Stayed 1 night

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable as a family. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made everything easy.

Stayed 2 nights

It's a nice unit but our stay was not a happy one. The door lock leading into the unit was similar to a bedroom door lock. It was not a bolt lock and this caused us to feel unsafe. Also, it had some mechanism for locking automatically when you came inside but there was such a long delay...like a few minutes before you'd hear it lock. They might think its safe because outside the door of two units is a tiny hall way. There is a glass door leading into that hallway from the outdoors. This did not add sufficient safety because the combination to that glass door is the same as the outdoor gate and gardeners seemed to know it, and I felt tons of former guests. So, it seemed to us that an improper person could get into that tiny hall way. Then there is only what appeared to be a bedroom style door lock between you sleeping and that hallway. One night this led us to be truly terrified. At 2 am, we could hear someone in that tiny hallway outside of our door. They were repeatedly trying to enter the wrong code into the other unit's door. It is really loud so you can hear every time they enter each button. It went on for a half hour at least. We considered calling the police. We were so scared that they would try our door next. Maybe it was a valid occupant of that unit but the flimsy door lock on our door caused us to experience fear. There should be a bolt lock on every door. Tons of money clearly went into developing these units but they skimped on locks. Very Uncool.

The property was very well maintained. Everything was clean and very new. We appreciated the ammenities, the security measures, and the comfortable bed. We did not know where all the restuarants and shops were, but we were pleasantly surpised to find that everything we wanted to see was only 10 minutes from the unit. State street, the Boat House(Great beach restaurant). The place was very quiet, and a great outdoor area to relax. If you are planning a Santa Barbara trip, definitely consider this property.

This little room was perfect for my husband, me, our service dog and our service dog in-training. The bed was so comfortable and water pressure was amazing. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained and the location was accessible and pretty much centralized near all of the places we visited.

Great location & nice unit with comfortable bed. Property mgmt woke us 2nd morning ther to ask if we were running cold water. We explained our white noise apps were making sound that probably sounded like running water. Got email from mgr - very ugly tone with incorrect info on his “rep” coming into unit & the water stopped. Said that a city water employee had noticed the excessive water usage. Yeah right! Won’t stay there again as properly mgmt was so horrible.
