Super Convenient Micro-Apartment

Stayed on three different occasions with different accommodations. Always cleaned and fully stocked. Have recommended to friends and family.

The property was a little disappointing with a dirty or rusty bathtub, and as a single woman traveling alone I hate when a property keeps the same door code for a long time. The numbers were clearly worn down on the pad. The management company responded right away to my comment about the ants that swarmed my bag I left on the bedroom table under the TV. They got into my pill container and I had to throw a couple days worth of medicine away. The area seemed sketchy but my car and Uhaul trailer made it thru the night just fine. I also walked my dog at night with no issue.

Great little place. Across the street from the market and restaurants and walking distance to all of Arcata.

Everything was, as expected. Communication was good. I loved how it was so close to the plaza, it was easy to get to restaurants and to the Saturday Farmer's Market.

I will definitely stay here again
