Kleines modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel mit engagiertem Service durch den Inhaber und sein Personal. Ayse im Börekladen nebenan sorgt mit ihrem reichaltigen Frühstück für den passenden Start in den Tag. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Yachthafens inmitten der Altstadt in der Nähe der alten Moschee und der Burg, alles ist gut erreichbar. Bitte die Hotelbeschreibung des Inhabers vor der Buchung lesen und nicht nachher schlechte Bewertungen abgeben: Die an sich ruhige Altstadt beherbergt mehrere Clubs mit open air Betrieb und wird ab Saisonbeginn bis zum frühen Morgen zur Partymeile. Wer es lieber ruhiger mag, buche lieber woanders. Genauso ist klar beschrieben, dass das dreistöckige Hotel über keinen Lift verfügt. Auch hier: vorher lesen und nicht nachher meckern, wäre unfair ! Für uns war es jedenfalls Ende März 2024 ein schöner Aufenthalt und die ca. 150 Stufen zu unserem Zimmer mit Panoramablick über den Hafen und die Burg im 3. Marmaris merkezde güzel bir otel yat limanının hemen arkasında konum olarak araç park olayı sıkıntılı şansınız varsa boş yer bulabilirsiniz yada otoparka çekebilirsiniz. Good bits Newly refurbished , clean, nice bed, views over the harbour. Bad bits The room wasn’t really set up like a hotel room, no bedside lights , just the major light in the middle of the room. A kettle great , but no cups, or coffee or tea bags The stairs, they were dangerous and uneven , a step 2inches , then one 9inches then 5 inches , try carrying a case up that lot without falling flat on face. But the biggest issue for us , being a couple seeking a relaxing time, was the evening noise, it backs on to bar street , with nightclubs pumping out very very very loud music till gone 3am in the morning , we found it impossible to sleep! If you are party animals this may be the ideal place for you , but not for us sorry

3 gündür mugladayiz bir gece Fethiye sonra Dalyan sonra buraya geçtik. Gezi planımız vardı ama oteli o kadar sevdik ki keyif yapmak istedik, gezmek istemedik. Eşyalar tamamen yeni tertemiz, banyo ferah, güzel, temiz. Yatak çok rahat. Tam konfor oteli. Yeri barlar sokağının ortasında çocuksuz gelenler için süper ( çocuklar için fazla gürültülü). Konumu da çok güzel yani. Yine gelsek tercihimiz olur hiç düşünmeden

Otelin konumu çok güzel, ve marinaya yakın. Ancak geceleri çevredeki gece klüpleri ve barlardan yüksek seste müzik geliyor. Otelin sahibi yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, odalar temiz ve aradığınız herşey var. Fiyat performans açısından memnum kaldım.

Honnêtement, le personnel très sympa. Le seul problème c’est que qu’il y avait trop de bruits car y’a une boîte de nuit juste à côté. La chambre est vraiment propre sauf en dessous du lit. Merci en tout cas !

Amazing place to stay! Within easy reach of everything. The neighbourhood is very nice. Lots of beautiful cats. The Marina is in walking distance. The place is clean and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect! Thank you very much!

Location is one of the best ones, Breakfast ok Staff good One thing the hotel besides the nightclub and music continued till 4 am. And they don't have soundproof windows. If you are not going to party its difficult to sleep

Staff were awesome, helpful and great about refunding our last 3 nights. We arrived to a sailing regata party in the inner harbour that blasted music till well after midnight and went the emtire week we were there. Unfortunately there was no way we could have stayed foe the entire time. Room was decent, large with windows that opened with screens, decent towels but awful bed linens.

We would never recommend this hotel. We arrived and the noise literally bounced through the walls as there is a club right behind the hotel. We tried to get a refund after leaving due to the noise levels and hey refused. Do not go to this hotel under any circumstances

L’hôtel est situé près des boîtes de nuit et bars en plein air. Toute la nuit, il est impossible de dormir tellement la musique est forte, même fenêtres fermées. La climatisation laisse à désirer également, elle ronronne très fort au dessus du lit, ce qui n’aide pas non plus à dormir. La chambre est sommaire, le confort est très basique pour le prix. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais par rapport à d’autres hôtels du coin. De plus qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé. Si vous n’êtes pas là pour faire la fête toute la nuit, allez plus loin !

Staff were awesome, helpful and great about refunding our last 3 nights. We arrived to a sailing regata party in the inner harbour that blasted music till well after midnight and went the emtire week we were there. Unfortunately there was no way we could have stayed foe the entire time. Room was decent, large with windows that opened with screens, decent towels but awful bed linens.

We would never recommend this hotel. We arrived and the noise literally bounced through the walls as there is a club right behind the hotel. We tried to get a refund after leaving due to the noise levels and hey refused. Do not go to this hotel under any circumstances

This was a bad experience all around. But the worst was the staff, as in "what staff????" They were never around and the "office" was always locked exc. the couple of minutes after I arrived. Then I never saw them again. No help with any thing. And the area - you couldn't get any noisier at night. Never would go back.

Good bits Newly refurbished , clean, nice bed, views over the harbour. Bad bits The room wasn’t really set up like a hotel room, no bedside lights , just the major light in the middle of the room. A kettle great , but no cups, or coffee or tea bags The stairs, they were dangerous and uneven , a step 2inches , then one 9inches then 5 inches , try carrying a case up that lot without falling flat on face. But the biggest issue for us , being a couple seeking a relaxing time, was the evening noise, it backs on to bar street , with nightclubs pumping out very very very loud music till gone 3am in the morning , we found it impossible to sleep! If you are party animals this may be the ideal place for you , but not for us sorry

L’hôtel est situé près des boîtes de nuit et bars en plein air. Toute la nuit, il est impossible de dormir tellement la musique est forte, même fenêtres fermées.
