Getting into the hotel was interesting. This Beautiful Hotel requires a room key to enter hotel. I had not signed in yet so had no key. In the evening there was an interesting character hanging around outside door. As an elderly single woman, this created a bit of anxiety. The door is somewhat slow to open and this interesting man slipped in behind me. He had no room key. Suggest a doorman for nights. Totally enjoyed this clean, sanitary, comfortable, modern room otherwise! Because I travel alone, probably will not return.

Never having been to this motel previously we followed GPS directions and parked in the lot, which is out back. To register we needed to go in the front and there is no access there from back lot. Since we made reservation on this app instead of theirs we couldn’t use the app to sign in. There was parking out front in median of the boulevard. Otherwise everything was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and spacious and had everything we might need and more. We will stay there again in the future.

There were two things that were short comings for this hotel. First, when staying here there is a parking fee for parking on the hotel's parking lot. I do not understand this, if you are running a business, you should be able to provide parking for your customer. Second, the rooms did not have any type of drinks such as water, in this case I would be ok with paying for the water , but it is odd it is not a thing in this hotel.

Hotel itself was beautiful. Very secured to get into the hotel. The room was beautiful and had an open plan. The AC was working perfectly fine during the hot summer days. Only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t disclose there would be a $150 accidental fee hold on your bank account until checkout. But the hotel was on hold until 5 days after the checkout day.

I like that the rooms are impecable nice customer service at front desk at all times the 2 different employees that a talk too were profesional and helpful .. what i didn’t like is their parking area if you don’t find parking in the front of the hotel .. ( there are like 14 spaces ) and you park on the back Idk that is that safe at night to walk around it ..

Restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Dog friendly. The only issue was the check-in process. All entries into the hotel were only accessible if you had already checked in. The front entrance had a phone that you used to let the front desk know that you were there. Unfortunately the phone was not working and I ended up having to call the hotel phone number in order to enter and get my room card. Other than that everything was great. Continental breakfast was nice also.

I stayed at this property for 10 days, and it was overall a great experience, the location is in walking distance of some really good cocktail bars, the staff were helpful and the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, it was very quiet and I was really able relax and enjoy my stay! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, especially those who might be passing through or in the process of moving to Lancaster!

We found Residence Inn Marriott Lancaster to be very accommodating, clean, safe, and comfortable. Really appreciated the layout and decor of the room. Amenities were high quality. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is wonderful! It’s clean, the rooms are well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and we slept great while we stayed there (we stayed on the 4th floor and there was not a lot of noise). The breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel breakfast. They had great egg and protein options as well as oatmeal with a variety of toppings. We would definitely stay there again 👍

Excellent big room. I could see my truck from my room. Starbucks was right next door. Lot of little mom and pop restaurants around. This will my regular hotel when i visit Lancaster from now. It also has a full kitchen with a big refrigerator stove and pots and pans to cook.

Nice big room for the price. Nice staff. We had to stay in room 100 which is the last king room available? It’s near the back door. There was a lot of noise.. but management did offer to move us to a two queen if we wanted. Regardless the day was nice.

Comfortable, spacious and seemed like it was new or very recently renovated. The room was bright, with a very modern and nice bathroom with a great shower. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, but hey it was free.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok. Expedia advertised free wifi but I ended up being charged for it by the hotel anyway. Not sure why I was charged when it should have been included. This was annoying.

Christina Davis. Rooms 105 and 107. Stayed Feb 22-26th of 2024. Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. The staff members were very professional and accommodating. There were no delays when I had a request. Ms Cheyenne, the front desk staff member represents the company brand well. She was very welcoming and has an awesome. personality. Although I cannot remember everyone's name, I want to ensure that they know how much I appreciate them. Suggestions: 1. Place toilet seat covers in the restrooms. 2. Advise housekeeping not to knock on the doors before checkout, to ask the guests, "Are they checking out today?" Guess pay a lot of money at hotels and many are traveling, and need as much rest as possible. For example my family traveled in from Arizona. Overall my stay Residence Inn, in Lancaster, CA on February 24, 2024 to February 26, 2024 was awesome and I will be staying there again. My family and I celebrate it my son's enlistment into the Air Force at The Museum of Art and History (MOAH) on Feb 24th. I want to thank you all for being a part of it. My only complaint about our stay is that a staff member knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out that morning. Our friends who stayed in a separate room said a staff member knocked on their door twice to ask similar questions in the morning, despite them having their DND sign up.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A CAT! We specifically booked at a pet friendly hotel and called the front desk ahead of our stay to verify it would be ok to have our cat with us. We were told there was a $100 pet deposit and assured it was fine. We arrived to check in and GABBY at the front desk refused to allow our cat to stay, saying we were welcome but cats are not. I asked how we could resolve this, if there was a manager on site(there was not) and if I could have a copy of the policy (to which I was told no). The least GABBY could have done was offer us a refund and to help locate another hotel, considering our cats were in the car and it was over 100° out, although my husband attended them and the AC was on in the car. We were still charged for the room and were forced to REBOOK AT PALMDALE HILTON HOME2SUITES, WHO WERE HAPPY TO BOOK US A BEAUTIFUL SUITE CAT FRIENDLY ROOM WITH A DISCOUNT. This Marriott is in a crappy location with shady people hanging out in the parking lot and terrible hospitality. I'm going Hilton all the way from now on. We could not stay. It was too unsafe. There were catatonic people on drugs and even a man urinating in the parking lot beside us. Prostitutes were all around as well. We did not feel safe getting out of the car or leaving our car in the parking lot overnight.

Beautiful stay comfortable appreciate the noon check out because really that is a realistic time! And the breakfast was delicious and not the typical bland stuff. Definitely would recommend!!!

Loved staying here. The property is so close to everything. We walked everywhere. The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was good as well. Would stay here again.

My teenage kids (3 of them) and I stayed in the 2 queen bed suite. There was plenty of room for all of us. The room was clean and modern. All or staff was very friendly, wishing us all a Happy New Year. My only request/suggestion is too keep the breakfast buffet open longer. I went down at 8am and there was little to choose from. I would imagine a lot of people would want to sleep in on New Year’s Day. Other than that, it was great!!

The hotel is wonderful! It’s clean, the rooms are well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and we slept great while we stayed there (we stayed on the 4th floor and there was not a lot of noise). The breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel breakfast. They had great egg and protein options as well as oatmeal with a variety of toppings. We would definitely stay there again 👍

Comfortable, spacious and seemed like it was new or very recently renovated. The room was bright, with a very modern and nice bathroom with a great shower. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, but hey it was free.

Restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Dog friendly. The only issue was the check-in process. All entries into the hotel were only accessible if you had already checked in. The front entrance had a phone that you used to let the front desk know that you were there. Unfortunately the phone was not working and I ended up having to call the hotel phone number in order to enter and get my room card. Other than that everything was great. Continental breakfast was nice also.

We stayed here for a family reunion party, we took advantage of the electric car charging station. It was wide open and only charged us about $1 per hour of charging that was surely a Plus, since we didn't need to go elsewhere to charge our car. The room was very modern, spacious and clean. The hotel staff was super nice and always with a smile. A HUGE shout out to the breakfast ladies, they would put out more eggs and sausage when it ran low, the breakfast was above and beyond but they also made the whole breakfast scene super nice with their hospitality. Overall if you have to stay in Lancaster, stay here.

Had a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and bars and a good location for exploring the area (e.g. Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve). A bit annoyed though that they charged us for parking and did not mention it during check-in.
