the location is absolutely beautiful and the property is stunning, but our experience at the main cottage was unfortunately negatively effected by a ton of bugs on the walls, carpet, & ending up us at night despite having the doors closed at all times, no hot water in two of the showers, and a challenging check-in process. would definitely recommend for the views but not sure about the bugs if your party prefers a cleaner and more predictable environment. kitchen was really nice!!!

Great property. Very clean and neat. Very quiet. Great place for retreat. Not very close to Ojai but there is no noise except for the birds

It was a great stay. Based on other reviews we were concerned about bugs but I am pleased to report there were none at all and based on our stay this should not be a concern at all
