Easy to get around a bus terminal and subway are right there. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They had good recommendations for restaurants and random questions.

The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. Also in a great area next to the Central Park strip with some nice restaurants. We loved our stay thank you!
