Downtown Gem near Silos, Baylor, Cameron Park...

Nice place, great location. easy peasy, we were missing an ironing board and Maggie had one there in 10 mins. We will stay again as I had one graduating Baylor and one starting in the fall :-)

We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property is over 100 years old and has a few quirks but they only add to the charm. The remodeling is well done. Bed, living room seating and dining area were all comfortable and above expectation. Fenced yard was great for our dogs. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. The only negative was the road noise from loud music/engines of vehicles.

I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.
