Room was a bit cramped and only 1 plug per bed which wasn’t enough to charge everything overnight! Luckily my plug stopped working and I got an extension lead which had 2 plugs on it, that was better and provided very quickly. Not enough space out of the room when there’s a massive school group there taking up the whole dining area and lounge in the mornings and evenings

The hostel is at a very good location, just a few steps away from a bus station. The staff was really friendly & when something was wrong with another guest into our room, they solved the problem very fast. Rooms are clean & with the curtain at your bed you can have a little bit of privacy while sharing a room with other 12 people. Shared places where good & clean, just like the toilets & showers too.

Det var den hemskaste vistelsen jag vart med om ,, dyrt ,och otrevlig personal och hotfull mot mig och mina vänner , valde att smyga därifrån på natten pga att jag kände mig otrygg ,,när dem bara studsar in på rummet och skriker på oss utan anledning Det var även obäddat i sängarna ,blöt och smutsigt begagnat linne från förra gästerna Vågade ej be om pengarna tillbaka så gick ute hela natten pga av att det kostade mig allt jag hade kvar

Det var en jätte dålig natt, rummet såg inte ut som bilderna, trångt rum utan fönster, koden för ingång till rummet var utanför dörren och vi kunde inte låsa upp inne från, mycket ljud, vi kunde knappt sova några timmar. Rekommenderar inte alls det.

Mycket dyrt i förhållande till vad man får! Kan inte vara lagligt att tvingas till att betala 120 kr extra för lakan!! Stod att priset var 850 kr men ett dygn innan fick vi veta att det var förjudet att ha med egna lakarn och att vi vartvugna att omgående betala 120 kr till för att få checka in. INTE OK!!! Hade kunnat bo på ett riktigt hotell för 970 kr. Nu fick vi en liten skrubb i en källare utan fönster, med smutsiga lakan i sängen.

Check-in: anytime after 15.00. Just enter the hostel using codes!
Check-out: anytime before 11.00. We have an express checkout: just pack and go.
You can have an early check-in which starts from 12:00 PM and is charged 100 SEK per guest for Dorm rooms. For the Private Rooms the early check-in fee is 200 SEK.
You are welcome to your room at any time after 15:00, even after our reception working hours, after 22:00 PM.
You can leave your luggage in the hostel before the check-in, from 07:00 AM. You can also leave your luggage in the hostel after the check-out until 18:00 PM.
Reception working hours: Our reception is open everyday 15:00 - 22:00 O'clock
Online Reception working hours: Our Online Office is open 24/7, every day of the week, ready to assist you anytime
PAYMENT:
At the moment of booking you are paying a full price. We will email receipt or notification if your payment failed.
Age restrictions & Other Regulations
* Children above 12 years are welcome. Please note that we are not suitable for any children below 12 years old.
* Children below 18 years old may stay in hostel in presence of their parents or legal guardians.
* No loud noise between 23.00-07.00
* Smoking, alcohol & drugs consumption and storage is not allowed
* Hostel is not suitable for wheel chair users due to technical building layout
* Maximum one-time stay is 14 days
* Please note: we are a youth digital hostel for young backpacker travellers.
Cancellation policy and No-Show
Free cancellation at least 7 days before arrival date. If you cancel less than 7 days prior arrival - we will charge full amount as cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your stay without notification - we will charge full amount.
If a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled check-out date without canceling through the booking platform, the reservation remains valid in the system. Early departures are considered voluntary cancellations for operational purposes, and the room may be released after 24 hours. Refunds or payment terms follow the platform’s cancellation policy.
