1 night family stopover. No dining options nearby. Great location for drive into Montreal, neighboring park or Boucherville. Has seen better days but completely functional. Breakfast was decent but quantity is limited. Check-in quite slow; unlikely to repeat.

We arrived and the receptionist was lovely. We booked here for the pool, it was under repair. No notification of this. We moved a total of 4 times to get a room with hot water and all things working. Not impressed with the price and the hotel at all. Will be making a complaint to the hotel & Expedia. Hoping for some reimbursement.

Good room and friendly staff. Hotel is doing some renovations and the only con at this time (late July’23) is that the access to the hotel is problematic due to road construction in the bridge/tunnel.

The hotel is a budget one, and good value for money. it is quite old, and needs a facelift, for example the carpets are clean, but the stains on them could not be removed anymore. They just need to be replaced. Other than that, I had a situation where I found bugs in my bed, mostly bed bugs, I was bitten severely , but the front desk acted quickly and changed the room to a non-infested one, and also the next day, the manager offered me a free night, but no apology was provided. This incident ruined my vacation, as I was consumed all the time by the idea of how to avoid transferring these insects to my house. My suggestion to the hotel management is to have a process in place for such situations, like having medicines to alleviate the itching, and advises on how to avoid the transfer to other places as well as luggage inspection ....

Just need a little more maintenance. The ducts in room was very dusty and there was a funny smell in room . Washroom also needs a little repair . Tub was slippery. Staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel floor is very dirty and carpet in very old and dirty. I've checked the bed before we sleep and the hairs are everywhere on comforter and too much dust on the top of TV cabinet. I've complained to the receptionist and she was very nice and offered me another hotel room but not much different. I'm not recommended this hotel to anyone.

The stay in this hotel was very good, the beds were very comfortable, clean bathrooms, clean white towels and sheets, during my stay I slept like at home and the breakfast was varied for all tastes and well organized.

This hotel seems like it was must have been the place to be when it was built. It's spacious with lots of good furnishings. The beds come with box springs--in contrast to many modern facilities with a wooden frame and cheap mattress that is hard on the back. Plenty of free parking. The facilities are generally in good repair--but this facility is permanently stuck in 1980 as far as anything in the building. The downside for us was that we immediately noticed an odour--that we're wondering might be coming from the carpeting. Being on the 5th floor, we did notice disrepair and debris on the roof from our window. It also seems that some operational costs are being tightly controlled. Although coffee is available in the lobby, it's pay-only, and the "continental breakfast" are served plates whose contents are limited to pre-measured portions. Breakfast items are pre-pared and heated up just before serving. Price is o.k., and the location might be helpful if downtown Montreal is busy, and good beds--but that's about it for us.

The front desk overcharged me, I spent 30 mins at checkout getting refunded and having to pay for the stay all over again. The person who checked me out barely spoke english and i barely speak french so i had no idea what he was trying to explain to me. The area was not great. Not well lit, so it felt a little bit unsafe, and trying to find the hotel itself was a mess. TONS of construction in the whole area makes things difficult, and the view wasn't exactly picturesque. I probably would not stay at this location again in the future. They say you get what you pay for, but with how much extra I got charged I should have had a much better experience.

I really liked the property. It was a bit dated, but it had this old world hotel vibe and charm to it that I loved. The reception area was a huge room with high ceilings. The staff was was fantastic…. Very friendly and helpful! The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and backed up to a national park, so you had woods and nature out the window. I wish we would have been staying longer, because I would have loved to explore the park. Overall a nice, safe, and clean place at an affordable price!

15 mins drive to downtown and most of the famous attractions around the city, courteous staff, clean property and spacious rooms. Definitely recommend and will visit again myself as well.

Staff and property were good. Provided various breakfast combination options, made to order, that were pretty nice. Only big negative about this property was that the only way to access the hotel is a highway that is completely under construction. Traffic makes getting back from north a 45 minutes in traffic and re routing rather than a 12 minute trip. Coming from south is better, as only a 10 minute traffic delay. Without this inconvenience, would have rated it higher.

What this hotel doesn't tell you is that it is on an island and every night the island is shut down. If you go off the island for dinner, you won't be able to get back to our hotel until the morning. The front desk staff was unavailable until they finally picked up the phone around 3 am and then all they did was whine about how they couldn't do anything at all and it wasn't their fault. This hotel was a disaster.

The entire hotel smelled. The sink fixture was very loose. The fruit served at breakfast had mold on it and they didn't apologize. Other than that it was fine.

Despite its appearance of age, this place was a hidden gem. It's out of the way and right beside the Boucherville Island National Park. This place is perfect, cozy, and clean if you're into nature and hiking. This is not a luxury hotel. The staff were amazing and the breakfasts were shockingly outstanding when it comes to 3-star hotel breakfasts. They whipped up fresh waffles and good bacon/eggs, etc. Great value!

The rooms were clean, air conditioning worked perfect, overall good hotel. I didn't like the location because of the construction on the roads and it was too secluded. Plus it had no view. However, the worst thing was the complimentary breakfast. They were distributing breakfast like we're beggars. Why could this not be a buffet? I didnt have ham / bacon, so asked for a waffle instead and the answer was NO. It was ridiculous. I didn't pay around $300 for the room with breakfast to be treated like that.

The hotel is stingy about the breakfast. It’s not self-service and is not unlimited. They serve you the breakfast themselves and you are limited to pick only a few items and only once. The desks, bed frame, other furniture are old. There weren’t enough electrical sockets in the room so we had to plug off the night lamps to plug in our chargers.
