The team of mainly female employees blew us away with their service! Amazing and above and beyond. We stayed for two weeks-cleanest hotel we have been to in a long time. Great pool, indoor area in lobby is perfect for kids to get out of the room and have some freedom. Workout gym is top of the line equipment with its own studio.

Was there for business before our vacation started and had a great stay. Ms. Catalina and Ms. Marcia were really sweet. Definitely made use of the terrace and fire pit. Ms. Marcia gave us blankets while on the terrace and my husband and I had a great time cuddled up with cigars , drinks and each other's company without interruption.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Trash was overflowing outside in outdoor sitting area and the outdoor couch outside was dirty so we didn’t even bother sitting on it. Would probably look for different hotel in area was not really impressed by the facilities.

Wonderful experience. We called to see if we could get an early check, the staff was very accommodating and eager to help. The room was extremely clean, you could smell freshness when entering the room. Staff very friendly, hotel lobby and common areas clean and fresh smelling. Would come back again.

The property and surrounding grounds were clean and well maintained; however the service and amenities were disappointing as our room was never serviced during our stay and coffee only available until 9a.m....this is something you can usually find throughout the day. Otherwise, desk staff were pleasant and we enjoyed the clean fitness room.

I booked this hotel only for one night was visiting family. The front desk person was nice and friendly. It was a quick check in. The room was clean . Love the fact that it had a microwave and a small fridge. Overnight experience was very quiet. I will definitely book this hotel again.

We had an unexpected trip to the Cleveland Clinic nearby hospital and booked a quick stay at the Courtyard. The reception team was incredible- quick, friendly, and warm. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend. There’s a lot to do right in walking distance.

When going in/out of the door you needed your key additional to undo the dead bolt. The bathroom shower was an older version from the other 4 times we stayed in that was new updated walk in shower. This was just a standard tub with shower curtain. We had to ask the front desk for body wash. It was stocked with two shampoos and one conditioner no body wash. I wasnt impressed for our last stay bc my sister is moving so onto another hotel! Over all great location , many of studf to do! Great other wise!

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a small frig and microwave. Plenty of towels for the weekend. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and shopping. Publix was the local grocery store and WaWa in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

I decided to stay at this property after a friend of mine suggested that I try a Courtyard for my next trip. I normally stay with Hilton but decided to give it a try. The hotel staff was friendly upon check in, and the room and facility was clean and well maintained. The issue I have is that they try to nickel and dime you for everything. Most places with similar prices to this hotel have a complimentary continental breakfast included with your stay. This hotel didn't. Most places at least have coffee in the lobby for their guests. I was informed I could purchase coffee from the cafe. This is normally what you would expect at a lower price point hotel. I will be sticking to Hilton in the future.
