Friendly and attentive to needs and requests.

Very nice room with a good view! Bathroom had enough room to get everything done comfortably! Very safe and secure with the locked front door! Staff was nice and helpful!

We stayed here for a week with our family during a heatwave. The room’s air conditioning was a lifesaver, providing a cool break during the day and good sleep at night. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times — it was decent, basic but varied enough. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, with no insects or stains anywhere. The service was excellent and always quick. The location is fantastic: a shopping street just a few blocks away, the metro and main train station nearby, and both the beach and old town within walking distance. There’s also a good small grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The neighborhood felt calm and safe, even at night. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so guests with limited mobility should keep this in mind.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Staff were super helpful even though we came late for check in. They also supplied us with kettle and tea cups for tea as my wife was feeling a bit unwell. Check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags at reception.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, it always welcoming in a great location for spending a few days in Nice. Near Train station and Trams and places to eat. Best for beach or town shopping.
