Let me start off by saying the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, however, the minute we walked onto the floor, the stench was overwhelming, the rooms did not smell, but the hallway smelled like really bad plumbing issues. We usually covered our noses and ran to the elevator because it was overwhelming. Aside from that the water in our shower wasn’t going down and it had nothing to do with a clog, but rather the way it was built. The water was just pooling on the opposite side of where the drain was it was quite gross. Lastly, the sink in the bathroom-two minutes into being in the room I went to wash my hands and the water wasn’t going down. We called and they said they would fix it and came to the room to fix it but it was still not really going down…so yeaaa, the ick. The front desk is polite and accommodating, the location is great, but the room needed some plumbing done along with the stinky hallway. They do provide you with towels and a beach umbrella. There is street parking but we paid for the underground. I hope this helps.

Excellent beach. Beach front. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast! Complete coffee setup in room. Very loud music until 2 am and later. Very festive area. Big loud dance nightclubs full of young people showing off their bodies.many fireworks displays Felt safe! Plenty of security and pleasent local police. Would definitely return.

Incrível!! Quarto e banheiro muito bons, com estacionamento incluso. Diferencial é o café da manhã incluso que é servido no restaurante do hotel, que fica em frente à praia. Vista incrível e fácil acesso para principais pontos turísticos!

Excellent location steps from the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. Good breakfast was included. Can rent bikes for the day and ride along the beach and all the way to Port Saplaya. Hop on and hop off tour bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. Could use better and more pillows and sheets.

Google Great hotel right on the beach Room was clean and spacious. Room 109 has a patio overlooking beach. Breakfast was included at the hotel"s restaurant and was also excellent. Would stay again.

The hotel is very nice, a more modern, organic-looking style. There is free water near the lobby area to refill your container. Breakfast is good, but no option for almond or soy milk. Dinner is good too. They let us borrow an umbrella and chair, which was nice along with beach towels. Anna at the front desk was excellent and gave many good recs on restaurants. The only thing we did not like is the Loud music coming from other hotels, which was annoying pass 1 am.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The upgrade to the terrace with sea-view was absolutely worth it. The front door would need a bit more soundproofing as you can hear everything from the hallway- and yes; off season, Friday night was very noisy with a party going on until early hours of the morning. The staff however was very lovely. Shame the coffee/tea stand was not refilled but not a deal breaker. The restaurant has a decent menu and food was very tasty- however everything that we ordered reached the table lukewarm (including prawns in garlic oil?).

Die Rezeptionistin ist wirklich nett gewesen. Das Hotel an sich ist sauber, jedoch die Umgebung eher weniger. Die Nähe zum Strand ist hervorragend, ebenso die Nähe zur Straßenbahn/Metro. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen. ACHTUNG beim Strandbesuch!!! Niemals Wertgegenstände unbeaufsichtigt liegen lassen. Sollte logisch sein, jedoch waren wir für 2 min außer sichtweite unserer Handtücher und Rucksäcke. Als wir zurückkamen, waren unsere Rucksäcke verschwunden. Ein Einheimischer Österreicher klärte uns später darüber auf, dass das hier Gang und Gebe wäre… Die Stadt Valencia ist aber sehr sauber und sicher. Schönen Aufenthalt!! LG aus Österreich:)

Staff: super friendly and nice Cleanliness: clean bedsheets and overall room was clean, but bathroom had areas covered with black spots, cups were never washed and windows facing sea were dirty Food: breakfast was ok, traditional spanish, but 2 out 5 days they were missing some ingredients and the service was very slow (we had to complain once as there was only 1 person serving the entire breakfast for all guests resulting in a waiting time of 40-50 minutes) Comfort: beachfront, great for beach lovers and party people. However, nearby night club and open air concerts were there 5 out of 5 nights lastin till 4am. Rooms are not soundproof so you feel like you're sleeping in a fan zone of a random rock concert. Probably, the only hotel in Spain from which i couldn't wait to checkout

Wonderful attentive girl at the reception, clean hotel and the room itself, bathroom cosmetics are really good quality. Breakfasts are varied downstairs in the hotel restaurant. Next time I will come here. I liked everything.

Vanuit het restaurant uitzicht op het strand en de zee, heerlijk rustgevend. Lekker ontbijt. De kamer was netjes, maar zat precies boven de ingang waardoor we het raam liever dichthielden. Soms vanwege sigarettenrook en in de ochtend vanwege lawaai als de vuilnisbakken geleegd werden. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Lovely rooms, with small bathroom. Great substantial breakfast and staff were attentive, helping us with bike hire etc. Make sure you don’t get a sea facing view or the noise from the nearby Ocean club will be unbearable, blasting out loud techo music 7 nights a week until 5am. This known noise issue is not unique to this property and most plaque all hotels on the strip. We had a comfortable 2 night stay with immediate access to the beach

The hotel is a fun property with a cute nautical theme throughout. Nicely appointed room that is efficient and comfortable, though we had two twin beds pushed together rather than a double bed. We had a Seaview room which was nice to open the window for the afternoon breeze. The only downside is the Marina Club outdoor nightclub nearby that blared loud music until the wee hours. We sleep with earplugs anyway so it didn’t impact our sleep, but it could be an issue for others looking for a quiet nights sleep.
The hotel is a fun property with a cute nautical theme throughout. Nicely appointed room that is efficient and comfortable, though we had two twin beds pushed together rather than a double bed. We sleep with earplugs anyway so it didn’t impact our sleep, but it could be an issue for others looking for a quiet nights sleep.

Lovely rooms, with small bathroom. Great substantial breakfast and staff were attentive, helping us with bike hire etc. Make sure you don’t get a sea facing view or the noise from the nearby Ocean club will be unbearable, blasting out loud techo music 7 nights a week until 5am. This known noise issue is not unique to this property and most plaque all hotels on the strip. We had a comfortable 2 night stay with immediate access to the beach

The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The upgrade to the terrace with sea-view was absolutely worth it. The front door would need a bit more soundproofing as you can hear everything from the hallway- and yes; off season, Friday night was very noisy with a party going on until early hours of the morning. The staff however was very lovely. Shame the coffee/tea stand was not refilled but not a deal breaker. The restaurant has a decent menu and food was very tasty- however everything that we ordered reached the table lukewarm (including prawns in garlic oil?).

Booked last minute when we missed our flight to somewhere else. The hotel was surer cute, the decor was on point, the breakfast choices were amazing for being included in the price of the room, and Ana at the front desk was an absolute gem. It's close to the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice, a more modern, organic-looking style. There is free water near the lobby area to refill your container. Breakfast is good, but no option for almond or soy milk. Dinner is good too. They let us borrow an umbrella and chair, which was nice along with beach towels. Anna at the front desk was excellent and gave many good recs on restaurants. The only thing we did not like is the Loud music coming from other hotels, which was annoying pass 1 am.

The staff are great. They always to help and guide you. And location is also very good for restaurants, not for sleep. Marina Beach techno party goes boom boom boom from 12:30 in the afternoon until 3:30 in the morning. So if you do not like noise, this is not for you.

Excellent location steps from the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. Good breakfast was included. Can rent bikes for the day and ride along the beach and all the way to Port Saplaya. Hop on and hop off tour bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. Could use better and more pillows and sheets.

Wir haben spontan für 3 Nächte im Hotel Casa Bassa übernachtet und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es befinden sich viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe, genauso wie der Strand. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 600m entfernt. Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn sind direkt vor der Haustür.

No es mi primera eatancia en el hotel y siempre me gusta que estas al lado de la playa, que el desayuno es increible. Las hanitaciomes son normales g decoradas con todos neutros y las que dan a la parte de atras son tranquilas. El restaurante tambien muy rico (aunque les falta personal a primera hora)

The small hotel wirh a small room near night club.Very noisy. Music from nightclub can be heard even with the door to the terrace closed.I saw rooms with terraces that go inside the hotel. I don’t know how these rooms feel, but it looks strange.The breakfast was inedible, the eggs were tasteless. For lunch, the black rice paella was as salty as sea water. We had to return it.I give two stars only for cleanliness. We didn't find any other advantages.

A nice little hotel near the beach. The rooms are of good size and the bed is comfy. The view (sea side) is great. There is a bit of noise from a nearby nightclub but it is manageble. The restaurant is nice and have a good selection of dishes. You can get beach towels from the reception. We had a great 4 night stay and will surely come back.

What they forget to tell you is that their best seaview rooms are next to a nightclub which plays very very very loud music untill 4am - even sleeping with earplugs did not help because the vibrations of the TECHNO bass-tones, go trough walls, floors and your bed. Nevertheless, the hotel charged me a full 270€ for the night while we could not sleep in that room. I called the reception at 1am, 2am, 3am & 4am. The nightmanager told me this problem was know for a long time but their was no way to stop it. They tried calling the police but nothing helped. When i asked for a compensation the hotelmanager wrote me to go complain at the nightclub, because they couldn't help it! Personally, i would not have taken this room again even if they offered it with a 50% discount (which they refused)
