Clean, good sized rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location close to the Peace Memorial Museum. Walkable distance from the Hiroshima Bus Centre if the weather is good. Bit of a distance from the main train station but easily reachable by tram or bus (be careful if you have big bags and it's rush hour!). Easy to reach Miyajima from here. My single minor complaint is the two busy elevators and a total lack of access to the stairs. Getting out or returning to the room could take a very long time if many other guests were coming and going at the same time. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and I'd gladly choose this location again.

Praktiskt boende nära Peace memorial park/museum. Tvättmöjligheter. Ismaskin. Det enda negativa var nog att frukost matsalen är så liten. Det blir snabbt trångt redan vid öppnandet kl 06.30. Middags restaurangen var tyvärr också stängd (vi hade hoppats kunna äta där första kvällen då det regnade och vi ville slippa gå ut från hotellet.

The location was good. Right on a busline and just around the corner from a station. Lobby was nice. People were friendly. Our floor was ok, but felt a little dated. I made the mistake of moving the cabinet while looking for an outlet. There were dust bunnies that had died of old age. I didn't take a picture, I should have.

I've been to Japan 3 times and stayed in many different hotels. I've had good experiences with Mystays hotels. The room at this hotel in particular was actually much larger than I expected (Japanese hotels are usually very small - for anyone who has not traveled to Japan before). I would definitely recommend this hotel especially to 1st time visitors of Japan. It was spacious and clean.

Great location, polite staff, excellent breakfast on top floor with a view. Was a bit dated and could use a renovation, but I appreciated the rooms that were slightly larger than newer Japanese hotel rooms (but still smaller than hotel rooms in the West). I highly recommend this hotel for easy access to the Peace Park, Dome, and Museum, and the dining area of Hiroshima.

Liked: Large room, convenient for tourist hotspots. Great view from restaurant. Disliked: Room not very clean, awful condensation on windows and even a channel running along window ledge catching the condensation and it was full. Decor tired. Overall feeling of grubbiness about the place. Staff quite brusque and not very helpful. We definitely would not stay there again.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Parkblick im 13. Stock (der höchste war der 14. und dort wird nur Frühstück serviert) und der Blick war hervorragend! An sich war alles sauber und auch die Amenities waren sehr umfangreich. Ein Getränkeautomat steht auf jeder Etage am Aufzug, sehr praktisch! Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch jeden Tag super, auch mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt. Leider war in meinem Bad anscheinend die Lüftung nicht in Ordnung, jeden Falls hatte es von Anfang an unangenehm gerochen. Außerdem ist das Zimmer nicht besonders gut Schallisoliert, man bekommt viel von draußen mit, was unter Umständen den Schlaf stören kann. Ansonsten war aber alles top und ich würde es wieder buchen!

평화공원에 가깝게 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 객실 사이즈는 일반적인 일본의 호텔 사이즈라 아담합니다. 객실 내 1회용 슬리퍼를 원하시는 분이라면 별도로 준비해가시거나 프론트에 문의하셔야 합니다. (프론트에서 제공하는지는 모르겠습니다.) 여자 스텝분들은 친절하나 직급이 높아보이는 남자 스텝분이 의외로 불친절해서 당황했습니다. *엘리베이터 이용 시 객실 카드키를 찍어야 객실 층을 누를 수 있는데 함께 숙박하는 일본인 일행이 로비에서 객실로 복귀할 때 카드 키를 갖고 있지 않았습니다. 일행의 불찰도 있지만 직원에게 도움을 요청했는데 남자 직원의 불친절에 상당히 당황했다고 합니다. 그 외 모든 부분에서는 무난하게 좋았습니다.

はじめての広島観光の宿泊先として、マイステイズ平和公園前に滞在。以前、マイステイズグループホテル数ヶ所に宿泊した経験から、こちらを選びました。部屋は広く、景色が最高。レストランや飲食店、コンビニも近く、数が多い、好立地。フロントの横に、飲食店マップ（手作り）が掲示されており、それを参考に、初めての広島お好み焼きへ行きました。チェックアウトも11時でとても良心的。平和記念公園も目の前、原爆ドームも部屋から見えます。もしまた、広島を訪れる際には宿泊したいです。お値段もかなり良心的で、お気に入りにホテルです。

As mentioned, right across from the Peace Park, so that is very accessible. Lots of great restaurants in the area, especially north and south of the hotel. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. For transportation there aren’t as many options as you’re located a bit from the trains/trams, but buses run regularly in front of the hotel and it’s on a main road so relatively easy to grab a taxi. Very convenient and a nice place to stay.

A little dated and the restaurants at the hotel were not open as advertised. Could use some tech/outlet updates. They were not serving eggs at the breakfast because if a “shortage” but really it was saving money and recovering from Covid. The staff were great. Easy access to the peace park. No coffee, though, just tea in the room. Still, I enjoyed my stay.
