We very much enjoyed our stay at Mint House. The remote check-in policy worked very well. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The property is very cool; with a unique design from its conversion. Parking on site was very easy. The walking distance to downtown venues was great and a key to our decision to stay here. Would recommend.

The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make our stay as comfortable as they could from day 1. The room was clean and just as described. We had a glitch with the air conditioning in our unit but the staff was able to fix it within hours. The location was perfect, walking distance to the park, groceries, and broadway. Gym was solid. No pool. Overall very happy and will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Felt completely safe. Parking was a little confusing but once we got in everything was super easy. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We will be staying again for our next Nashville trip!

Interesting history of the building. Nice to see how this old building and others in Nashville have been saved, restored and repurposed to modern times. Quiet, safe, comfortable accommodations within short walking distance of restaurants and the Broadway scene. Friendly and helpful staff. Issue with WiFi resolved relatively quickly.

Had a little trouble with the parking lot gate but the attendant was quick to help and solved the issue. The property is well maintained, everything is clean and the room was amazing. The only issue I had was having to pay for parking after spending a decent amount of money for the room itself.

We heard that the hotel is a former bank, and the architecture seems to support this. It has concrete floors throughout, and seems well fortified. There are no keys at all; entry to the building and to the guest rooms is by punching in a six-digit code, which one receives by email before check-in. The main entrance to the hotel is on the second floor, as it is on a hill. However, the elevator has a star next to the first-floor button, suggesting that one exits from that floor. The only exit on the first floor leads to the parking lot. It's not possible to walk out from the parking lot, since a heavy, tall metal gate blocks egress. The first time I left the hotel, I used the parking-lot exit by mistake, and was unable to get back in with the code. Only by calling the hotel (and being routed to a call center) did I figure out how to re-enter. I was confusing my reservation code (also a number, but only 4 digits) with my entry code. To avoid this confusion, I would recommend that the hotel switch to alphabetic codes for reservations; then it would be clear that one should not try to use that code at the keypad. The rooms (apartments, actually) are quite large, with full refrigerators and stoves, and separate bedrooms. They were very clean. We found that the wifi was badly overloaded in the evening. It was difficult to get on, and we frequently got knocked off. The corners on the bed were sharp; it would've been easy to run into them and bruise your shin. I pulled

A little bit complicated with parking lot for oversized cars.. The best way to parking oversized vehicles is hotel's parking. Don't use Davis Stone garage.. It is to small to big vehicles.

Wonderful and quiet place to stay, secure parking, close to Broadway (walkable distance). Not given clear check out instructions, thankful I called the 800 line to be sure. Also didn't note there was a per night parking fee until we had already reserved the room.

We enjoyed staying at this property, close enough for us to walk to our events. The only thing negative is that the floors were dirty and the rug was never vacuumed.

The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices.

The apartment was spotless and spacious. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new and was well-maintained. It had everything I needed for my stay and was walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the room! Just a few issues with long hairs on the bathroom, floor needed cleaning.

I usually look for three basic things when booking a hotel: cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower with decent water pressure. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark on all three. The floors were sticky, the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable, and we woke up each morning with back and neck pain. The shower required a high, awkward step to get into, the water never got hot, and the pressure was barely a trickle. The couch in the living area offered little to no back support. The positives were the location and price, it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, so we stuck it out. But I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others unless some serious updates are made.

We were on the ground floor and had some trouble with bugs.

Great location, nice facilities, just needs some deep cleaning but nothing major.

Everything was fantastic except that there were no blackout blinds. We were in an end unit, and the windows were fantastic during the day. Sadly, it was so bright at night that we struggled to sleep.

The bed was definitely comfortable. The apartment was great. There were so many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options which were walkable.

Excellent place to stay and we plan to stay there again. One small complaint is that the window treatment did not block the light from the street lights so sleeping on the pull out sofa bed was difficult.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The area was walkable to many activities, music venues and places to eat, as well as the Nashville Farmer's Market, which was wonderful. This area felt very safe and appeared to be a new and upcoming area in Nashville with so much to do (some restaurants were not even open yet). The main bed was very comfortable, and the only thing I would change would be the comfort of the sofa bed mattress. Since parking is $40, I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the walkable area so you don't have to pay again and again close by.

Apartments are beautiful and spacious but thin windows and no rugs to improve acoustics - it was nearly impossible to sleep with the noise from the streets. Traffic, street cleaners, garbage trucks, people arguing outside - not a peaceful place. But super convenient area… if you are a really heavy sleeper you won’t have an issue!

The rooms were great! Very modern very spacious. Will definitely stay again and recommend the mint house to others!

Nice property, interesting history. Apartment was spacious and clean. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Only downside is traffic noise at night.

Mint House provides all the benefits of an apartment at a hotel price. The rooms include a kitchen and even a washer/dryer, so for the first time in my life, I arrived back home without having any laundry to do. The staff bends over backwards to help with anything, and Lala was especially helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork, when their welcome message landed in my junk mail. The fun part of Nashville is just a short walk away: Take a right out of the hotel, a left on Union Street, then take a right at 5th Street or below and follow the music. One small caveat, though: I'm over 70 years old, and I struggled to get out of the low platform bed every morning. And taking a shower was a bit treacherous: There's a very high-stepping bathtub and absolutely nothing to hold onto once you're under the shower, not even a towel rack. They told me that accessible rooms are available, so if you're old or have mobility issues, I'd suggest contacting the hotel for one of those rooms.

Our room was amazing! Coffee maker didn’t work and we didn’t have any pods for washing machine, but within 5 mins of them being notified, we had another keurig and tide pods! Everyone there went above and beyond! Will definitely be staying here again. We were in 207! Great location as well as it was easy to walk to downtown and we always felt safe!!

Had an amazing experience with Mint. They were super helpful and communicative, which I loved and appreciated so much. They allowed us to get early check in which was great. Overall great experience and time at Mint.

Great check in and it’s always a good stay at Mint House at the Reserve. Plus, we finally got the room with the huge big safe door!

No attendant/receptionist was at the front desk when we arrived and my wife stood there for at least ten, perhaps fifteen minutes waiting. She tried calling in to see if she could get ahold of someone, but a call to reception went to voicemail and when she called the other contact number, that person's phone was on behind the reception counter. As it happened, I waited in our car on the street while she was inside, so shortly before a receptionist showed up to help her check-in, I saw a golf cart bearing the Mint House logo come down the street - from where I know not - and go through the parking lot gate. There were three young people in the cart. I suspect one was the receptionist, and I'm thinking there can't have been much going on on a Sunday that would call for three employees to be away from the property. We tried logging on to the internet per the instructions. No joy after several tries. So eventually the receptionist had us log in via admin's connection. As we were inspecting the apartment, I looked in on the HVAC unit. The filter was pretty badly in need of changing, so we called in to reception and they said they would take care of it. If they did, it was after we left. I noticed that the carpet in front of the sofa had a largish rent in the center. The rent was under the coffee table, so it didn't affect our stay, but I felt you might want to know. Finally, there's a slick spot in front of the middle bedroom window - about the width of the window.

We arrived an hour earlier than our checkin and the guy at the front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and he helped us get into the property to park. The apartment was very nice and comfortable.

Great location and the customer service was great at handling my party's multiple issues. But the problem was just that, multiple issues. From the water heater not working, to the air conditioning not working, to the smoke alarm going off, and the miserable water pressure in the shower. Not to mention the ozone machine was left in the room with no indication of whether the room had been aired out prior to us getting there; huge safety concern. Each of our 2 reservations needed new rooms, just too much to recommend Mint House to anyone. The novelty of being the former Treasury runs out quickly when you have to address multiple issues during your stay.

Virtual check in not the most user friendly

The staff are friendly and as helpful as can be - we had a note placed on our file last month to be situated on the first floor. Normally, it wouldn't matter. But the first floor has doors that open up to convenient access to the grassy area (we akways have a medical alert service dog with us). But instead of being on the 1st floor, we were assigned the 4th floor. Its only through my good fortune that I ran into a guest that was checking into the 1st floor and they were very gracious saying that they didnt mind at all to trade rooms. Please, we always have our medical alert service dog with us, not only keep that note on file but carry out this need to make our stay infinitely more easy. There are plenty of hotels in downtown Nashville. The reason that we select The Mint Reserve is because of this amenity.

Great location! Close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough that apartment was quiet at night. Easy in and out parking and friendly staff. Would stay again!

We had a good stay here, it is in a very good location that puts you just close enough to everything. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Nashville.

Great location, convenient to Broadway. Clean and very spacious rooms. Wasn’t expecting the entrance to be staffed, as we’ve stayed in similar properties with entry codes. However, there was always someone there, all super friendly and helpful!

This property exceeded my expectations. I’ve come to Nashville many times and we will continue to book here. It’s walkable to Broadway and quiet (if that’s what you are looking for). They are incredibly responsive and just overall an A+ place to stay! Overall it was a great place to stay, affordable and an incredible location.

Excellent location

Check in was a breeze! We loved the large space, very clean, breakfast bags a plus , and fitness room. The room is gorgeous. There was a second room with a tiny desk that could most likely fit a twin or double bed. I would suggest a fan in the bathroom. Thank you!

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We were just there overnight but it would be nice for a longer stay. No hotel amenities on site but we didn’t need them. Area is downtown office location so not much open in the evening to walk to but quick uber to all the main entertainment areas in Nashville.

In a poor location, terrible checkin instructions, weak soundproofing, not a single person on site to help, no food or drink, narrow halls tho' lit better than in Gaza, cold industrial feel inside.

Loved the mint house. A beautiful apartment which was a nice refuge for the vibrant Broadway scene, but still close enough to walk easily. Loved having the kitchen. The apartment had nice finishes and was modern, safe and a good value. Just enough space for us girls.
