Einmalig die Lage, die Liegestühle mit Blick auf den Rhein. Auch wunderschön die Blickachse aus dem rundem Gesellschaftsraum auf den Fluss.Das junge Personal sehr aufmerksam.. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage am Rhein und zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer und Betten sehr gut. Wir konnten in der Tiefgarage parken und dort auch unsere Räder abstellen. Die Lage ist ideal zu Fuß in die Altstadt, dem Rheinufer mit den Schiffsableger direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Gute zentrale Lage. Zimmerservice und dessen Reinigung wurde aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit ausgesetzt.Als Gast ist man aufgefordert, am Abend vorher über die Rezeption eine Zimmerteinigung anzumelden. In einem vier Sterne Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht angebracht.

Like: location, some rooms ok Disliked: first room we had had a noisy air conditioning inside room and in corridor. Contacted reception and they said it would be off by 11pm had to call again at 11:10 and was told they would turn off manually. heard maintenance banging about and was off by 11:30 but room very warm. Back on at 6 and noisy again. Asked to move rooms but had to wait. Bathroom also had hairs and cobwebs. New room fine so why sell a substandard room

The elevators had a TARDIS feel to them, so that was nice. There was an array of pictures of West German and German political leaders up, so that was educational. The Wi-Fi had issues, and sometimes seemed to provide a useable connection for some services and not for others -- I assume this is due to limitations/restrictions on their walled garden.

Staff did not seem very happy or motivated. They were not looking to provide excellent service, just to impart information on what as possible/not possible and not ‘go the extra mile’ to create a happy customer experience. For example, the breakfast room was far too hot (multiple guests had complained of this) but senior staff were not prepared to make it cooler by opening doors/windows or turning on the air conditioning. There was no decaf coffee in the rooms and the receptionist could not provide any - this is a basic requirement in hotels. The receptionist offered to provide us with a phone number to order some ourselves! Unglaublich. The only two people who went out of their way to be helpful were two young members of staff, one female and one male, who looked as if they may have been new or temporary workers. The more senior staff were less helpful. The dining room was closed for an event on Friday 10/10 without warning or apology to hotel guests. This was very inconvenient.

Not very helpful. Arrived lunchtime on a Monday. Rooms not ready so left luggage behind reception but still checked in. Not informed about hotel facilities or food. When arrived later and asked for a table in restaurant, was told it was full. Didn't offer any alternative and was told they had 129 rooms to fulfill. Went to bar in restaurant at 8.30pm and saw a few empty tables!. At 9.00pm asked for food at bar only to be told they had finished serving and kitchen was closed. Was informed at reception, room service was until 9.30pm but told this had finished too. Eventually managed to get a salad after 30 mins. Took 15 mins to be served with a drink and only when I asked. Very poor unhelpful customer service and will not be staying here again.

A very good place to stay and in a walkable distance to all important places in town centre. A tasty breakfast, if you’re big group, get down early enough to get a nice table with a view at the Rhein river.

Komfortables Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern mit direktem Rhein-Blick. Sehr gutes Restaurant, schöne Weine. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Erholsame Tage mit professionellem, freundlichen Personal. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl! Super Blick direkt im Herzen Bonns direkt am Rhein - besser gehts nicht!
