The parking car within the hotel is appalling. We used for one day and is a big trouble to go down to the basements to park the car. The staff of the hotel recommend us to leave the car in parking cars outside at some blocks from the hotel.

A new boutique-style hotel situated in a very convenient location - access to many restaurants, cafes and a mega department store within minutes by foot. A metro entrance to both the red and blue lines are literally across from the hotel which will take you to the heart of Lisbon in 15 mins or the airport in 25 mins. The spreads at the breakfast buffet were great, and alot of fruits in particular. The only thing I wished for was a gym onsite; still a 10 in my books.

The Metro line from the airport ends very near the hotel, which takes much of the hassle out of such transfers.The lifts were always available, the coffee machines produced fine coffee, and the breakfast service was fast and efficient.The bed was most comfortable too. I didn't like the serving of marmalade in triangular chunks-it was far too awkward.Also, there is no way of filling a bathroom basin with water, because the system, as I discovered, means that there is no plug to stop the water running.I have never, in many years of travel seen such a system, which is not much use if you wish to shave or even wash your face.

Excellent well placed hotel, metro line very close, easy to navigate the city, staff very helpful, and learnt a lot about local wines from the waiter in the bar. Comfortable and quiet room.we requested a kettle for our early morning tea! Also provided with a shower mat.overall cannot fault this hotel. Local shops and bars within walking distance.

A really convenient place to stay. Right next to the metro that will take you to Baixa and train station that leads to Belem. Hotel has clean lobby, buffet and the rooms are clean. Only thing that could improve is floor cleanliness. It was relatively clean, but could be mopped a bit extra. Very recommended hotel overall

Niet al te grote kamer, maar wel heerlijk luxe en goed schoon. Ontbijt is ook prima, lekker divers en genoeg ruimte om rustig te eten. Perfecte metroaansluiting met luchthaven en cruiseterminal. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

The room was specious, with very comfortable bed, large TV, a Nespresso compatible machine and capsules, good air conditioning, very quiet and secure,. The breakfast was good and many options, very close to the metro to the airport, and the centre. The only thing tha3can be improved is to have different days different breakfast, like one day scrambled eggs, one day fried, one day mushrooms the next beans. We stayed 7 days, and having the same breakfast every day, becomes boring.

I stayed at 3 hotels while in Portugal and this was the most expensive of the three and also the one I liked the least. The hotel room was the smallest of the three hotels I stayed at. The air conditioner did did not allow you to set it on a lower more comfortable/cooler setting. On a positive note, the pillows and pillow cases were the best of the three hotels I stayed at.

Excellent stay at Hotel Principe Avila. Great location in Lisbon city center within a few minutes walk from the metro. The hotel staff was very very professional. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The hotel itself was in excellent condition. The room was in near perfect condition. My only criticism was that the rooms were a bit on the small side. Overall, wonderful, and would definitely stay again.

The service is not good. Staffs are not friendly or helpful. I wanted some ice for the room and they gave us literally one cup of ice. If you want a kettle, you have to ask the bar for one. The location is not the center but you can easily get around town with uber. It is not meeting the 4 stars rating. I would look for another hotel next time I come back to Lisbon

Very disappointed in the way this hotel dealt with my reservation. My husband was hospitalized with norovirus so we couldn’t make our reservation. They would not make an exception for a refund. In times of need, customers will always remember when a business exercised sympathy and courtesy. Unfortunately, this hotel showed it does not care for the well-being of its guests. I will advise my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs.

The Hotel is very convenient located, right next to one of the entrances to Sao Sabastio Metro station which is in the terminal station from the airport. There are also direct buses nearby to go to different attractions, including the National Tile Museum. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer nice breakfast buffet with fresh bakery and fruit. I will recommend the property and stay there again.

If you are looking to stay in a quieter neighborhood in Lisbon but still be close to all the action and live in comfortable, clean, and modern conditions, then Hotel Principe Avila is the right choice for you. My friend and I loved the quieter neighborhood compared to the bustle of Alfama, but the hotel is also conveniently located only a 20-minute walk from the Eduardo VII Park, where the Wonderland Lisboa Christmas market was situated. We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as well as the modern furnishings and feel. The hotel room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet they serve every morning included such a wide variety! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Lisbon.

This hotel was perfect. Great staff. Hotel is in a good area with residential and business so a real local vibe. Clean, quiet rooms, amazing breakfast, the Metro outside the door. An art museum, botanical garden, local shops, restaurants and cafes, Corte Ingles in the immediate area. Five Metro stops to the downtown. I loved my stay at this hotel. Thanks to the staff for making my stay so nice.

We stayed for 7 nights the staff were all fantastic. The one issue we had with the shower door not staying closed was delt with promptly. Not having a kettle in the room is a little annoying but you can ask for one at reception. Our biggest bug bear was the breakfast was always the same. A little variety would be nice. The coffee machines are excellent as are the staff.

ヨーロッパのホテルなので仕方ないことなのかもですが、部屋にテッシュケースなく、近くのスーパーで購入しました。ほかのアメニティはいいとしてもこれは最低限必要なものかと思いました。アメニティの補充もありませんでした。　朝食は基本毎日同じ、クロワッサンは美味しかったですが飽きました。レタス等の葉っぱがなく、サラダ食べたかった。
