Hotel was clean and had a lot of convenient features like the fitness area, laundry area, rooms with kitchenette and dishes. Breakfast is included in stay. Lots of shopping less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I usually stay near the Savannah airport but decided to give this property a try. It is very nice and the amenities are great for a short or longer stay. With the kitchen in the room I was able to have dinner in the room and not leave my dog alone. Furnishings are very nice, there is a walk in shower, which I prefer, and there is a really pretty area outside with seating and a firepit. I will stay here again!

New property and they thought of everything. Great lighting, bigger refrigerator and full size dishwasher. Great for extended stay. Sleeper sofa nice to watch TV plus makes this room hold a Family of 6. Lots of storage. Outside areas for enjoyments or entertaining.

Staff are pleasant, hotel clean and safe. Only complaint is the one elevator made a substantial sound when stopping at each floor. A bit unnerving.

The room request made during the reservation was not considered, unfortunately. When we arrived, the front desk did change our room to a better location, much appreciated. The hallways and cleanliness of the rooms could be better. There was food debris in the halls and hair in the shower in our room. Overall, the best hotel breakfast of any place we have stayed recently.

Clean, convenient, friendly

We stayed at this property because of the reviews however the room we stayed in was dirty. The sheets had red stains on them, under the toilet seat there was pee, and the mugs left in the room had what looked like chocolate stuck in them.

Hotel was rated so high on Expedia and we were confident it was going to be great. We arrived late to spend one night on the way to Florida. In the morning, kids started noticing little black bugs on their legs that were biting them. Upon checking the room, we noticed our socks that were on the floor were infested with tiny black bugs that jump, which appear to be fleas. We stayed in room 318. We had to leave personal clothing items and get out of there ASAP. I took a quick shower and noticed about 10 fleas being washed down from my body. We immediately went down to the front desk to let them know. A girl at the front desk was apologizing and said she would let her manager know. After not hearing back from the hotel after we left, I contacted Expedia just for a follow up. Expedia agent informed me that the management was going to call the professionals, investigate and make a decision whether to refund us. They can just go in the room and see for them selves but ok. Honestly, refund is the least of my worries. We are now worried that we are bringing those insects home with us and how many others that stayed there or will stay there and not even notice it or even worse have a pet with them that will get infested. This is not okay. They need to take care of this ASAP!

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was awesome! It had some great healthy choices plus waffles, oatmeal, bagels etc. Really nice stay!

The room had bed bugs (423). My wife was not happy about that! We come to port Wentworth GA .all the time and we usually stay at different hotels in the area. So we decided to stay at Home2 this time and we were not happy with our stay. The room was $196 and to have bed bugs is unacceptable. We will never stay there again. I think we should be refunded

The property location was great, the rooms are very up to date. Upon checking in and headong to my room I discovered there were toe nail/fingernail clippings all over the floor by the bed area. I mean a lot of them like a whole family cut their nails before they left. The shower had lots of hair still in it. It was clear that the room was not vaccumed or thoroughly cleaned for the next guest. I alerted the front desk and she immediately had someone come and vaccuum. I then took my son out to dinner, when we returned to our room to turn down for the evening, I pulled back the sheets and saw a little brown bug crawling. Not sure if it was a bed bug or somwthing else, but I alerted the front desk again. I requested a room change but they did not have any availability. The manager and one of the staff members cjange the bedding but did not thoroughly check the bed not to mention it was already 11pm and too late to find other accommodations. I was told by the night manage that another manager would be reaching out to me about the issues I had that night which never happened. They staff kind of tried to help but not really. I definitely won't stay at this location again. Very disappointed.

Sofa bed was never cleaned and very dirty, I found an old vape pen and an old sock left in bed. Kitchen floor was sticky and had no shampoo in shower.

The room was spacious and had everything needed. Really appreciate the efficient kitchen set up, the sitting area and the two shades on the windows.

The room and bathroom doors are a nightmare. The room door is unusually heavy, making it more difficult to get luggage in the room. The bathroom is a pocket door, which is a good thing, but again this one is exceeding heavy and virtually no way to get it open closed without a struggle.

It was a very nice stay. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Lobby was nice, bright & clean. Our room was spacious & clean. Very new. Shower had great water pressure. The bathroom door was a bit heavy to push. The TV signal sometimes froze briefly. Easy drive into Savanna.Would absolutely stay again.

Room was excellent. Food at breakfast was hot and tasty. Only complaint would be water pressure in shower, but this is so common, we expect it!

Room was very nice sized, the only complaint I had was that there’sa vanity type table in the room but no mirror and no plug to be able to sit and do makeup and hair to get ready.

Arrived late at night. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, spacious and adequate for all 6 of us. Sufficient towels for each person. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is the bathroom door needs a better handle for opening and closing since its so heavy. Would stay again.

The hotel and staff were very nice. However, the beds were very firm and the pillows were almost too soft to the point where it felt like you were laying flat on your back. Definitely need to bring your own pillow if you prefer more support for your neck and back. I loved how the hotel was dog friendly.

We had a super late check in with 5 adults, a toddler & 2 dogs. It was easy & quick. Room was plenty big enough. Area was very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Room was not ready until two hours after check in time, hair in shower, wrestling noises all night long and when I called the front desk, no one took care of the issue. Had to go down, knock on the door and resolve it myself. Noises continued. Was told the manager would call me to resolve, but never got a call. Book somewhere else.

I am amending my rating, I had previously rated this establishment poorly because of a mess with the reservation. I spoke with the manager the next morning and we came to a mutual understanding. All the staff tried to make sure the rest of our stay was pleasant. When traveling with a handicapped person, it is essential that you plan ahead so that things run smoothly. I had made reservations 1 month in advance and checked on it two days prior. At check in, our room had been changed without notice. I believe people become better through experiences. So hopefully both the manager and I will learn to handle these situations better

Room not ready when arrived . Had to wait 70 minutes for room to be cleaned. Key card was not reset on Saturday to get in room. At arrival not given complimentary water. Ist time and last stay at home 2 suites.

Stayed while celebrating my birthday and had a delightful visit. The front desk attendant Makayla was very pleasant and friendly. She provided great recommendations to restaurants and attractions to visit. There was a slight issue with our room key and she did not hesitate to assist. She immediately reprogrammed the room key and walked to the room with us to make sure it worked properly. Thanks Makayla!

Have stayed here twice the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s pretty quiet to be by the interstate. Building and grounds are well maintained and clean. The rooms are clean. Nice pool area and their breakfast is pretty good. Always enjoy staying here on my way to Florida

I appreciated how fast and effortless the check in was especially since we were exhausted from hotel hopping during a hurricane. The way the staff handled the no effort check in was so needed and appreciated.

The manager was VERY RUDE a She told me that the dog policy for their hotel is 2 per room. I told her that I didn’t see that policy in hotel dot com website. And she very rudely told me that she will check me out of the hotel. She never even offered me any options. And then my husband had to intervene and telll her well we can book another room. And tell rudely said yes. The manager was terrible. She offered no solutions and her behavior towards me was very ghetto and low class.

1. The receptionist was not very knowledgeable about the area. 2. There was no toilet paper out. 3. The shampoo container in the shower was almost empty, and hard to get anything out. 4. The carpet on the third floor hallway was BADLY in need of vacuuming.

Nicely appointed rooms and common areas. Excellent location right off of I-95 so it's convenient for travelers. Lots of places to eat, get gas and groceries close by.

Super clean and quiet . The staff was friendly and the property around the hotel was well kept . Outside of the property it’s older and industrial but the hotel itself was very off the road . I would stay there again because the room was super nice and offered a lot like a kitchenette and couch and desk .

We stayed at this hotel traveling to and from Tampa Fla to Calabash NC. It was a fairly new hotel that was convenient off Interstate 95 and close to many restaurants. The hotel was clean with a very friendly & courteous staff. I would definitely recommend it for your travels.

Nice new property. Amenities were nice and it was conveniently located near the family we were visiting. Location is a little unsavory as it seems to be on the wrong side of the tracks but we didn’t have any issues. We just kept our eyes open when walking around parking lot at night.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The shower worked great, the room was clean(but it had a bit of a smell). The free breakfast in the morning was the highlight though. As someone that travels all the time this is the best free breakfast we have had

Overall, very pleased with the hotel. Off the beaten track, which is fine. We had the King Suite with roll-in shower (only suite available). Wished the shower curtail reached the floor, as showering left the floor outside the shower area wet and slippery. The only real negative was the breakfast, which left much to be desired. Coffee was very weak, choice was limited and there were no freshly made items such as bacon, eggs or grits. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the (suite) layout excellent, noise insulation excellent and the staff pleasant

The person at the check-in desk was wonderful. I loved the hotel except they did not have the hot breakfast or the Hallmark channel.

Good hotel. New, fresh and comfortable. The only complaint i would have would be the breakfast. It goes until 9am, but at 8:40 they were not restocking things and there was a whole line of people to eat. Other than that, it was a great, clean place.

Bed bugs!!!!!! Be aware!!! You’ve been warned!! Be early for breakfast because they stop refills 20mins before the end time. You’ll literally have scraps.
