Intimiste et charmant... tout était parfait, des chambres joliment décorées à la piscine et son magnifique jardin tropical aux délicieux petits déjeuners ! Tout le personnel est adorable, avec une mention speciale pour Denis ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The room and hotel very clean. The staff friendly and the plants around the pool welcome you very nicely to relax. Such a great accomidation, which we highly recommend. We spend 4 nights at this boutique hotel and we would have spend many many more if we would have the time.

Our family of three (2 adults and a teenager) spent 8 nights at Tierra Mia. We could not be happier with our experience. It was our first visit to Holbox, and so we didn’t know the lay of the land. We wanted something close enough to good beaches and town centre but quiet. Tierra Mia had really good reviews and was in our price range. It proved to be the perfect place for us. The room was very clean with nice design touches. The layout of the property is lovely - a central courtyard with a pool and lots of lounging options. It was a great place to go when the beach got too hot. The beach is a 3 minute walk away - close enough to walk in your bathing suit and bare feet, but removed from the busyness of the beachfront (we realized that the drawback for the pricey beachfront hotels is that many of them have quad/golf cart traffic running in front of them along the beach roadway). Tierra Mia includes a lovely breakfast (Mexican and other options) in the room rate and it was a great way to start the day. To top it off, Tierra Mia has amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. The front desk staff in particular (Yisel and Fernanda) were a total delight and went out of their way to make it a special stay for us. We highly recommend Tierra Mia and would love to stay there again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful stay with our two younger girls. The location was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. We really appreciated the free made to order breakfast each morning and the refreshing pool in the afternoons. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal super freundlich. In der Lobby steht ein Wasserspender zum Auffüllen eigener Trinkflaschen. Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen im Zimmer wären schön, ansonsten ist es liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nur 200m, in direkter Umgebung sind auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Wir empfehlen das El Poblano mit gutem Angebot zu fairen Preisen oder das Vegan-Restaurant Arte Sano. Das WLAN läuft stabil. Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist ein Gericht von der Karte plus Kaffee und Frucht oder Saft. Die Portion ist eher klein. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

The property had excellent customer service. Luis and Dennis were very helpful in the duration of our stay. Housekeeping was on point and made sure your room was serviced even later in the day. The property has several amenities such as hammocks swinging beds that are on the exterior accompanying the pool area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I've stayed at several at Isla Holbox.

Lovely place! We stayed a week here, and enjoyed it very much. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool area was quiet and beautiful, always very clean both in the pool and the area around it. Nice breakfast every morning. Very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk), and close to the center of Holbox and lots of restaurants (5-10 minutes walk), and we really enjoyed that everything was close by, but that it was still in a quiet location. The host was supported us with transport from the airport, and was helpful in providing information before our stay. Will recommend to family and friends.

A wonderful and thoughtfully managed property. Its a real gem of place. Nice additions to rooms, like a safe, toiletries, beach towels. Lovely large pool area which is all kept super clean and well maintained. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Tierra Mia is located just outside the “downtown” Holbox scene but still just a short walk to access all the restaurants and stores. It’s an even shorter walk to the beach. Very nice facilities. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which offers some nice shaded areas in the heat of the day. The manager is very helpful and nice. The included breakfasts are very good - I recommend the chilaquiles. There is also drinking water available in the lobby. It would be nice to have fridges in the rooms or if the hotel sold some drinks to enjoy by the pool, but overall we had a wonderful stay here.

El servicio de Fernanda y Luis espectacular. Esperaba más al anunciarse como boutique, las sábanas y fundas con hoyos, tuve q solicitar jabón por q no ponían nuevamente, el agua embotelladas en un lugar de calor súper importante aunque la cobren no importa , solo tiene un cocina pequeña para el desayuno q eso si muy amables y buen servicio y sabor , pero no puedes disfrutar ahí en la alberca por q no hay nada de servicio y no puedes comer ni cenar en el tampoco creo q eso hace falta . Mi error fue no revisar mejor las características del hotel , la calle donde se encuentra le falta iluminación

Fue una muy buena experiencia, nos trataron súper bien y hasta pusieron chocolate en en habitación para celebrar el cumple de mi esposo. Todo estaba súper limpio, l’habitacion tenías mucho espacio. El mobilio muy sencillo y eco-friendly. Nos encantó mucho, la piscina súper refrescante. Gracias por todos un abrazo desde sus amigos Italianos

Very nice designed hotel with a beautiful small pool area.The room was very clean ,large with a nice bathroom. There no blanket for the bed and in February can be fresh during the night. The free Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms. The included breakfast a la carte is good but the portions are pretty small.They shoud offer toasts, butter and jam on the side. We had issues to pay, we tried 5 credit cards national and international, no one worked and the reception asked to pay in cash.We did not have the amount . I proposed the pay by bank transfer and It was working right away.Apparatly ,it is a wifi issues... It was surprising because everywhere in the island, beach clubs including, the credit cards worked. Close to the beach and 10 mon walking to the center.

War sehr nah am Strand. Die Stadt war zu Fuß git erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen, die direkt beim Pool und Stiegenaufgang war. Dadurch mussten die Vorhänge immer geschlossen bleiben. Die Klimaanlage hatte Becherweise Kodenswasser verloren, dass am Zimmerboden sich versammelt an. Direkt unter der Klimaanlage war der Fernseher montiert. Das war sicherlich nicht vorteilhaft.

Very beautiful hotel. We had a superior room and it was nicely arranged. We had a lovely terrace with an hammock which we really enjoyed. For two evenings the electricity cut on the island for few hours, but it was part of the experience and part of this wild island. Breakfast was really good! We loved it. Considering other hotels we have been to in Valladolid and Tulum, the one in Tierra Mia was the best! In other hotels the portions were very small or less good letting us often hungry but it never happened to us in this hotel. So highly appreciated!

Loved our stay here. So close to the beach, towards the quiet end. Great pool facility, beds were comfy and we had a safe in the room. Felt safe and was very quiet. Breakfast options were amazing. Only downside is that we went on early morning excursions and breakfast ended at 10am so ended up missing some days.

Incredible nature oasis. The whole island was rained out, so a lot of the area was flooded and missed out on some of the amenities due to the storms. Important note: Wi-Fi ONLY located in the lobby, not accessible in the rooms.

Packed with young people and good vibes, the hotel offers great value for money. Good location, which is 2 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to the city center. Shoutout to the pancakes in the morning! The only sad note (if you are a privacy maniac) was the lack of privacy. Our room was on the ground floor and the bathroom had a window on the outdoor stairs. Obviously, we happened to share the hotel with a couple of curious guests that enjoyed looking in on their way up.

Schönes Boutique Hotel, sauber, schön dekoriert. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im 2. Stock, schöne Aussicht von dort und angenehm ruhig. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend hat es sehr stark geregnet und gestürmt, deshalb konnten wir nicht wirklich rausgehen. Da hat uns die Lady an der Rezeption eine Pizza bestellt und wir haben am Zimmer gesessen, sehr nett! Frühstück ist nicht üppig, aber voll okay. Zum Strand sind es 3 Gehminuten und ins Zentrum auch nur ca. 8 Gehminuten. Einziges Thema, Wifi funktioniert nur rund um die Rezeption, nicht am Zimmer. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Quiet location away from the party noise of the main drag. 2 minute walk to the beach. Reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Bring or buy a styrofoam cooler (ice is a 5 minute walk) as there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

Tierra Mia is located just outside the “downtown” Holbox scene but still just a short walk to access all the restaurants and stores. It’s an even shorter walk to the beach. Very nice facilities. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which offers some nice shaded areas in the heat of the day. The manager is very helpful and nice. The included breakfasts are very good - I recommend the chilaquiles. There is also drinking water available in the lobby. It would be nice to have fridges in the rooms or if the hotel sold some drinks to enjoy by the pool, but overall we had a wonderful stay here.

Hôtel récent à 300m de la plage. Accueil aimable au check-in mais service à la clientèle inexistant. Aucun personnel à l'accueil de 6PM à 10AM. Nos 2 demandes formulées ont eu une réponse positive lors de l'accueil (lunchbox et check-out à 6AM et possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la réception toute la mâtinée), mais plus personne à l'accueil le lendemain! Ambiance un peu fantôme. Prix trop elevé par rapport à l'équipement très sommaire de la chambre, ni placards, ni verres, ni eau, ni table, ni sèche-cheveux et pas de réception wifi dans la chambre... Néanmoins, jolie et agréable piscine.

Our family of three (2 adults and a teenager) spent 8 nights at Tierra Mia. We could not be happier with our experience. It was our first visit to Holbox, and so we didn’t know the lay of the land. We wanted something close enough to good beaches and town centre but quiet. Tierra Mia had really good reviews and was in our price range. It proved to be the perfect place for us. The room was very clean with nice design touches. The layout of the property is lovely - a central courtyard with a pool and lots of lounging options. It was a great place to go when the beach got too hot. The beach is a 3 minute walk away - close enough to walk in your bathing suit and bare feet, but removed from the busyness of the beachfront (we realized that the drawback for the pricey beachfront hotels is that many of them have quad/golf cart traffic running in front of them along the beach roadway). Tierra Mia includes a lovely breakfast (Mexican and other options) in the room rate and it was a great way to start the day. To top it off, Tierra Mia has amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. The front desk staff in particular (Yisel and Fernanda) were a total delight and went out of their way to make it a special stay for us. We highly recommend Tierra Mia and would love to stay there again on a future visit.

I loved my stay at the hotel, arrived during the hurricane and every precaution was taken to make my stay even during the floods remarkable. Staff was exceptional and helpful and well just fun and knowledgeable about where to find everything and it's a family run hotel - really would recommend to everyone!! Great location, just off the beach and close to town but really quiet.

We had a wonderful stay with our two younger girls. The location was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. We really appreciated the free made to order breakfast each morning and the refreshing pool in the afternoons. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating.

I was overall disappointed with my stay at Tierra Mia. The room itself was spacious and clean. We arrived on the last ferry, when the front desk closes. They waited for us to arrive past their closing time so we could get checked in. Unfortunately we were given room 1, which is right behind the front desk and so all the hotel guests have to walk right past the room. We also had a lot of noise from the kitchen and breakfast dining area. We could also hear noise from all the other guests at all hours, which is probably the case for all the rooms. The door to the room is a sliding glass door so we had to keep the blinds drawn the entire time for privacy. What was really disappointing was that we had a few small issues with the room, which by themselves weren\'t the end of the world, but were handled poorly by the staff. Issue #1: When we told the front desk person our TV did not work, she rolled her eyes and told us we had to use BOTH the remotes. Yes, we did that, it does not work. Issue #2: The shower does not drain. "Oh, that\'s weird, no one has ever complained about that before." Issue #3: Screen door does not stay shut. "Oh I\'ll send someone later to check it out." TV was fixed but the other two things were not, and there was never any apology or effort to mitigate the situation. When I asked for a different room, I was told they were full. When we checked out, there was no "Thank you for your visit." For this price, find yourself a hotel with actual hospitality.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en este lindo hotelito. Ubicado a 150mts de la playa, y a 15min caminando del Centro, pudimos pasear por todo lado. Atendido por los dueños, cuidan cada detalle tanto de la habitacion como en las zonas comunes. El desayuno cada dia fue primorosamente preparado. La isla es encantadora. Volveremos!

The hotel has a wonderful vibe, and the breakfast is really decent. The hotel is situated (in my opinion) in the best part of the island, so close to town and a good part of the beach. Feels very safe everywhere. Staff were helpful, and room was faultless.

The property had excellent customer service. Luis and Dennis were very helpful in the duration of our stay. Housekeeping was on point and made sure your room was serviced even later in the day. The property has several amenities such as hammocks swinging beds that are on the exterior accompanying the pool area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I've stayed at several at Isla Holbox.

Excelente lugar muy cerca de la playa y del centro, todo se puede hacer caminando; inclusive por la noche si puede andar con mucha tranquilidad. Sin duda regresaré!!!!

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour. L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il est proche de la plage et du centre tout en étant en dehors de l’agitation. Idéal pour découvrir Holbox et se reposer

Lovely place! We stayed a week here, and enjoyed it very much. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool area was quiet and beautiful, always very clean both in the pool and the area around it. Nice breakfast every morning. Very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk), and close to the center of Holbox and lots of restaurants (5-10 minutes walk), and we really enjoyed that everything was close by, but that it was still in a quiet location. The host was supported us with transport from the airport, and was helpful in providing information before our stay. Will recommend to family and friends.

Very nice designed hotel with a beautiful small pool area.The room was very clean ,large with a nice bathroom. There no blanket for the bed and in February can be fresh during the night. The free Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms. The included breakfast a la carte is good but the portions are pretty small.They shoud offer toasts, butter and jam on the side. We had issues to pay, we tried 5 credit cards national and international, no one worked and the reception asked to pay in cash.We did not have the amount . I proposed the pay by bank transfer and It was working right away.Apparatly ,it is a wifi issues... It was surprising because everywhere in the island, beach clubs including, the credit cards worked. Close to the beach and 10 mon walking to the center.

Very beautiful hotel. We had a superior room and it was nicely arranged. We had a lovely terrace with an hammock which we really enjoyed. For two evenings the electricity cut on the island for few hours, but it was part of the experience and part of this wild island. Breakfast was really good! We loved it. Considering other hotels we have been to in Valladolid and Tulum, the one in Tierra Mia was the best! Very beautiful hotel. We had a superior room and it was nicely arranged. We had a lovely terrace with an hammock which we really enjoyed. For two evenings the electricity cut on the island for few hours, but it was part of the experience and part of this wild island. Breakfast was really good! We loved it. Considering other hotels we have been to in Valladolid and Tulum, the one in Tierra Mia was the best! Our family of three (2 adults and a teenager) spent 8 nights at Tierra Mia. We could not be happier with our experience. It was our first visit to Holbox, and so we didn’t know the lay of the land. We wanted something close enough to good beaches and town centre but quiet. Tierra Mia had really good reviews and was in our price range. It proved to be the perfect place for us. The room was very clean with nice design touches. The layout of the property is lovely - a central courtyard with a pool and lots of lounging options. It was a great place to go when the beach got too hot. The beach is a 3 minute walk away - close enough to walk in your bathing suit and bare feet, but removed from the busyness of the beachfront (we realized that the drawback for the pricey beachfront hotels is that many of them have quad/golf cart traffic running in front of them along the beach roadway). Tierra Mia includes a lovely breakfast (Mexican and other options) in the room rate and it was a great way to start the day. To top it off, Tierra Mia has amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. The front desk staff in particular (Yisel and Fernanda) were a total delight and went out of their way to make it a special stay for us. We highly recommend Tierra Mia and would love to stay there again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful stay with our two younger girls. The location was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. We really appreciated the free made to order breakfast each morning and the refreshing pool in the afternoons. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating.

No WiFi, only in reception, really need to buy new towels, and change them daily and not have to ask for that 24hrs in advance. Very poor breakfast.

The hotel has a wonderful vibe, and the breakfast is really decent. The hotel is situated (in my opinion) in the best part of the island, so close to town and a good part of the beach. Feels very safe everywhere. Staff were helpful, and room was faultless.

The hotel was nicely located a short walk into the town center (about 10 minutes) and two minutes from the beach. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean; the air conditioning worked well and additionally there is a ceiling fan for comfort. The pool area offered lots of sunny and shady places and is very well maintained. The staff is friendly but does not necessarily go above and beyond. Once we came back for a tour and tried to get breakfast at 09:55. While I understand that it was too late to order from the menu, they could have given us a coffee and some fruit or something. The WiFi does not work in most areas. All in all I would totally recommend the stay for a budget friendly option.

The room and hotel very clean. The staff friendly and the plants around the pool welcome you very nicely to relax. Such a great accomidation, which we highly recommend. We spend 4 nights at this boutique hotel and we would have spend many many more if we would have the time.
