Our stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport was very short, just a quick overnight. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service. There was a charge for the shuttle which was a bit surprising as most are complimentary. Another surprise was that the on-site restaurant didn't open until 6pm so we had to find a restaurant off-site. However, the room was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the shower.

Did not like having to pay €15 to park on top of hotel fee. Had to park around the back and go up and down stairs with luggage when spaces out front at ground level for just restaurant guests and staff. TV remote did not work. Reception told me to come downstairs- not someone come to room. Receptionist then went hunting for new batteries- took him a good 10 minutes to find them and replace. But TV channels limited to local news and very old US and UK programs- so could not see the ongoing Ryder Cup. Although had requested quiet room when booked months ago, I was in first room by elevators. No face soap or toiletries other than hand wash nailed to the wall, same for body wash in shower. Toilet paper identical to service station sheets. Good news- room was clean and bed comfortable as promoted.

The hotel is only 0.9 miles from the airport which makes for a very quick shuttle each way. The hotel shuttle departs every 30 minutes from the airport and the hotel. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. We also ate dinner at the hotel and found the service to be friendly and professional and the food prepared well.

There really isn't much around the area for other amenities other than a large big box furniture/hardware multi-store facility and a couple of restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was very clean, and quiet - even with it's proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds of the hotel were overgrown and unkempt at the time of my stay; possibly between landscaping connectors? The family room I booked was larger and more comfortable than the similar room at Premiere Inn City Centre and although the 3rd bed is just a cot it was still comfortable. Bathroom was typical and served the purpose with the exception of the toilet roll... There's a special place in hell for places that forgo proper toilet roll for thin, single sheets. It's toilet roll, don't be so cheap.

Everything about this place was great, except for their WiFi. The free WiFi is too slow for anything other than emails. If you pay for 24 hours of their "Ultimate" Wifi, you *might* get speeds of up to 24 Mbps... at 3 a.m. During peak usage times you'll get speeds of about half a Mbit/s, and thats on the paid plan! I had a decent WiFi signal, but the available bandwidth sucked, both in my room and in the lobby. I stayed for a week, so this wasn't a one-off internet issue. They need a serious upgrade. Hands down the worst hotel WiFi I've experienced in years. The staff are very helpful and nice, though. The bed is comfy, the restaurant is decent, and other than the WiFi its a great place. Just plan to use your 5G service the entire time you're here.

Overall experience was good, I am just giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of two things. The AC turns off in the middle of the night and it gets super hot. The second thing is neither of the wi-fi reaches the upper floor rooms decently. Apart from that it’s a good hotel, 4/5 stars.

While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the hotel itself felt like a budget airline trying to extract every dollar possible from its visitors. Signs were everywhere encouraging you to spend more money. The parking situation almost feels vaguely threatening given signs warning about clamping your vehicle abound. In addition, I was rudely awoken at 2 am by a group of guys singing drunkenly either outside or in the hall, I’m not quite sure which. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again despite it’s convenient to the airport.

El personal fue muy amable y nos explicó todo. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. El punto negativo (que no depende del hotel) es que los huéspedes de arriba estuvieron más de 1 hora corriendo (literalmente) por la habitación y aunque fuese un niño, siempre se puede pedir que paren en un tiempo prudente (yo también tengo niños)

The staff are brusque and offer no accommodations; the room is barely turned over (our bed was like half made; the room is bare bones). It is very clean, however, and quiet, so if you need an airport overnight stop it does offer that. But it should be charging half the price for what it offers.

Quick overnight stay before our early flight. Room was nice. Small but clean and simple. My only complaint was the staff whom I asked to schedule a 4am taxi and they didn’t call one until I went to the front desk at 3:52am so he arrived late. When I asked the kid at the desk he lied and said he was just a late driver.

Check in was quick. Agent that was on duty during our check in wasn't overly friendly or informative. She didn't ask if we had a vehicle or needed the airport shuttle or even the hours of the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant seemed to be understaffed that night as there was a bit of a wait to get seated. Food in restaurant was good and priced fairly.

Great proximity to the airport, and shopping centre. Room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Love that they had a kettle with drink options in the room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Es gab einen Shuttle zum Airport mit einem sehr freundlichen Fahrer zum Fahrpreis von 3 Euro. Was uns richtig gestört hat: Die Belüftung im Zimmer. Es konnte kein Fenster geöffnet geöffnet werden.

I ordered a 8oz sirloin in dining room, medium to medium well. After initial bites, it became apparent the meat was rare to raw. Server took away brought back in less than 5 minutes—a token throw on grill. Meat still uncooked. Asked server to take away. She never asked if I would like to order anything else.. asked to see Manager..her response was rude and abrupt..yes she said. we have a problem in the kitchen. Clearly it goes beyond kitchen. . When I arrived home, I got invoice. They charged me twice. Once in June and again after stay. Stay anywhere else.

Our stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport was very short, just a quick overnight. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service. There was a charge for the shuttle which was a bit surprising as most are complimentary. Another surprise was that the on-site restaurant didn't open until 6pm so we had to find a restaurant off-site. However, the room was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the shower.

Overall it was average. Had to get reservation for the restaurant and no one was in it. It didn’t have Wash cloths in the bathroom. And I had to get a taxi for the airport because the driver was on a break for 1 hour if you advertise shuttle service to the airport. Other than that it was a solid hotel close to the airport.

Check in was quick. Agent that was on duty during our check in wasn't overly friendly or informative. She didn't ask if we had a vehicle or needed the airport shuttle or even the hours of the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant seemed to be understaffed that night as there was a bit of a wait to get seated. Food in restaurant was good and priced fairly.

It's hard to rate this Premier Inn when it's three times the cost of the average UK version. It is a good hotel close to the airport. The pesky 6 euro fare for a return bus ride is annoying but efficient. The breakfast was excellent. Better than my last one in England. If they increase the "Irishness" of the food that will be even better. The cost is what it is. Market forces and all that but still shocking.
