Overall a pleasant experience with many amenities: fridge, water kettle, washing machine, free water, iron and in-room safe. It would be even nicer if there is access to a microwave. The food court in the basement was a plus. It’s within walking distance to Seoul Station. Will definitely stay again.

The advertised free parking cost 100,000₩ for 2 nights. Asked front desk upon check in and check out and was told everything was fine, but when I drove up the 3 level ramp and pressed the button at exit gate, was told to pay.

About 15 minutes walk to Myeondong. About 10 minutes walk from Seoul station. Staff was able to book the airport taxi back and it seems the limousine bus also makes a stop at the Ramada. Many western fast food around the hotel. No amenities so bring your set. Comfortable beds and hard wood floors.

We opted for Ramada on two separate occasions for our impromptu trips to Korea, mainly due to limited options available at the last minute. Our experience with the hotel overall wasn't great; it appeared quite dated and urgently needed renovations. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with stains, mold, and cracks visible in the bathroom in the Deluxe double room we occupied. We reported a broken in room safe and it was promptly replaced. On our second visit, staying in a superior double room, we encountered dirty coffee mugs and a teaspoon, which was rather off-putting. The room's provision of only one bedside table struck us as odd, and the visibly dusty windows hindered our city view unless opened. Despite these issues, the reception staff were friendly, and the room size was bigger than most hotel rooms for its price range in Seoul. Our decision to stay at Ramada was primarily due to its proximity to Seoul Station, ideal for our four large suitcases. There are a couple of small convenience stores and a fried chicken spot nearby for late night snacks if desired. However, considering the price charged, the hotel fell short of expected standards. We'll explore other accommodations on our next visit to Seoul.

Bads: - when checking in, the receptionist was not helpful in food recommendations. I was advised to go to myeongdong because everything in the area was closed. There were multiple restaurants close by the area still open after we went to eat. - the bottled water in the room were unsealed. - room was dusty and had false lashes uncleaned on the tables - room cleaning was limited to once per stay and not during weekends. We checked in over a weekend. - when room cleaning was done, room was still dusty and hair was not cleaned up. Inconsistent in cleaning and replacing water bottles. Good: - Some of the staff were kind and helpful. - luggage storage available with weigh scale - airport bus available door to door - bed was firm and pillow comfortable - food court available downstairs for lunches Overall this should not be rated as a 4 star hotel.

The room didn’t look anything like the photos. The bathroom had spider webs and mould in the tub, and the hotel overall had an eerie vibe to it. The lights were bright white and the beds were so hard to sleep on. Left the hotel on the first night instead of third and didn’t get any refund either. Wouldn’t recommend at all. 0/10

We could figure out the AC and I am not even sure if AC is controlled in the room. The room was stuffy and very hot. We ended up opening windows to cool off the room. The shower had signs of mold in the corners. But we loved three beds in the room so the kids didn’t have to share a bed, big bathroom, a lot of space, walking distance from KTX train station and subway, many options for food.

The hotel is more like a hotel/residential building, hence the room (accommodation) is big - a studio style apartment. Spacious! Got a double bed and a sofa bed. It is very handy to have a washing machine when you stay in summer time in Seoul. Air-conditioning is great. Got a hob and fridge too. Very suitable for a family to stay for a few days. Good location too. But if you plan to use laundry and hob, need a bit of washing liquid and a pan as there was none.

Awesome stay and great value for money (travelling with friends). Staff were friendly, willingness to help from booking a taxi, directions and information on Seoul attractions. Walking distance to Namdaemon markets, City Hall stations, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Plenty of restaurants and convenience store surrounding the hotel.

No breakfast. We stayed during Chuseok Holiday so no restaurants were open. No parking needed The room was good and the bed was comfortable. Our room was upgraded with a washer which was a plus. The staff never greet you when you are going in and out but when asked for an assistance they were helpful. Great location which was the reason we picked this place to stay.

Outdated hotel, with some renovated rooms. Minimal service, no facilities. I have seen two star hotels in Korea that were much better. The front desk staff are lovely, but the hotel policies are terrible. Lots of money for a late check out or an early check in, no luggage kept for more than a few hours. Très bon séjour dans un établissement situé dans un quartier calme, avec quelques points de restauration aux alentours. La gare de Séoul est située à 10 minutes à pieds et le bus desservant l'aéroport international d'Incheon s'arrête devant l'hôtel. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Les chambres sont plutôt propres et spacieuses. Seul petit hic, j'ai trouvé que l'isolation sonore du vitrage de la chambre était un peu légère. J'étais au 10eme étage et j'entendais le bruit du trafic et des travaux fortement. Enfin, la lumière très blanche de l'éclairage de la chambre était un peu oppressante. Au final, je recommande l'hôtel pour sa situation, sa propreté et les services offerts dans l'établissement et aux alentours (le magasin de proximité ouvert 24h/24 juste en face est également un avantage!).

Overall is good Shower stall needs improvement Water pressure is too low . Water is troubling all of the bathroom floor before the water is going down to drain. I think they try to conserve energy . Breakfast buffet has less choices and cost a lot.

Excellent Hotel for a good price in downtown Seoul close to many attractions which are walkable from the Hotel including the mail Seoul Station. Best Buffet breakfast in a 3 week trip through Asia and it has a view from the 24th floor.

チェックインのさい、地図がよくわからなくて　ソウル駅から20分もかかりました。でもあとは支庁駅をつかい、アクセスよかったし、ソウル駅までも地下通路ではなく　地上最短距離で移動できました。とにかく朝食が　美味しく、種類も豊富で満足でした。カフェとコンビニも、ホテルの下にあるので便利でしたが、日曜が　カフェすべて休み、スターバックスさえも定休日で　残念でした。シャワーの湯量もたっぷりだし、騒音もなく　快適にすごしました。ありがとうございます。
