Brand New 1 BR Guest House, Laundry, Gated Parking

The area was very stuffy and not very clean. Overall all we did was sleep and thankful for letting us bring our dogs.Broom to sweep was not expectable.

They advertise a hot tub which is false, which sucks i was really excited for that. The place was dirty when i arrived so i couldnt stop sneezing the whole 5 days. There was hair from previous guest everywhere (shower,floors,walls,counters,bed). When i opened the fridge a NASTY rotten dead smell lingered for hours i had to open the door and windows, also past guest left chapstick in the ice bin. There is lots of spider webs around and on the front door and in corner of walls inside the place. I paid a cleaning fee and service fee and i had to clean when i arrived. There is very little kitchen appliances and a wrong size rolling table for the microwave so it didnt cook things properly. I will say the place is very cute , i do like the gated parking and it has enough parking space for guest's. I also liked that they had a washer and dryer and responded quickly when i asked for the wifi.

It was ok when front house turned porch light on bedroom was daylight

This property is not new as listed in the description. Not recommended.
