We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It was conveniently located close to all of the places we wanted to go. The host was great and very responsive to messages. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the private deck with hot tub was a huge plus!

The property was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was the hot tub was not usable, it did not smell well, and that is what attracted us to this VRBO. Also, the lighting going up into the apartment wasn't great at dark. There is a very steep driveway, we are glad we drove pickups.

Apartment and hot tub were very clean! View from the hot tub was amazing! Full kitchen was so nice with all utensils and gadgets necessary! Be aware you need to be very quiet around 9 PM-7 AM because this is the top floor with tenants below. Certain windows also didn’t seem to close all the way or lock, meaning you will hear any little outside noise with a busy main road close by.

The apartment was absolutely perfect - the check in and check process was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. They provided lots of little details to make it feel welcoming and homey - plenty of towels, little snacks, filled brita and ice cube trays, lots of information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The hot tub was easy to work and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was great at night, dark enough skies to star gaze. We street parked as the drive way is quite steep. The one night we parked and there was a person sitting on the curb across the street from us, presuming homeless. Grocery store is less than a mile away. If pillows were replaced and ceiling air vents cleaned, this would be perfect.

Family came down from Denver for daughter's birthday weekend. Clean, already hot, hot tub was big hit with our kids. Great view towards foothills. Two comfy beds inside, everything else you could want in bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location but very near Garden of Gods and downtown Manitou Springs. Highly recommend

Location was perfect and centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The bed was super comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the book with all of the instructions and recommendations was amazing! 10/10 would recommend staying here and if we ever come back in the future I would book again.

The hosts were EXCELLENT, the little details like dishes, awesome towels, cozy beds, a full-sized blow dryer, and a water filter in the fridge made the stay perfect. The home, as was the hot tub, was *sparkling* clean. The pictures don’t do the listing justice. Incredible stay!! Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process were simple. The apartment was very clean and all necessities were provided. And you can't beat the mountain view from the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!!

This is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed! Everything was nicely decorated & cozy yet perfectly chosen for a rental, updated throughout. Loved the shoe rack & snacks! Hot tub was very nice after a day of hiking. Perfect location for Garden of the Gods & Pikes Peak, close to Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs. Year round horseback riding is 5 minutes away. Very responsive owner.

This was a perfect home base during our Colorado Springs vacation, with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, etc. The apartment lived up to the listing, with comfortable and cute furnishings. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity to enjoy in the evening. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

I had clear instructions to check in. They were always responsive to messages. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware and some spices (salt, pepper, etc.), so you don't have to buy those which is always nice Although we didn't play any games, plenty are available in the closet, as well as some reading material. This home is very centrally located and so close to Garden of the Gods that we were able to catch a sunset and a sunrise. We had a rental car, and anything we wanted to get to was no more than 15 minutes away. We did go to the Royal Gorge (which was about an hour away), but we quickly got to and from anything we wanted to participate in. The bedrooms are very comfortable; the bed we slept in (with a yellow chest) was super soft—we might want to get one for ourselves back home! The hot tub was amazing and has a great view. We were able to enjoy it multiple evenings. We also woke up every morning to lots of deer! Would come back and stay again!

This condo is beautiful! The design was fresh and modern, the location was easy to access, and check in was a breeze. We loved how close we were to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The amenities were great too. They had everything we needed in the condo. Two things of note - the driveway is very steep, so you will need to park on the road if your car is low to the ground. Also, the condo is on the second story, so if you have knee issues or difficulty climbing stairs, this may not be the best fit for you. If we come back to Colorado Springs, we would love to stay here again!

Location was close to a bunch of tourists attractions which was nice, but going out to my car at night I felt a little sketched out. People running up and down the streets etc. Overall we will be booking here again in the future.

The process for everything was super simple! The hot tub was an added bonus, especially with the view of the mountains! The host was super nice and easy to contact and they left breakfast and a few treats for us which was so sweet! Thank you for opening up your home to us! We had such a great time away!

Super clean, exactly as pictures show. Great location for seeing all the Manitou Springs area has to offer and also less than 10 minutes from downtown COS. Our host kept us well informed leading up to our visit and I felt certain he would have been very responsive had we needed anything.
Super clean, exactly as pictures show. Great location for seeing all the Manitou Springs area has to offer and also less than 10 minutes from downtown COS. Our host kept us well informed leading up to our visit and I felt certain he would have been very responsive had we needed anything.

Could not ask for a better location when visiting Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. Also, close to grocery, shops, breweries and restaurants. The unit was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Jonathon’s house was delightful! The location is awesome because it’s close to great hiking and restaurants. One restaurant to try is Monse’s….it’s always a treat for me when visiting Colorado Springs. Jonathon is a wonderful host too!

Clean, nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful with the Mountain View. Easy check in/out process. Location was close to a bunch of tourists attractions which was nice, but going out to my car at night I felt a little sketched out. People running up and down the streets etc. Overall we will be booking here again in the future.

Property was as pictured and clean. Communication with Johnathan was prompt. Property location was very convenient to manitou springs for the manitou Incline hike. Some of the neighborhood was a little rougher but overall have no complaints.

We wanted something close to all the sites we wanted to see while on Spring Break. This place was perfect. Walking distance to stables to ride horses to Garden of the Gods. Very short driving distances to everything else. We soaked in the hot tub every night after walking and climbing miles.

This was a perfect home base during our Colorado Springs vacation, with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, etc. The apartment lived up to the listing, with comfortable and cute furnishings. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity to enjoy in the evening. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

This property is very close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Beds were comfortable. It was a bonus that we had access to a washer/dryer. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was great at night, dark enough skies to star gaze. We street parked as the drive way is quite steep. The one night we parked and there was a person sitting on the curb across the street from us, presuming homeless. Grocery store is less than a mile away. If pillows were replaced and ceiling air vents cleaned, this would be perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great central location for visiting Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs. Unit was clean and well stocked. It had plenty of space for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

This condo is beautiful! The design was fresh and modern, the location was easy to access, and check in was a breeze. We loved how close we were to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The amenities were great too. They had everything we needed in the condo. Two things of note - the driveway is very steep, so you will need to park on the road if your car is low to the ground. Also, the condo is on the second story, so if you have knee issues or difficulty climbing stairs, this may not be the best fit for you. If we come back to Colorado Springs, we would love to stay here again!
