Beautiful hotel, nice big suites for a reasonable price! Parking is free, and breakfast is included and was delicious! The hotel had a few games and books you could borrow, as well as a nice outdoor space to enjoy, with a little putting area that needed some fixing, but still kept our son entertained for a short while. The pool was nice, too! Was great for a hotel, best we've stayed in for awhile. But for a Niagra Falls vacation, if wanting to use wego and see the falls attractions, we found moving closer to the falls to be more convenient. Would 1000% stay here again if doing a niagra-on-the-lakes weekend and not soley focused on the falls. Beautiful place.

I chose this hotel bc it was dog friendly and had a hot tub for my back after traveling so far. It was very clean, friendly service and dog friendly. However there is no hot tub. There is an indoor pool but no hot tub. I was definitely disappointed since I could have chosen any number of other hotels that were closer to our destination with other pros and without a hot tub.

There is no food or restaurant on site. They do not have a bar or even sell wine/beer. There is no food sold there other. This is not recommended. You have to either order in or go to a restaurant nearby. They do not have a liquor license that allows them to sell alcohol.

Amazing hotel! Was like staying in an apartment with a full kitchen. Incredibly clean and staff were both professional and kind. Breakfast, which was great, was an added bonus. Outside amenities include barbq’s and firepits. Will definitely stay here again!

Great new property! Has BBQ, outdoor seating area, and putting green! pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Amazing buffet breakfast with tons of options and seating area to enjoy. Staff were very helpful and friendly - additional bedding delivered within 10 minutes upon request for pull out couch. Suites offer tons of space, have kitchen with cutlery, dishes, full fridge. Only negative was.no ice machines and no ice in ice maker in freezer in our room. Easily remedied by requesting some at the front desk. Good value for the price we paid ($175ish CAD). Will stay again!.

The rooms are huge and clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent with quality food. Staff are super friendly. My only complaint would be with the gym. The floors are slippery and the mats that they have are not appropriate as they slip and slide on the already slippery floor. Gym is otherwise nice.

Check in was super easy and the man at the desk was very nice. We brought our dog and they gave us a treat for her! The accommodations were great aside from a bit of a smell to the room, it was like when you spray way too much air freshener in the bathroom. Also some dust on the walls in the bathroom very high up on the ceiling. Otherwise, it was spacious and clean.

The hotel overall is very clean and well kept. All the staff working there as extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, they provide you with everything that you would need to be comfortable. A few reasons why I didn’t give them 5 stars: -The kettle in the room was extremely dirty. - The coffee machine in the room was SO old and outdated. Every hotel I have stayed at in the past couple of years have updated their machines to Keurig or Nespresso - The breakfast was disappointing, like very disappointing. Literally very very few options.

Staff were exceptional (friendly and helpful). Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The outside area with lounging furniture, fire table and BBQ was great. Hotel was VERY quiet when we were there (which was nice). Overall I would definitely recommend this location for staying in the Niagra-on-the-lake area.

Had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, and the daily breakfast was a highlight—especially the fresh strawberries each morning. The staff was friendly and attentive, and overall, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The only areas for improvement would be the cleanliness of the pool, bathroom, and shower areas, which didn’t seem to be cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi, which was quite weak. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Niagara Falls. We were looking for a clean modern hotel. The cleanliness was above average. Unfortunately, the sofa bed in the other room was quite small even for two kids. My son complained that he felt the bar jutting into his back. The breakfast was nice it had quite an assortment of food.

Stayed in the King suite, 1 bedroom unit. Very clean with a full kitchen, separate bedroom with ensuite. Spacious living area with plenty of light. Bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful linens. Breakfast had plenty of choice to suit all guests.

Everything from Check-in to Check-out was fabulous !! All the staff were friendly & helpful. The suite was spacious, clean well appointed and had everything you need in the kitchenette! The pool was great, the grandkids loved it !! I will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Management staff were rude to us - Accused us of stealing breakfast from the Staybridge hotel when we were fully entitled to the breakfast. The manager assumed that we were staying at the Holiday Inn (which apparently does not include breakfast) while I was talking to a lady at the front desk. Well, guess what? There was no agent at the Staybridge front desk so I had no option! The hotels are connected inside so it's very strange. I had to argue with them for 10 minutes to get an apology. Paying customers deserve much much better than this clown service. My advice is to avoid this hotel for your own mental sanity.

When booking this stay it said it was within walking distance of Niagara on the Lake …. It IS NOT within walking distance however Lift and Uber were VERY reasonable . Hotel staff including breakfast were exceptional . Room and location cozy and quiet , relaxing . Close to Outlet Mall and Gretzky s Phenomenal Winery and Distillery .

Hi. This is second or third time that we have been to this location. The only weak point is quality of breakfast. To compare it to other chain hotels, you need to improve it, coffee wasn’t hot enough; it was there for long time. need to be changed more often. We tried scrambled eggs and sausage; at first bit we stopped eating it. it had strange taste. we end up to grab some bagels and cheese. We hope next time we visit this location, see some improvement in variety and quality of breakfast.

Ive only stayed once at a Staybridge Suites Hotel but this time - you just raised the ball. Staff is super friendly and offered assistance when we arrived. A wonderful welcome. The suite had a kitchen. Everything was so clean and fresh. Everything was on hand when needed. The breakfast was amazing - everything was full and the food was top notch. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely be back...

I would highly recommend staying here! The cleanliness and staff effort was above and beyond. The facility itself was very impressive with a private patio area outback with 2 bbq's and lounging area. It was superb! The complimentary breakfast was incredible with loads of choices (hot and cold) and freshly made! Definitely deserving of a 5-star review. We are planning to go back in a few months!
