Landscape was not what is advertised, most of it was dead. We found out about this the day of check in but not a deal breaker. However, the pool was dirty and the pool scimmer was broken. We had to ask about this and it was never fixed. I sent an email to the owner after our stay to see if we could get a discount. But never heard back. The pool and proximity to Chase field is the reason we stayed at this property. In my opinion it is unacceptable that the pool was not clean and ready to use.
Landscape was not what is advertised, most of it was dead. We found out about this the day of check in but not a deal breaker. However, the pool was dirty and the pool scimmer was broken. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained property located close to downtown Phoenix. Despite the location, neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The weather was cool enough during our stay that having a heated pool was a must. Would definitely stay here again.

We came as a group of friends for a wedding nearby and this house was perfect. Great space, exactly like in the pictures. Included all the amenities. Didn’t realize we would be paying extra for the heated pool, but it was worth it. Great place to stay with friends or family

Beautiful home and very comfortable. The pool water was crystal clear and so relaxing and fun. Bedrooms were nicely spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. The kitchen had everything needed.Best of all was the two living room.We appreciate the friendly and welcoming communication from owners.

Simply lovely property. Stayed four days with four adults. Plenty of room. Very clean, super cute, organized, well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great backyard with pool and firepit. House was always cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fast internet. Groceries and restaurants a few blocks away. Sean and Jessica a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay at this lovely home again.

We were in town for a couple Braves vs Dbacks games and this house was only a 10 minute drive from the stadium. Loved some of the old features they kept in the house when remodling it. It is a very nice house and clean and we loved using the pool during our stay.

We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family and see some music. The rental was bright and cheery, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed rooms, bathrooms and linens were sparkling clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and spending time outside under the covered back patio. There were lovely citrus trees and a wide variety of beautiful birds in the yard. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this rental.

This was a perfect getaway. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, sheets and towels were high end. The pool was a gem - we spent almost all of of free time in the water! And the location is amazing, nice quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and museums. Sean was friendly and helpful as well.

I stayed here too attend my doctoral commencement at GCU. The location was ideal and the home is beautiful with a all of the great amenities you need! The home owners are very responsive and helpful! I conveyed some observations about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and they replied right away and noted that the issue would be addressed. I would definitely stay again!

I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed a place to stay near downtown. This home was a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Convention center, museums, and Chase Field. House has almost everything you need. Good location for spring training games and chase field, close to Hwy10 in phoenix. Beds were a little firm for me but we enjoyed the rooms and our kids did as well. Not sure I would pay for heated pool again since don't have control over how warm it is for the cost you pay. Also, no local TV channels just streaming apps. Not that big of a deal, just couldn't watch CBS NCAA games, but could watch the TBS/TNT games. All in all, this house is wonderful and Host was pretty responsive. Love the charm of the house too. Would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood and walking the sidewalks was nice too.

My husband and I and another couple were in Phoenix for a conference. We could not have picked a better place to stay! This home was beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside was as beautiful and comfortable as the inside! Sean and Jessica were amazing hosts!!! Thanks for your hospitality!!! We will be back next year and hopefully stay longer.

Sean was so responsive and helpful in answering questions and accommodating our needs. There are so many thoughtful amenities in the home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!! We will definitely be back next year!

We were in town to visit our daughter who attends ASU on the downtown Phoenix campus. Home was a convenient location to downtown and other nearby amenities. Backyard is a lovely oasis. Smart devices throughout the home. Well appointed throughout, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

We stayed here while bringing our daughter to GCU. Easy drive to campus. Great neighborhood. The host gave great check-in and check out instructions. House was comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Was stocked with necessities. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Phoenix.

We were in town for a couple Braves vs Dbacks games and this house was only a 10 minute drive from the stadium. Loved some of the old features they kept in the house when remodling it. It is a very nice house and clean and we loved using the pool during our stay.

I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed a place to stay near downtown. This home was a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Convention center, museums, and Chase Field. Check in was so easy, the house was immaculate, and there was even coffee provided. The mattresses are very firm and I was nervous that it would be uncomfortable, but I slept great while I was there. I will definitely stay here again. Cute, quiet, historic neighborhood! The owners were wonderful to work with and I appreciated the communication. Thanks for having me!

Beautiful home and very comfortable. The pool water was crystal clear and so relaxing and fun. Bedrooms were nicely spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. The kitchen had everything needed.Best of all was the two living room.We appreciate the friendly and welcoming communication from owners.

Simply lovely property. Stayed four days with four adults. Plenty of room. Very clean, super cute, organized, well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great backyard with pool and firepit. House was always cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fast internet. Groceries and restaurants a few blocks away. Sean and Jessica a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay at this lovely home again.

We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family and see some music. The rental was bright and cheery, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed rooms, bathrooms and linens were sparkling clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and spending time outside under the covered back patio. There were lovely citrus trees and a wide variety of beautiful birds in the yard. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this rental.

Little touches throughout the home were exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful - coffee pods, honey for tea, an array of spices. A box of tissues in every room, paper towels, laundry soap. We didn't use everything, but we felt like treasured, trusted guests.

I travel quite a bit for business/pleasure and stay in rental properties every time. This home, the neighborhood and especially the hosts were over the top fabulous! Sean was so responsive and helpful in answering questions and accommodating our needs. There are so many thoughtful amenities in the home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a glorious time with our family, in this very comfortable and stylish home. Jessica & Sean have made provision for a well appointed kitchen and an enjoyable time by the pool. The birds, greenery and tropical feel of the backyard is an oasis. So gorgeous, we didn’t want to leave; not even to visit Phoenix! But we did make our way around the city and beyond, and this home is convenient to the “major arteries” of Phoenix highways. We spent some memorable time on the back patio, and we slept like babies on their comfortable bedding. We are so grateful for our stay in this lovely abode.

Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, creamers, tea , as well as paper goods and cleaners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool was heated to a very acceptable level to us, very pleasant indeed.The property has everything that you will need tbh , with plenty of supplies , with nothing missing at all!We were very sorry to have to leave such a perfect VRBO rental, we will be back next time we visit Phoenix.Just PERFECT.
