Chambre toujours impeccable, avec une très belle literie — et c’est franchement essentiel. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. Petite déception toutefois : ayant l’habitude de faire une séance de sport suivie d’un sauna et d’un hammam, j’ai constaté que, lors des deux fois où je me suis entraîné, ces équipements étaient à l’arrêt et donc indisponibles. Dommage, car sans ce point, l’expérience aurait été quasi parfaite.

L'hotel semble comme neuf et très contemporain. Confort, ménage impeccable et possibilité de stationner sa voiture pour seulement 20€/jours. De plus, l'équipe est très accueillante et de bons conseils. Je recommande !

Le seul point négatif c’est les ascenseurs. Juste 2 pour 250 clients faut attendre très longtemps pour pouvoir l’utiliser

L'hotel est bien placé avec le tramway et de nombreux bus à proximité. Il donne sur une artère routière très frequentée, du coup si votre chambre est de ce coté il y a une nuisance sonore. L'hotel est super beau, les chambres sont vraiment bien avec la petite kitchenette, c'est très pratique. Je deplore le manque de volet car le matin quand le soleil apparait les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas. Le coin piscine et spa est vraiment le plus! Avec ma fille on a adoré pouvoir se détendre tous les jours après les visites. J'ai pu aussi profité de la salle de sport. Tout est inclus. Je n'ai pas trouvé mieux à ce tarif. Nous reviendrons.

las zonas sociales son muy buenas y modernas, lucen bastante bien para las fotos, las habitaciones son cómodas y aunque es limpia en 4 dias de estadia nunca la limpiaron, el desayuno es al lado en un restaurante, no es tan buena la comida

We enjoy our stay in general because we did not stay indoors for most of the trip. However, the sewage/toilet was a mess (it was foul smelling during the day and mostly at night) and the ventilation system was not efficient (because we were very hot all through the trip as we slept). The staff were polite and helpful on check in. The €300 deposit was a tad steep but I understand.

The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.

Personnels très gentils, mais la chambre n’était pas super propre, la grille d’aération de la salle de bain était rempli de poussière et la cabine de douche n’était pas super propre. Il y a eu une coupure d’électricité dans la nuit de vendredi à samedi jusqu’au matin donc plus de lumière dans les chambres. Le ménage n’est pas inclu ni les serviettes pour la piscine

It was a nice hotel, but it was unclear to us that we had to pay extra to use the amenities. The sea view was obstructed, so it was not entirely sea view. I will say the staff were very nice but were unable to provide any solutions.

Room was great, clean and very nice, modern and spacious. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is I asked for two single beds during booking and we had a double bed. We informed reception of the issue and they said they would sort it out, came back later that night and it was still the same.

Belle chambre en surface par contre très mal insonorisé et isolé, du coup on entend trop la circulation et la température est très basse à l’intérieur 19degre à peine. Pas possibilité de la modifier avec le boîtier de la chambre

La chambre était au calme (9eme étage coté mer - chambre 921) et très bien isolée avec une excellente literie. Notre fille dormant sur le canapé à trouvé la literie très correcte. Nous avions prie un appartement avec balcon pensant avoir une vue sur la mer mais hélas nous avions un immeuble en face et la voie routière rapide. Donc le balcon était trop bruyant pour en profiter. La piscine, sauna et hamman était très agréable. Nous avons testé le restaurant et était très bien. Nous n'avons pas réservé le petit déjeuner car nous avons préféré nous le préparer nous même.

In general we had a number of poorer experiences here. For 24 hours the wifi didn’t work. The hotel could not find our booking at check in. In addition, be prepared for the room not to be serviced daily (apart-hotel only has servicing every 4 days), and the lines for check in/reception are often 15-30 mins long

Super accueil de la nouvelle arrivée : c’était son 2ᵉ jour et je l’ai trouvée très efficace, ça promet ! Merci en tout cas pour l’accueil. Chambre propre et confortable, tout était au rendez-vous. Sauna en panne depuis plusieurs semaines, dommage. Check-out parfait avec une personne souriante qui prend le temps de demander si tout s’est bien passé. Cela reste une de mes adresses favorites à Marseille, avec toujours des marges de progrès possibles.

L’appart hôtel est très bien. Bel chambre lobby agreable. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant de l’hôtel sous forme de buffet avec l’essentiel, et du vrai jus d’orange pressé. Par contre l’organisation est chaotique, le Check in fut long, de plus on nous a donné une chambre déjà occupée, en ouvrant la porte il y avait un couple entrain de dormir dans le lit. Nous avons dû retourner à la réception. Apparemment ils ont un tout nouveau logiciel qui leur crée des problèmes.

The location was terrible for tourists.Far from tourist areas in a commercial area. Did not feel safe in nearby streets especially after dark. Staff were mostly helpful, but many were unable to communicate in English. The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.

We stayed at Odalys City in Marseille for four nights and had an apartment with a sea view. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. A nice touch was the coffee machine, although it would have been even better to have a kettle. The small kitchenette was equipped with a two-burner stove and basic dishes, which was convenient. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, but the lighting was quite poor, and even with the extendable mirror, it was difficult to do makeup properly. We didn’t know that the apartment didn’t include daily housekeeping, but after speaking with the receptionist, our towels were changed and the room was cleaned for an additional €10. The location was very peaceful, right next to the port. There’s a cinema, several restaurants, and a small shopping area nearby where we could have breakfast. Public transport connections were excellent - the tram and bus stops were just a few meters from the hotel. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Old Port and the cathedral. Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. Ausblick auf Meer, Hafen und Richtung Stadt vom richtigen Zimmer im obersten Stock aus noch möglich (wir hatten Glück), es wird aber aktuell noch ein Hochhaus gebaut, dann ist die Sicht wahrscheinlich eingeschränkter. The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary. They were eating the whole time they were preparing our food. There is a window that faces the dining area so the “chefs” were in plain view.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Great breakfast and adjoining pizza restaurant. Although nearly an hour's walk from the old dock, Les Docks Village which is a large very nice modern shopping and restaurant complex is only 5 minutes walk away. The air conditioned apartment was lovely and spacious, but let down by the sink being the opposite end of the apartment to the toilet. Our balcony overlooked offices and the road. Overall, excellent value and would choose to stay there again.
