Place was clean and nice great spot Few things in game room were broken. A door broken but wear and tear I guess no big deal overall great stay.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our large group (17 adults). The house was super clean, updated and state of the art. Every couple had their own spacious King size bedroom (the beds were so comfy) and private bathroom. The multi-level floors and living space ensured that our large group could spread out and not feel cramped over our 4-day stay. The recently added pool, firepit and outdoor space is AHHH-mazing. It literally feels like you are at a private resort. The kitchen was huge with plenty of cabinet and countertop space for meal prep. One of our favorite features was the huge dining table that allowed our entire group (with plenty of room for more) to sit down for meals together. We hired a private chef, The Rogue Chef, from Branson to come in an prepare a 4-course meal for us and served us at the table. For being from Kansas City, this Branson house and the amazing accommodations felt like a true getaway vacation outside of our home state. Highly recommend. Melissa was so great to work with so we will definitely be coming back!

There were 13 adults and 19 grandchildren (32 in all) ranging in age from 1 to 16.--It was clean, the beds were comfortable (the grandkids loved the bunkroom), the air conditioning kept it comfortable, the communication was great (especially once we started texting each other instead of relying on the VRBO ap). ----There were PLENTY of dishes, and with two dishwashers, we decided to use the dishes there (especially the plastic ones which were great for the grandkids) instead of using paper. --The grandkids loved the game room, and played in there when they weren't in the swimming pool or hot tub. The arcade games were a particular hit. --The swimming pool was HUGE (you never can tell from photos, because sometimes people take photographs that make it look larger) and the grandkids loved it, spending hours there. Especially helpful for the adults was the umbrella in the shallow end, so we could sit in the shade while watching kids. The younger grandkids (under 4) also loved hanging around in that shallow end.5) the kitchen was well stocked. We used both sinks, ovens, and dishwashers for every meal! So helpful with 32 people6) The location was so GREAT -- close to everything, especially 10 minutes to Walmart.. We were also able to drive to parks and the various concerts in a short time.All problems that came up were solved as quickly as possible. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great house! Perfect location for our golf group. The amenities from the kitchen, to the common rooms, to the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed for our trip. Melissa was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come again to this spot when we do our next trip here.

The house had plenty of dishes and cookware which was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. Perfect spot with tons of rooms and bathrooms for our team during our trip to play at the College of the Ozarks.

There were a bunch of us! And this house was perfect for our family celebration over 4th of July. 12 bedrooms - all with king beds - were ideal. Each comes with it's own bathroom, so no sharing needed. The house is divided into 3 floors - each with 4 bedrooms so getting away from the crowd was easily achieved. The kitchen setup was great too. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers is a must for this large of a group. Check! Plenty of dishware, silverware and cooking equipment. It also has an icemaker but in the middle of the summer heat, having extra ice on hand is expected. The pool! It was setup perfect for our group. We had several kids on the early part of learning to swim independently. The shallow end (not quite a zero-entry but close) was great and included an umbrella which covered most of the shallow area. But it also accommodated the 'big' kids as well. The summer heat kept the pool warm (too warm?) until the sun went to the other side of the house. Not sure how you'd ever fix that. To note, most of us went to Table Rock Lake for 1 day. It's about 30 minutes to the lake. But that's small potatoes considering the otherwise nice (and quiet) location. If Branson is your destination and you have a large clan to accommodate. Put this at the top of your list.

We had 34 family members together and couldn’t have been happier with the house and the pool! So much room and so many little things to make it like home! Extra blankets, games, pool toys, even bath products! And the pool was amazing! We would love to come back!

Property is an excellent choice for family and friends getting together. The kitchen has everything you need and more! En-suite bedrooms, game room, family room, pool, hot tub, the list goes on…. We will be looking at dates for next fall for a repeat weekend!!!

Our family of five children, spouses and grandchildren enjoyed spending time at this property especially with the pool and game room. The kitchen worked out great as did the sleeping arrangements. Good time had by all!

Great pool, hot tub and multiple spots to sit and socialize as a group. Melissa was easy to reach and everything was as advertised with no issues. Would stay here again. This property would easily accommodate 12 couples and kids! If there was one wish, a big screen on the main level to watch games while cooking and eating.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location. The floorplan of the cabin was large with plenty of privacy and also large gathering places. Works well for church retreats or large families.

This house was wonderful. New and clean with everything we needed for an amazing week. The pool was cleaned daily and the house was on a quiet street. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. There were 19 of us with ages ranging from 2 - 74. The lay out of the house having 4 bedroom/bathroom on each floor with king rooms in all but one room which had queen and single bunk beds. Everyone enjoyed the full-size pool, hot tub and game room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes both for adults and children. There was a good assortment of pots and pans and an oversized refrigerator. We would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it to large families.

Our family has been coming to Branson on this weekend since 2002 22 years and counting. We only missed 2020. We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for us. We all had our own room with private bathroom. The kids loved the bunk room. The game room was great too! From the youngest to the oldest fun was had by all. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of activities. The younger kids were so sad the pool was cold but maybe next time. We will be back.

This house was perfect for the group of women at our church. Lots of space for all of us. Room to hang out and all play, cook, or eat together but still have privacy if we wanted.

It was like having a hotel all to yourselves. Loved the bathroom per room, spacious seating and entertainment areas. Would book again for guys golf trip.

Family of 29 ranging from 18 months to 79 years. Very much enjoyed the house and pool. The only negative was that noise carried from room to room.

Our group included 7 couples for a weekend getaway. Great privacy for all as the bedrooms are spaced out and each has its own bathroom. Common areas are wonderful. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 groups to split up and do their own thing (hot tub, games, sitting and chatting). We will be back!!

Another year another great trip! This is the third year we have rented this house. The host always gets back to me when I have questions. The house is amazing!! The whole family loves it. The game room is a hit with kids old and young. Will be back next year Lord willing. God bless and thank you.

Every other year, our extended family takes a trip together. We book beach houses, take cruises, hit water parks and historical locations. This year, we chose Branson, Mo. The home was near two different WM Supercenters, outlets, attractions, etc. Every single member of the family said that this home was the best house experience, yet. If you’re on the fence, don’t be - book it! There’s room for everyone. The arcade and game room will entertain your kids and teens when it’s too hot outside. The pool is huge with a large shallow end for toddlers, and the beds are comfortable and plentiful. If we ever choose Branson again, we will definitely book this property. psWhen we first got to the home the upper floors were very warm - almost 80*. We called the manager, and even though she was out of town, she had someone there within the hour!!!! Trust us when we say this property is worth every penny.

We came to Branson for our family reunion and this house was perfect! Melissa has thought of everything! Two dishwashers, sinks and microwaves, 3 refrigerators and freezers, 2 washers and 3 dryers!!! It certainly made our time together logistically easy. Melissa was great to work with and super quick to respond. The house is beautiful and spacious. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, bar none. Everything is welcoming and peaceful. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

A group of 15 teachers stayed here while attending a conference. The property was fantastic and well-stocked with towels, dishes, kitchen ware, and consumables (soap, dish detergent, etc). The host worked with us through a few booking challenges and was incredibly gracious. We hope to come back next year and have more time to enjoy the property!
