El hotel esta en una ubicación privilegiada, instalaciones nuevas y bonitas, habitaciones amplias. Tuvimos 3 situaciones que opacaron un poco la estancia. 1. Cobro extra por estacionamiento (no venia indicado en la reserva pero es accesible). 2. Una cuestión de higiene en la habitación que fue atendida en cuanto la reportamos y 3. Estábamos en el piso 2 y todos los ruidos de la habitación superior se escuchan mucho, tuvimos la mala suerte de que había niños que jugaban y corrían, entonces una de las 3 noches que nos hospedamos no pudimos descansar, las otras 2 noches todo muy bien. Recomendable sin duda, personal atento y buen servicio.

This hotel is in the heart of Choula, close to Centro, restaurants and amazing views. The rooms were clean and the hotel is super unique. The views were amazing. The only part I did not love was the parking situation. It was paid (super cheap) on the street. Since the location is close to Centro, it was hard to find parking close. But overall, the wifi was great (we have 2 teenagers), the restaurant looked great but we never ate there, and the staff was friendly. Overall a great stay.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones y la atención en recepción fue siempre muy atenta en todos los turnos. El desayuno a buen precio y muy rico también. Súper ubicado. No tiene estacionamiento pero cuentan con servicio de parquímetro que en recepción ayudan a pagar, y en realidad es muy económico.

En general el hotel es rescatable pero la atencion del personal es muy deficiente. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio. Y te cobran 150 pesos la noche por dejarlo en una bodega. Nos dieron una habitacion distinta a la que rentamos y no nos hicieron caso. Nos dijeron que todas eran igual y que pues ni modo. Muy groseros en general. El hotel en buena ubicación.

the hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere, the personal was nice and helpful, the rooms where ok, the problem with the rooms is that they don't have a windows and they are really small, also they have a problem with the hot water every time that I need to take a shower at night I need to call reception to help me with the water. the good thing is that when was time to leave they give me more change to stay more time because we need it

Very clean, spacious room. The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.

The WiFi and the air conditioning was great. The room and bathroom were small and a little rustic but for its location and price the it’s well worth the visit. Spanish is definitely the primary language but we were able to survive with their limited English skills.

Loved this hotel. Excellent staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue was water took a long time to warm up and was not really hot. It was not a huge concern. We ate breakfastsny days at hotel. It was very good.
