The house was clean but very run down and badly in need of upkeep. Overall, it felt like staying in a poor 3‑star hotel. Listing photos are misleading and make the property look much nicer than it actually is. This was a rip‑off, and I would not rent again or recommend it.The bed was terrible—cheap, creaky, and extremely uncomfortable. Furniture throughout the house was low quality, uncomfortable, and creaked every time you moved. The only positives were the pillows (body‑length) and soft throws.The pool was not heated despite confirming before booking and following up twice. Pool had dirt on the bottom, and the waterfall feature did not work. Dog waste was present in both the front and back yards. Several light fixtures were broken.Main bathroom shower was very small, dated, and awkwardly designed, though water pressure and heat were good. Towels were very small, especially pool towels.Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were decent. Washer/dryer worked well. Location was nice, access was easy, and the garage was secure. Landscapers entered the yard without notice.

Nice home in great location! Beautiful outdoor area. Truly enjoyed the pool and patio. Kitchen, is nicely appointed with coffee, coffee pot and condiments. Loved the fruit trees! Host was responsive and offered some suggestions for stores and what not, which was very helpful. Would’ve given 5 stars, but some items need attention and photos of rental updated. Ice dispenser doesn't dispense, but does make ice, which I appreciated. The remote for garage door doesn’t work, so you have to jump out of your vehicle and run thru back gate to side-garage door to manually push button before pulling in and after pulling out. Kind of a pain, but nice to have use of garage. These same issues were noted by another guest back in January, so not sure why they haven’t been addressed? Online pics show light colored couches and area rug, but actual decor is brown couches and dark rug, so not the bright cheery feel I was expecting upon entering.All in all....the house was comfortable, in a nice neighborhood and close to parks.

Perfect house for our needs. Well maintained and stocked. Convenient location.

Overall vibe and comfort were great. Very clean, pool area was lovely . Nice outside space .
