Wonderful hotel. Parking is challenging as it is not on the property. If you come in from the northwest side you have a ten minute drive to get to the offsite parking. It is very close to the East side of the hotel.

The hotel and staff could generally not be faulted. My only concern was the slippery floor in the spa, which resuted in a minor fall whilst walking from pool to sauna. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would sefinitely recommend this hotel

Good location in Lisbon, very friendly and accommodating staff. My only issue was that we tried multiple times to use the sauna and each time there was someone in there completely naked. Being that this is a family hotel, some sort of signage that you need to be wearing a bathing suit in the sauna would be appreciated. While we didn't get to use all of the amenities for the reason above, the overall stay itself was great.

This property is a luxury hotel at affordable prices. Strategically located at the center of everything: landmarks, shopping, squares, metro and train station, restaurants, churches. The best feature of this hotel, believe it or not, is that is located in a flat surface. So is easy to return to the hotel after walking the hills of Lisbon. The room is spacious and practically brand new. The bathroom is extremely big. The hotel has an indoor pool in the fifth floor if I recall correctly. The water was a little cold for our taste, but it is perfect after a long day walking. The hotel has an indoor restaurant, which is really good, and to close the perfect day hang out at the bar. The bartenders are great.

Great hotel, great for the main station and metro. Staff were incredible and went beyond what we would ever expect. The check in process was fast and efficient, and we were shown to our room. The bar area, inner square and dining areas are beautiful and the original building structure has been used very well Breakfast needs to be reorganized, with plenty of space in the breakfast area they seated people too close to each other. Tables are way too close together. Some of the breakfast items are from the buffet and some you order from the waiter, the menu is not clear on which is which. You have to order coffee from the waiter and the milk and the spoon, if you don’t ask for each one you have to wait until he goes past again(maybe that was a once off). To put of flask of good coffee on the table with a small jug of milk would give people a lot more relaxed breakfast, reduce traffic up and down and increase the waiter’s effectiveness. Bar staff very friendly but get distracted by their phones and colleagues and forget they have guests waiting to be served. The room (405) was ok, very clean but generally did not match the level of the more public areas of the hotel, it was a fairly standard room and would equal those of hotels a lot less expensive. Overall the hotel is very clean and the public area are really relaxing and beautiful.

The facility is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is always ready to help. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. It is one of the best hotel visits I've had in my life. When a tour was canceled on us due to a flat tire, the front desk staff arranged a wonderful alternative that resulted in a vist to a vinyard operated on a natural basis, and the wine was wonderful. I can miss giving a shout out to the breakfast, best ever with a mix of buffet and special order! Don't miss it.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were all fantastic, so efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, stylish and well appointed. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely go back when returning to Lisbon.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding from the location, customer service and amenities. Our room was beautiful and modern but had no view at all. There was a small window and 2 fake balconies. However I am sure that the higher priced category had a better view

One of my top priorities when choosing a hotel is noise, as I'm a very light sleeper. I usually spend days reading reviews to find the quietest option—and this hotel didn’t disappoint. It's centrally located, within walking distance of all the city's best spots, yet tucked away on a pedestrian street. What makes it especially great for light sleepers is the "Cloister View" rooms, which face an interior courtyard and are well shielded from street noise. While the walls between rooms are a bit thin (you might hear a neighbor’s TV), overall the hotel is very quiet, well-appointed, and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially for those sensitive to noise.

Excellent location, just off Rossio Square. Literally 1 min walk from the McDonalds so put in McDonald's address from the airport. Beautiful carpet in hallways and room, and solid wooden shutters, all maing the room almost sound proof. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. One alley over from the square so perfect for the noise reduction. Highly recommend!

The room is nice, and the hotel convenient. BUT there is very little room for putting clothes away. I also would say you should advise your guests before they arrive that the hotel is in a pedestrian and they should advise the taxi cars and how to get help with luggage.

Property was ronovated, beautiful decor, very clean & well maintained. The interior of the rooms could have been much better on terms of design. Most challenging was a lack of storage space for clothing an essentials. The rooms were spacious, but had only a single, small closet with 3 snall drawers. Bed end tables had no drawers at all, so unpacking was impossible. Service people were very eager to please, kind and cooperative. Some, such as room cleaning staff staff, needed more training and closer supervision. IHG (owners/operators) made foolish/petty choices. Complimentary bottled water was treated tap water - glass bottles are refilled and not sealed. Tasted like dishwater. Other similar examples - too numerous to mention. Overall rating 3.7/5, not 4.8 stars as advertized. Issues could easily be corrected, but it seems that IHG manages at a distance.

Location is amazing! Hotel was great. Had significant issues getting the correct information from the concierge. For example, they told us there was a strike so we did not get train tickets (strike was not that day). Another time we were told the bar was closed (it was 9:45pm) and were sent on a wild goosechace to a sister hotel that was closed. When we got back we realized they were indeed still serving at our hotel. The misinformation caused a lot of stress. They were very kind there.

Service is exceptional. Front desk staff excellent. So many who all were attentive and engaged that we regrettably didn’t get any names but fast and informed. From Marta, the self-confessed cat lover bar manager to Larissa the effortlessly effervescent hostess to Sonia the ever consummate fine hotel manager and Vanessa the pleasant and slightly sardonic bar tender, the staff were all equal parts charisma and efficiency, and both in good measure. Can’t say enough about the way the staff made us feel pampered and special. The housekeeping team even folded our dirty laundry!!! The hotel itself is very interesting, quiet, and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was top notch, one of the best pieces of fish I’ve had in years. Simply superb hotel!!!

The location is perfect - not far away from metro, bus and train stations. Shops are nearby and one can reach the major sightseeing spots in the downtown area on foot. We had a room toward the courtyard. It was quiet and an oasis in the hectic tourist area. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing property in a historical building. The staff is super helpful. We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service.
