sleeping. I liked the balconies, the kitchen area of the room, the shower and the rooftop pool area.
Overall: 4/5 The room was clean and very large with two nice balconies towards the street. That comes with a cost though. Excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé et proche de tout ( 15 min à pied de la cathédrale. 20 min à pied de la gare et 5 minutes du centre ville). Très bien insonorisé et équipé. Matelas confortable mais ferme. Personnel très attentionné et sympathique

Aquitania Home Suites is a gem in Seville. It is centrally located with nearby restaurants, fast food and shops. we just walked to the alcazar and cathedral. Check in was quick and smooth. Information about activities available at reception. Lemon infused water is free at the ground floor before the elevator. Aquitania Home Suites is perfect if you're looking for clean, spacious accommodation with a fantastic terrace and pool area. The staff at reception are all extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Suites are in the main shopping area, and apart from fashion stores, there is an Aldi 2 minutes walk away for supplies. You are never more than a 15-minute walk from attractions such as the Cathedral and Alcazar, but for us, being able to see Las Setas just down the road was the highlight. We are missing Seville already, and hope to return soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Anna at the front desk was very friendly and helped book the flamenco show we went to. The studio apartment was clean and modern. The hotel is on a main road, and close to many shops and restaurants in the historic district just around the corner, but surprisingly very soundproof. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. The bathroom had two sinks and ample counter space. In the kichenette, we were able to make our own breakfast every morning. Alde was a five minute walk from the hotel for all groceries. Housekeeping cleaned and tidied the room daily and refilled the coffee pods, tea bags and other complimentary items, including water bottles. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and lounge area on the rooftop, but we did see the great views of the city from it. We would stay here again.

Everything excellent!! The check in the 25th was exceptional, the front desk person was very nice. The rest of the front desk during these two were exceptionally: except the front desk today in the morning, June 27 during the check out, Ana that was not nice at all. Hotel clean and amazing.

Everything was fantastic. Very nice & comfortable apartment plus very quiet. Appreciated the free drinks stocked in the fridge every day. The front desk clerk Ana was exceptional. We had a perfectly appointed little kitchen/island, with oranges and a juicer, coffemaker, teapot, toaster/microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, and we had great views of Sevilla rooftops. The location was perfect- stepas away from lots of restaurants and the main shopping streets in the old town, yet close enough to catch a taxi nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location. This hotel is walking distance to Las Setas. Walking distance to the hop on hop off bus stop. Close to so many restaurants, stores, monuments etc. Staff is friendly and smiley. Thank you Belen! Our room was a one bedroom with two very comfortable twin beds and in the living room there was another twin and sofa bed. Perfect for our family of 4. All very comfortable! Bathroom was clean and spacious, kitchen had all the needed appliances, washer/ dryer on the first level. Had a rooftop with swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it. But I can tell that if we had time, we would be in it! They also gave us a nice bonus basket with goodies and refilled our refrigerator with juice and water. The lollipops at the front desk kept us all very happy!!! Definitely will recommend this place!!!

Beautiful, centrally located hotel, with new construction/newly renovated rooms, full of modern amentities, i.e. plenty of outlets. Can walk literally anywhere in Seville. Location is stellar, just on what could be the boundary between the tourist district of Seville and the downtown where the locals live, work and dine. Service was excellent and friendly. Everything clean and modern.

Super place to stay when on a city break to Seville. Firstly all the staff were so nice. We had a studio apartment which was recently renovated and modern. Coffee pods, water & oranges were replenished each day. Its about 15 minute walk to the cathedral. Good supermarket nearby. The roof top pool area was very relaxing. Got to do some reading and catch a few February rays of sun up there. If I go back to Seville I will definitely be staying at the Aquitania.

Beautiful accommodations and a perfect location for exploring the historical area of Seville. There was lots of food options near by (including tapas bars, cafes, Burger King, McDonald’s, and Aldi grocery store). Having a kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave etc was a great asset too. We will definitely stay here again!

Located in the central part of Sevilla, we were able to walk everywhere. Our studio apartment was quite comfortable. We cooked a few meals - however the kitchen is poorly stocked with cookware so need to be flexible. The front desk was always staffed. There is a roof lounge area and plunge pool which was quite pleasant.

The property was centrally located with easy access to different neighbourhoods and great grocery shopping & La Setas. Great clothing / fashion shopping nearby as well. We stayed for 7 nights and prepared a few meals in the Apt. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was salt & pepper, even though they replenished bottled water, jams, milk for coffee & butter everyday. We travelled through western europe for four weeks, and it was the best aparthotel experience overall. Highly reccommend.

Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided.

The family suite is HUGE! If you have a family, innately recommend this hotel. It has a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. There’s a supermarket 5 minutes away by foot and 150 yards from Las Setas. Fantastic location and extremely clean. One more thing, there is a washer and dryer at the hotel free for guests from 3 pm to 8 pm.
