Stayed in 2BR terrace apartment for 1 week. Immaculate presentation on arrival. Not a great outlook to Bay Road and a little noisy however very comfortable accommodation with great beds/quality bedding. Could do with a Nespresso (or similar) coffee machine supplied. Main bathroom fan ran continuously.....somewhat annoying.

Fantastic spot . Excellent local cafe for coffee in the AM . Small convenience store with a great selection . Room was modern, and almost felt brand new . Beachside Restaurants can be reached via a 20 min walk , or 5 min drive . Will definitely stay there again . Friendly and helpful Housekeeping staff too !

It’s isolated in between 2 villages; Sandringham and Black Rock, the closer being Sandringham but it’s not a walk. This location struck us as good for people visiting friends and/or family close by. Not so much for tourists.
