2 BD/1 BA Home- Wine Country Getaway

This was our 4th stay at this home so you can believe we found it comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the fully operational kitchen: everything provided to make a meal, have a good cup of coffee and eat at the cute farmhouse table. The living room was big enough for us (a couple) and a few guests. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of towels, some small soaps, shampoos and conditioners - and a hair dryer. The garage was roomy for our SUV and we were grateful for the washer and dryer located in there because we stayed 10 nights. The backyard is completely fenced which was important for our Pomeranian - an escape artist. Also, there’s a fenced dog park around the corner. There are games and toys provided for children and families. This home is in a nice family type neighborhood and there are stores nearby for most necessities. All in all, a very comfortable and affordable vacation home.

The location was very convenient. We loved using it as a base camp for our exploration of the area, including Sonoma, Napa, bodega Bay, Muir Woods, Healdsberg, etc. The inside was extremely clean and the photos were accurate. The beds were very comfortable so much so that we asked the host what kind they were in case we wanted to buy one too! Why we didn’t spend much time there at the backyard was a cute area and the chairs and umbrella were a great addition. The kitchen was well equipped minus a couple consumables that being oil and aluminum foil. No big deal. Having access to the garage to keep our rental car was very much appreciated. The big TV was great and the couch comfortable. As a few other reviewers noted there is some traffic noise in front of the house, mostly during commute hours in the morning and afternoon or when school pick up is happening. Since we use noise machines at night and generally are up in the mornings this didn’t bother us much. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to Santa Rosa and we would certainly stay here again ourselves.

Perfect place to stay for three nights while visiting our daughter in Santa Rosa.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The whole house felt comfortable, easy, relaxing. We had our small dog with us, so having a fully-enclosed, private back yard gave us peace of mind. Check-in and check-out were easy and Kara was just great to work with. Will definitely stay here again.
