This new hotel is interesting in that it is nearly staff-free. I fear it may be the newest idea from corporate American - Americans love self service so let's give them a self-service hotel. The one staff person we saw was cleaning rooms and doing laundry, so consequently couldn't let us in until 4:00. The small rooms make for tight quarters for two people. The breakfast is very limited, both in terms of what's offered and the timeframe in which it's offered. But what it means is they only have to have one staff person there for a period of an hour and a half, then the lobby is empty again. Bottom line, this would be a great place for one person to stay briefly if they never need anything from another human. That said, it was new, clean, and a great location.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms' kitchens were missing essentials like forks, and there was still food in the fridge from the previous guest. The breakfast left something to be desired, but it was adequate. I would stay again if they could ensure the issues mentioned were taken care of.

The newness of the room was nice. The sounds from surrounding rooms was not ideal. The breakfast was late (830am) and underwhelming. Additionally there was construction next door until after 930pm. Staff are fantastic, room was clean. Great fridge
